HayView verbindet modernes Design mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht, um einen wahrhaft besonderen Rückzugsort von der Stadt zu schaffen und ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um Leura und die Blue Mountains zu erkunden. Ein Architekt aus Glas und Stahl-Pavillon beherbergt die umfangreiche Küche und Wohnbereich mit freiem Boden bis zur Decke Blick auf das Grose Valley. Es gibt zwei Fernseher, 2 DVDs, CD, Blue Tooth-Radio, iPod-Dockingstation, voll ausgestattete Küche, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Essbereich, doppelseitiger Jetmaster-Gaskamin, Umluftklimaanlage, Grill, Außentisch und Stühle auf der Nordterrasse mit Aussicht. Sie können sich vor dem Feuer zu kräuseln oder sitzen auf der sonnigen Terrasse und genießen Sie einen Panoramaausblick über den Garten und das Tal, so weit das Auge reicht. HayView bietet Privatsphäre, Ruhe und ein Gefühl der Abgeschiedenheit nur 1. 2 km von den Cafés, Boutiquen und Galerien von Leura Mall. Property was extremely tasteful and comfortable. Exactly as advertised - luxury adult retreat with stunning views! Family of magpies, currawongs and crimson rosellas live around the property and mornings and evenings we were greeted with the beautiful song of the magpies. Everything you could need for your visit was included. Check in was seamless. Thank you Helen and Graydon for sharing your wonderful property.

One of the best places we have stayed. A great location, close to everything yet off the main drag so beautifully quiet. On the map it looks like the pictures couldn’t possibly be correct, but careful site selection and then inspired architecture led to a perfect result. It is exactly like the photos (but even better). A perfect winter spot, with good heating, use of natural light and well laid out living area makes the whole place a treat. The bedrooms are in a nearby separate building, also very well appointed and don’t be put off by this, it actually works well, and the connection is very short. You would be hard up to think of anything negative. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely stunning!

My family and I had a wonderful time whilst staying here. The house is extremely comfortable with stunning views and in a very convenient location. Everything we needed had already been thought of, and the owners were extremely warm and helpful. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Beautiful property. quite a way from Leura Village. hilly and no footpaths but the trade off is the stunning views. Small cleanliness issues the owner has addressed. A screen door on the separate building would be great to prevent insects and flies. This is a very unique house, would stay there again.

The perfect retreat

This is a beautiful, modern property with every home comfort you would need. The views are spectacular. The kitchen had everything. It was refreshing to go to a holiday place that actually had lots of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. The heating worked well in the main living area. Lots of thoughtful touches like books, magazines, board games, DVDs, CDs etc. The house was also spotlessly clean. The owner Helen was delightful to deal with & provided lots of information about Leura before we arrived. Highly recommended if you are looking for a special place that is close to the hub of Leura while being a tranquil retreat with amazing vistas.

Mothers's weekend away.

Four of us loved the breathtaking view through the floor to ceiling windows.Also the modern furnishing , fireplace, warm beds and everything. Walking between two separate wings didn't bother us at all. Actually works well. I have already booked another weekend in August for my family coming from the UK. P.S the kitchen has everything you need .

Perfect sanctuary in the mountains

We could not fault our stay at Hayview. The property is exquisite and is equipped with everything you could need. Everyone commented on how comfortable all of the bedding was, especially all of the beds having electric blankets. Walking into the pavillion each morning to the interrupted view was incredible and the keyless door entry made the stay really easy with multiple guests. looking forward to visiting again.

Relaxing retreat!

What a delight this property is! So close to the hustle and bustle of Leura, yet tucked away in a spot providing a magnificent vista - you wouldn't even know you had neighbours. The separate pavilions meant those how stayed up late did not disturb those who retired early, and conversely those who rose early did not disturb those who slept in. Great resources provided also for what was available locally, as well as good instructions for everything inside the house. We will certainly be coming again!

The pavilion is stunning, and the sleeping quarters are just lovely: comfortable but immaculately clean and also with beautiful views from the master bedroom. We didn't go out a whole lot: it was great just to soak up the mountains in this unique retreat.

We enjoyed five wonderful days at Hayview and wished it could be for longer.Having stayed numerous times in the Blue Mountains at different locations, we would not bother looking at anywhere else now as Hayview is perfect. Apart from the amazing views, everything provided is of a high standard, with many personal touches to ensure it is less like a holiday rental and more like a beautiful home to stay in.With beautiful Autumn weather and colours, we now hope to return to experience other seasons in the future.

We love the contrast of Leura and the mountains to our life in Sydney. We can leave our busy lives(and the traffic) behind us and simply relax at HayView soaking up the view. This is how we recharge. We do like to step out to one of our favourite local cafes though and we enjoy the choice that the mountains offers, as well as the many bush walks. We're fortunate to be able to travel and usually manage a winter holiday skiing and a summer holiday on a beach up north. These days some of our breaks away include our small grandchildren and our focus expands to include playgrounds and feeding the ducks. These are special times, but we do head up to Hayiew to recover our energy! If we're fortunate to get overseas Italy always features somewhere in the mix.

HayView is our own special holiday home. We now generally only rent it out to past guests or by recommendation, although we do open it up for Easter and the June long week-end.

Sense of seclusion and privacy with bush blocks adjoining HayView to the front and side and 270 degree views to the north and west over the valleys.

1.2kms to Leura's vibrant and stylish shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries.

Quality furniture, furnishings, artworks and accessories individually chosen by us to make our holiday home feel warm and welcoming. We're very fussy about where we stay when we go away and we apply the same standards to our own holiday home.

Well equipped with all that you need to relax and enjoy your stay.

With the views over the valley it really doesn't matter what the weather does, as each season has its own appeal, and you could spend the entire time without leaving HayView should you choose to.

We love spending time here, and it seems that our guests agree. Please read the reviews to get a feel for their experiences of HayView. We'd love to be able to welcome you for your special time away in Leura.

HayView is contemporary and provides a different option to the many cottage style properties that the mountains offers.
The separate pavilions create a totally different feeling to a more conventional house design and adds to the holiday ambiance.
The separate living and sleeping spaces means that some-one can sleep or sit quietly in the cottage whilst others socialise, watch tv or listen to music in the pavilion.
The Grose Valley outlook from the living and sleeping areas of HayView gives a feeling of being in the bush whilst being a convenient 1.2ks from the vibrant village of Leura.
