This simple yet elegant apartment of 50 square metres is situated in a historical building with lift that can be also accessed through a large stone staircase. It comes with a room furnished with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe, where also a dining area is to be found with access to a balcony with an amazing view over the Gulf of Palermo that guests can enjoy while reading or sipping a glass of local wine. There is also a small equipped kitchen, in addition to a full bathroom with shower. It is the perfect place for two people with comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
*There is a janitor in the building. Moreover, the building is located outside the limited traffic area and guests can find a free parking lot just in front of it.
*Before reaching the elevator, guests will have to take some steps up.

The apartment is located in Foro Italico, one of the most beautiful streets of the city center and of the historic district La Kalsa. Here, guests will still be able to admire the main aristocratic buildings of the whole city. Many attractions are reachable within walking distance such as Piazza Marina, Magione Church, Villa Giulia, Via Roma and Palazzo Abatellis. Nearby, there are also several restaurants and wine bars.
Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception.
