Sobald Sie in Ihnen gehen wird durch die Aussicht auf das Meer, große offene Grundriss, moderne Küche genommen. Dies ist ein Frisch renoviert RIESIGE 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad Wohnung mit neuer Farbe, Porzellan-Fliesen, Möbel, Geräte, Schränke, Theken usw. Der lange 715 Quadratfuß Wrap-around-Balkon bietet reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und eine mehrere Tische für Mahlzeiten im Freien sowie eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Spaß, Beachy Dekor gibt eine entspannte, fröhliche Atmosphäre. Master-Suite ist direkt am Meer und verfügt über ein Kingsize-sealey I Serie Kissen Top Bett, viel Stauraum und Flachbild-Kabel-TV. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine neue Eitelkeit, Spüle, Wasserhahn, und Granit Zähler nach oben sowie eine wunderschöne Glasdusche. Die zweite große Schlafzimmer hat zwei Queen-Size-Betten mit 4 "Schaum Topper, viel Stauraum und einen Flachbild-HD-Kabel-TV. Das zweite Badezimmer hat neue Waschtisch, Waschbecken, Armaturen und Granit Zähler nach oben sowie Glasdusche. Die Küche ist mit LED-Beleuchtung, neue Geräte, Schränke und Granit. Die Küche ist schön mit neuen LG Kühlschrank mit gefiltertem Wasser und Eismaschine in der Tür ausgestattet, neue Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck etc. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über eine neue Ledersofa mit Königin Schläfer, elektrische Liege (super bequem), 60 "Flachbildschirm HD Smart TV und Ansichten, Meinungen, Ansichten! Sie werden auch die Strandkorb-Service mit zwei gepolsterten Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm für dieses Gerät nutzen.

Auf Thomas Drive, befindet sich dieses Gerät direkt am Strand am ruhigen Ende von Panama City Beach. Sie sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt von Pier Park, Kapitän Andersons, St. Andrews Park, Shell Island, Schoner, und viele andere Attraktionen.

We had so much fun! Exactly what we needed for our stay! The balcony is Absolutely Amazing and enough seating to do everything from eat, play games, lay in the hammock, drink coffee and people watch on the beach. Small hiccup with the sink was taken care of almost immediately, our host answered any and all questions and concerns we had! Super beautiful and super easy stay! Will love coming back soon!

Another great sty at the Watercrest in PCB

This was our 3rd stay at the Watercrest and it was yet again perfect. The location is ideal - easy to get places but on the quieter end of of PCB. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view can't be beat. David is always very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back.

Stunning Beach Views!

Beautiful views all the way down the Beach from this corner unit! Modern decor, check in / out was a Breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay!!! Only improvement feedback to management is. Please clean the closets out of paint and construction materials so your guests have room for their belongings and a two bedroom unit should have more than four bath towels / hand towels etc. But overall we truly enjoyed and would stay again!

Amazing views!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The morning view on the balcony was just stunning. The construction noise next door was a bit annoying but that couldn't be helped. The washer/dryer was wonderful to have. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long at all. Beach access was wonderful and getting to have the two beach chairs and umbrella was a nice ammenity. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place!

We had a pleasure spending a long weekend at this place. It had everything you needed and much more. Its a great corner unit that has very spacious balcony that provides shade throughout the day. Very comfortable location. Easy access to the beach. Nice little bar area by the water. 20 min walk to Scooners. Owners were great and provided everything we needed. The only small issue was that there was construction going on the entire weekend that you could here. Outside of that fantastic place and we'll definitely plan to stay there again (hopefully construction will be done by then).

Our stay at this elegant property was truly memorable. The wraparound balcony delivered stunning panoramic views of the beach and city, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. The hammock was a delightful touch, ideal for peaceful naps. The room’s amenities impressed—spacious refrigerator, excellent television, remarkably comfortable beds, and a shower with strong water pressure. The owner swiftly resolved our only issue with professionalism.However, the building’s elevators were poorly ventilated and frequently broke down, forcing us to climb 11 flights of stairs. While cigarette smoke from unit 1702 occasionally wafted onto our balcony, and we detected marijuana odors in the area, the source of the latter was unclear. These building-related drawbacks slightly marred an otherwise exceptional stay at this remarkable condo.

