Gerade einmal 2 Stunden von Boise entlang der atemberaubenden Payette River Scenic Byway dieses abgeschiedene 13-Morgen-Eigenschaft befindet sich oberhalb des historischen Whitney Ranch auf einem alpinen Hanglage. Genießen Sie den Panoramablick auf Berge, Wälder und Wiesen. Das Anwesen ist ein hervorragender Standort für die Sterne und Tierwelt zu genießen und die völlige Ruhe des Gebiets, in absoluter Privatsphäre zu erfahren.

Bereit für ein wenig Spaß? Head to eine der vielen ganzjährig Erholungs Hot Spots nur auf dem Weg! Die Hütte befindet sich 5 Meilen von Brundage Skigebiet, 4 Meilen von heißen Quellen, und nur 9 Meilen zu schönen McCall, wo Sie essen gehen können, Schlittschuh, mieten Jet-Ski oder einfach nur an der berühmten Shore Lodge Cove Spa entspannen.

Danach für einen Film zu Hause gemütlich bis in einem der beiden Wohnzimmer oder Abendessen in der Gourmet-Küche zu machen. Wickeln Sie den Abend mit einem Cocktail in der oben Bartresen Mischen, sitzend von der Feuerstelle auf der Terrasse, oder Sterne gucken in der heißen Wanne.

Diese Kabine umgestalten wurde professionell gestaltet und dekoriert (abgeschlossen Juli 2016). Die untere Ebene verfügt über einen offenen 700 Quadratmeter großen Wohnbereich mit einer Garage benachbarte Schlamm Raum für Jacken, Schuhe und Skier sowie ein WC, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd, Gas-Kamin und ein großes Sofa, die aus zieht in ein Queen-Memory-Schaum-Matratze Größe. Die zweite Geschichte verfügt über einen eigenen gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, einem Bad, einer Wet-Bar, einem Weinkühlschrank und einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Matratzen.

We really enjoyed this lovely cabin and the surrounding outdoor environment. The cabin was nicely appointed. The hot tub easy to use. Beautifully appointed with everything you need and more! Amazing views, spectacular sunsets and endless stars. If you're looking for secluded privacy with creature comforts, this is the place! The bed is extra comfortable and the hot tub is the cherry on top! We already miss hearing the cows in the distance and the wind through the pines. This will be a long remembered stay. Perfect Mountain Getaway

My family just loved this property and the location. It boasts coziness and so much character with their remodel. We loved every unique detail. To top it off, the view was stunning. Total relaxation

This is a beautiful home with an amazing view. Its even better than the photos. We had the most peaceful relaxing time. The owners were absolutely amazing and so helpful. My husband and i really enjoyed the spa, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed to grill and make meals in the kitchen. Our dog was in heaven chasing chipmunks. Incredible place we cant wait to go back!

Escape from the city

We decided to leave the Dallas rat race and explore the nature in Idaho. The house is exactly as described. So nice! We felt off the grid with a magnificent view while also having wifi, a hot tub, washer and dryer and all the amenities of home.... We took suggestions from Lisa and we are so glad we did. I had the best pork sandwich of my life at The Intersection in New Meadows. (That's high praise from a 6th generation Texan). We also enjoyed a lovely dinner on the lake at Shore Lodge in McCall. It was delightful. We found the house to be a wonderful place to lounge and relax after a fun day of hiking and kayaking. Thank-you so much for offering your home on VRBO so that others may enjoy the fruits of your labor. It was just what we were looking for in a quick get away!

Adorable cabin

This place is incredible. You are extremely secluded but still only a few minutes from good food and drink. The cabin overlooks a breathtaking meadow out to the mountains. Highly recommend The Intersection bar and grill for dinner and the Granite Mountain cafe for breakfast. When you are ready to start exploring just head up 95 and you will surely find it at Pittsburg Landing and Seven Devil’s Rd. If you are looking for something closer head to Brundage Mountain for a gondola ride and some mountain biking or hiking in the summer. The restaurant there is great when you are ready to relax. All in all this cabin is the best place to stay to be away from people but centrally located for some fun!

This was the getaway my family needed. My dad grew up on a ranch just a few miles away and with a similar view of the valley. He loved being able to stay in this area. The house is a charming blend of Texas and Northwest ambiance. The host was immediately responsive to any question and gave suggestions to help enjoy the stay. The house was more than adequately stocked with the basic supplies. I will be back with my husband. My favorite VRBO experience to date!

2nd Stay - Great again!

