Brandneues, modernes Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, nur wenige Schritte von Picassos Geburtshaus, der charmanten Plaza de la Merced, entfernt.

Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Einzelbett mit einem behindertengerechten Bad, einer ebenerdigen Dusche und einer ausgestatteten Toilette.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett und Stauraum.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten.

Am Ende des Korridors befindet sich ein sehr großes Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Dusche über der Badewanne.

Die separate Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, darunter eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, eine Mikrowelle und ein Induktionskochfeld.

Ein großer Esstisch für bis zu 6 Personen führt zu einem großen, komfortablen Salon mit HD-TV und internationalen Fernsehkanälen.

Apartment was very clean. We had a disabled bathroom but the toilet was so high it was hard to use and there was no hold bars on both sides of the wall. Also the shower had a bathtub and the tub was very high which made getting in hard as was the shower head. Felt like it was made for 6 footers and not 5 footers.

Clean modern rooms. Location was excellentEasy check in and out. Management team was responsive, friendly and very helpful. The washing machine-dryer was excellent. The second bathroom was misrepresented as there is no proper second shower. It is a disability accessible shower so not appropriate for regular use.

I came here with my 2 sisters and we all loved the apartment

The decor, the location and the comfort were ideal. The communication was perfect.The towels were large and soft. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from Plaza Merced, the Roman theatre or the Cathedral. 15 minutes to the harbour front or the indoor market. There was some road work out the front but it might be finished soon and we were out during the day anyway. Everything was lovely

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Although you will not sleep for that week of vacation! The loud parties in the bars and restaurants until 5am. The insulation of the windows is horrible. Despite great ear plugs, we got no sleep for the week.

family stay in Malaga

I took my family to visit Malaga because I wanted them to see the city where I studied 40 years ago. Malaga as a city has really come a long way and was a great place to visit. The Centro Historico which is where we stayed was a convenient place to be for all of the activities including beaches and restaurants. The management company did an excellent job throughout the whole process and the apartment was clean and everything worked fine. The location however was right next to six restaurants/bars that were very lively and loud up until about 1 AM everyone morning and then there was a nightclub about 50 meters away that was very loud up until 6 AM on Friday-Sunday.

3 Day Stay In September

We as a family of 5 stayed in Merced 1 for 2 nights, 3 days in September. We had just travelled from another Solaga managed property in Nerja. The customer service prompt and helpful via phone as when we arrived there was no access and cleaner was still there. We were allowed to leave our bags and go exploring for a few hours. This might not suit everyone so it's important that the apartment is ready when agreed. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard and is very spacious. The location is perfect. While we feel this would be a great find for some, things that we stop us returning would be the overall feel of the apartment. While cleaned to a good standard, there are areas of the apartment that are not being reached. It's a little basic and in need of an upgrade. The rug and couch in the sitting room are covered in stains, as are the walls throughout.

Die Unterkunft war für vier Erwachsene und einem Kind perfekt. Sie war sauber und top ausgestattet, Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch. Alles wie beschrieben. Zur Lage: an sich ausgezeichnet, genau im Zentrum, Hafen/Meerpromenade und Castillo de Gibralfaro in 20 Min. erreichbar. Die Gegend, so wie die ganze Altstadt, ist voll mit Klubs und Restaurants, es war also sehr laut und es waren die ganze Nacht Partygäste zu hören. Nicht zu empfehlen für Leute mit einem leichten Schlaf. Dies hat mit der Wohnung aber nichts zu tun. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und würden sofort wieder selbst dorthin, allerdings mit Ohropax für den Schlaf -)