I enjoyed our stay . The place was nice ! Would have loved to have had more towels and washcloths for 5 people with as much as I paid . The garbage disposal didn’t work . Would of loved to not had the ac not go up to 77. I received a second bill after adding 2 people. Reimbursement of one that didn’t come would of been nice also.

Home away from home!!

We choose this rental for the views and it did not disappoint!! Morning, noon, and evening views were more than expected. The rental was clean!! I didn’t feel that I needed to disinfect anything! We used the kitchen for breakfast and we made it work! We couldn’t find the cutting board, and bring your own dishwasher pods. Not a big deal for us. Bathrooms were clean! And ample space to accommodate 2 kids in 1 bathroom!! The pool was heated during our stay! Perfect location, got to St Andrews in 10 minutes, to Ron Jon in 20 (traffic). Perfect for us. Parking was easy and never an issue! Elevator was great, I usually get vertigo, but this elevator was quick and you can tell it was cleaned and maintained to not scare you! The pool bathrooms were not disgusting, either! We will be back!

Simply Exceptional!

This corner condo met our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable five-day coastal escapade. The beach abode is not only charming, clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated but also conveniently located just steps away from the beach and a stone's throw from numerous restaurants and family-friendly entertainment options. This unbeatable location made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The living room's ceiling-to-floor windows, offering a stunning ocean view and two openings to the wrap-around balcony, were a highlight of our stay. The kitchen, fully stocked and with a nice ocean view from the window, met our cooking needs perfectly. But the comfortable bedrooms, each with balcony access, made us feel at home. The second bedroom even had a private balcony with views of the bay area, adding to the relaxation. The beach chair service for this condo, which included two padded lounge chairs and an umbrella, was a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the abundant balcony furniture and hammock. The elevators were fast and had a short wait time. Parking is convenient, but you will need to pay for a parking pass for a second vehicle. We especially appreciated the property manager, who was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Broken elevators and being on the 17th floor was not fun !!!

The actual condo was everything as posted ! The building was horrible! I will never go back to this location, we go on vacation 2-4 times a year Panama is beautiful but this building was a first and last for my family. Huge bugs alive and dead I’m pretty sure they was roaches or water bugs but not certain! Broken elevators from day one . Then had no elevators that worked so we was stuck inside because we have children and did t want to take a chance of them falling down steps . We was on 17th floor and had to carry our luggage down when we left to go back home . Also had multiple issues with security being extremely rude ! Overall I would rate unit1701 5 stars .unfortunately water crest building I would rate 0 .

While we appreciate your 5-star rating of the 1701 unit, we apologize for the issues with the elevators. In my 9 plus years managing properties at Watercrest, there has NEVER been an instance where all four elevators were not working at the one time. The WC Association Manager is typically proactive to address all issues and has a contracted elevator company that maintains the elevators year-round. To that end, after your WC visit, we learned that all four elevators were struck by lightning. Elevator specialists were brought and all repairs were made. Additionally, during the prior 3 weeks, the Panama City Beach area had significant rain that forced insects from the streets and recently installed sewer pipes into WC and surrounding condominiums and homes. The timing of your visit occurred after some significant rain and the building had the exterminator spray floors 1-8. Consequently, there were remains. One of the duties of WC security is to make sure only guests are parking in the lot to assure spaces are not occupied by locals. You were provided two parking passes and there was no mention of a third motorcycle. If we had know you had a motorcycle we would have issued the proper parking pass and circumvented the interaction with security, That being said, we apologize if the security guard was "rude". That should never be the case! Although, generally the motorcycle would have been towed so we are thankful that did not happen. We tried to call you a couple times during your stay to discuss the elevator situation and offer assistance with luggage but I was not able to reach you nor did I get a return call. I wish we could have had a chance to speak directly. In closing, we hope to have the opportunity to host you again at the beautiful property.

We searched the beautiful beaches for moths viewing 100's of condo's before finding this unit. It has it all, views, size (largest 2 bedroom we could find), quiet, great location, lots of amenities, well taken care of (one of the cleanest on the beach!)

The Racquetball Court was a huge bonus as well as the tennis court and shuffle board court.
