Seabreeze Cottage bushland setting 300m to beach

Seabreeze Cottage is located in a quiet bushland setting but still very close to all the amenities of beautiful Avoca Beach. Relax on the balcony with the sounds of birds in the tree tops. The surf and children's rock pool are an easy 3 minute walk away. The Avoca Beach theatre is about 1 minute's walk 'just down the road'. There are a variety of alfresco cafes and restaurants to choose from, all within easy walking distance.

The cottage is on two levels. The main level has three bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a trundle bed underneath. This bed can be rolled out and is suitable for a young child. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds.
The well-equipped kitchen is part of the dining/living area. The living room opens on to a large, partially covered balcony which has a gate to help contain young children. The balcony is a very pleasant place to relax with views of the tree tops and the sounds of the birds.

The cottage has polished wood floors. There is air conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.

The lower level has a separate entrance. This level has two bedrooms, each with an ensuite, and a kitchenette in the foyer. Outside there is a patio with an outdoor setting.

The house is ideal for two families to share.

For smaller groups, it is possible to rent just the upper level. The lower level cannot be rented separately from the upper level.