We stayed the 1st week of June. The meadow was green and the area was beautiful. We heard the cows during the day, the coyotes at night & the turkeys in the early morning. This is an absolutely beautiful & peaceful place. We stayed last in Dec of 2022 when there was 3' of snow. This was a different kind of beautiful! The hosts are quick to answer any questions and are wonderful to work with. The house is well equipped, comfortable, the TV is great, but the best of all is the view. The sunsets are amazing! We look forward to coming again. Next time maybe the fall with those lovely fall colors. This is definitely a place you can come back again & again. Thank you to Lisa & Thomas. We will be back! The owners Tom and Lisa were very helpful. We had a few questions before we set up our stay and they answered everything very promptly. It's a very Nice cozy place. Amazing Cabin - Wonderful trip

A short distance from New Meadows or McCall, you turn off the highway, travel a mile or two through the meadow, turn up the hill switchbacking up through the trees, down the driveway to the cabin and wonderful view. Welcome to your piece of Heaven for your next few days! The cabin is beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is high quality from the oh-so-comfortable leather recliners to the kitchen appliances to the sinks, tile shower, bed, heating systems, lighting, etc... I love the western motif. It is an Idaho cabin with a touch of Texas! We went into McCall one day for a bit of shopping and dinner, otherwise we stayed at the cabin. The view from inside and out is lovely, the hot tub was perfect and private and we loved the sunsets. No neighbors for miles. And quiet? Only a distant coyote could be heard every now and then. We cooked, ate, played cards, caught up on our computers with the fast internet service and were thrilled to find the TV had full Direct TV with access to all the football games. You could even record which was a great addition unlike most vacation rentals. I had a couple of questions for the host, I texted & Lisa was great to answer promptly. She was very sweet to put up with a few of my questions. I guess I'm not a "tech-savvy' as I thought. It really is a "Smart House"! We stayed in the winter when there was at least 2' of snow. We are eager to come back in the spring or fall to enjoy the deck and view even more! Thank you Tom & Lisa for sharing this wonderful cabin with us. We will be back! Rhonda & Lee - Boise

New Years getaway.

This cabin is a gem for getting away from the busyness of life. It feels remote and isolated, surrounded by beautiful scenery but, is in fact just a short drive to McCall and Brundage Ski Resort. This little cabin is a cozy retreat with all the amenities for a relaxing after your days activities. Lisa and Tom are excellent hosts and provided recommendations for area events while we were there. This is a new favorite and we will definitely be back.

Hot Tub and Fresh Snow, Perfect

The road climbs ito the trees from a valley filled with cows. There were planned burns adding puffs of smoke to the area at sunset. The sun obscured by the clouds of the recent snow. Then, we exit the car to a view that couldn't be more pristine. We enter the house through the garage, kick off our shoes to the heated floor, pour a glass of wine, and relaxe to the view through huge glass doors. Oops, maybe we should empty the car. After settling in, we prepped and ate a nice dinner. The house has quality pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We wrapped up the first day in the hot tube watching the glow of the planned burns across the way. We enjoyed 5 more days of the same relaxation. Note, there is 4G service and solid wifi if you need to connect to the world. We will be back. Great location and hosts.

Summer Vacation

This property is absolutely fantastic! The location is out of the way in the foothills of New Meadows but close enough to town and over to McCall. The sunsets were incredible with chirping birds and chipmunks along with a deer sighting or two. The house is perfect and just as the pictures show - super clean, well decorated and cozy. Amenities a plenty, including an air compressor for a flat tire fix on our UTV :) !!! Looking forward to our next time in New Meadows! Thanks

Pure Heaven!

My husband and I spent a week here for our anniversary and it was amazing! The furnishings and decor were spot on and comfortable. We couldn’t get over how beautiful the view was and the large glass doors really make the most of it. The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down at sunset or for stargazing at night. The stacks and stacks of plush towels made each shower a spa experience. And that bed. Incredible! It was like sleeping in a cloud of fluffiness. We never slept so good. The whole trip was wonderful! We even had a fox come for a visit - right up to the door! We would LOVE to come back and stay again soon.

A great place to get away and recharge.

This property is by far one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. I really have issues with paying rather substantial cleaning fees only to arrive at a property and find and the property isn’t “clean” that is not the case with this property it was super clean. In addition, there was everything needed to hang out and enjoy a long weekend. We arrived on Thursday evening and didn’t leave until Sunday. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all our meals. I even made zucchini bread, there was a hand mixer and baking dishes. I did a lot of cooking and found everything I looked for. I also have an issue with places that don’t have a pitcher for making juice there was a pitcher at New Meadows. The basics were provided. Oils, spices, and coffee with a very cute pour over coffee maker a dream kitchen in a vacation property. The description and photos on the VRBO site are extremely accurate. Towels and bed linens high quality. There are plenty of clean fluffy towels in the bathroom, hot tub and dog towels are also provided. The kitchen also has plenty of dish towels. My husband enjoyed the hot tub while I enjoyed the quiet so I could and read and do some research. There was always something to see. One morning wild turkeys in the driveway another afternoon I was just sitting outside enjoying the warm weather and quiet and spotted a bear wandering in the distance. Deer in the yard and a variety of birds and a little chipmunk that drove my dog crazy. Speaking of dogs, we did love the dog tie out. It was nice to have Boots outside with us and she could wander a bit without getting into trouble. The view is great and if you get up super early in the morning (6 am one morning) the stars are amazing. The gas fire pit was also a big hit with us. We like to sit out in the evening and enjoy a cocktail and the fire pit helped take the chill off. I am one of those people who asks lots of questions and Lisa was quick to answer them all. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and this house is one of my top 3. We are looking forward to a return stay. Oh yea I really enjoyed the bottle of champagne.
