Perfect holiday

We loved our stay, the best view over the beach and island. The house was lovely and very well equipped, nothing extra was required. Highly recommend this property and the owners were wonderful to communicate with.

Magic Beach is truly one of the most beautiful holiday rentals I have stayed in. The views are amazing, and the home is very comfortable and child friendly. Every barbeque on the deck was a memorable one. The fact that it overlooks the beach make it a surfers dream.We found the owners very responsive and their information booklet was extremely valuable. I would recommend this place to everyone!

It was unexpectedly cold during our stay and there was nothing but a small fan heater

Exceptional views but lack of heating made it uncomfortable.

Hi Sue, Over winter and for about half of spring, our holiday home is fitted with heaters and all beds have electric blankets, allowing the house to be cosy and warm. But, honestly, we’ve always found that no additional heating is required in December - simply throw on a jumper or hoodie if there’s a cool change … Safe travels, all my best, Glenn Sewell.

One of the Best

The place is absolutely phenomenal. If you're after a quiet holiday, with your home next to one of the best beaches in Nsw, then this is the place for you. Let me break it down for you. The house is about 2 minutes from the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. The sand is so fine it makes that tingling sound when you step on it. The beach stretches for a good 15-20 minute walk from one end and unto the other, where the small island is. It's a great way to start the day for a walk in the cold morning, to take in the breeze of the seas. There's a secret surfer's spot on the other side of the green island on the far side of the beach, where you'll see the locals lineup. The house and it's location is just serenity and peace. Can't wait to go back and spend some time to unwind and reconnect again with all that's special and wonderful in that corner of NSW. Thank you so much Glenn and Sally. Ps, give Glenn's journal a pass through, it doesn't disappoint and gives anyone a nice background as to how to enjoy a good holiday home.

Great Getaway

Lovely quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views of the beach. Easy access to the beach made the stay all the more enjoyable. The sound of the ocean was very soothing. The property was spacious for 6 adults and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. This is a perfect place to get away from it all!

Great Manyana stay

Across the street from the beach. Upstairs accommodation lovely with incredible views. Our kids weren’t comfortable enough to sleep alone downstairs in the ‘kids room’ (age ranges 3-8) away from parents. Kitchen great and well stocked with boys and pieces.

Great views and well set up kitchen, actually best kitchen in stay home we have ever had! Quite comfortable, but in mid facelift ie patchwork and new walls need painting. Glenn was proactive and great to communicate with, however after booking you do receive a email with a list of additional house rules - made it harder to relax as had to re-read instructions throughout stay.

Beautiful Magic beach holiday house

Our family and friends love this magical place in Manyana. It was so relaxing. We were so sad we couldn’t stay longer. Lovely location just in front of the ocean close to Lake Conjola and Bendalong beach. We will come back for sure. It was our special birthday trip. Lovely place to celebrate. Thank you Glenn. 👍🌸🌸

Magic Beach House at Manyana

Was a great house and place to stay and we had a wonderful relaxing break with extended family. Plenty of room for teenagers to have space or spend time with the family and lovely beaches nearby. House was spotless and all true to pictures. Kitchen was well kitted up with all appliances and utensils you would want. Great mix of board games, movies and books suitable for wide range of interests. Kids and teenagers had great laughs with the games. The owner Glen was a wonderful and prompt communicator. This house is a definate to return to.

Magic Manyana was simply that!

Having never visited Manyana before, we were drawn to the location of this house and its view of the beach and Green Island. The layout was brilliant with the teenage retreat and second bathroom downstairs. The new kitchen and most comfortable lounge were added bonuses. We’d highly recommend this property for your stay. The secret is out!

The best family holiday experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at Magic Beach. It was the best way to take time out to relax after what was already a very difficult year filled with lots of challenges for our family (and was made even harder in March by having a 3 year old and newborn in lockdown). Glenn was so helpful, and the property is well maintained and appointed. There was even a baby gate to keep our little ones contained and outstanding of mischief. We had such a wonderful time our 3 year old declared she never wanted to leave! We will definitely be back again 🙂

Amazing location

Very clean and well maintained house. Had everything we needed. Spectacular views and short walk to the beach. Loved our stay, very relaxing. The only negative is the deck doesn’t have shelter so it does get a bit hot sitting out there but overall loved everything else. Will definitely be back.

Perfect escape!

It was just perfect. My husband and I were looking at getting away from the rat race for a few days and Glenns place was just perfect. The place was exactly as described, the views were absolutely amazing. We were even lucky enough to see pods of whales jumping out of the water from the balcony. We will definitely be back.
