The location was terrific. Piero is a very accommodating host. Friendly, helpful and he goes up and beyond to make sure his guests’ needs are met. He gave great suggestions for dining. His board of information was extremely helpful. Coffee was supplied which was appreciated by one of our party. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We were met at the property and shown around. The upstairs bath was especially spacious. The twin bed upstairs was all springs and unusable, but the couch was good enough. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more. It was near the metro. Bring 10cent coins for the elevator. I would recommend, but not stay there again.

It’s was a great experience. Location was ideal and centrally located with many eateries, shopping and public transportation access. It you are doing day trips, moving a lot and on the go - this is ideal. It was enough space for my family of 4 and worked out extremely well. Host was very responsive.

Our host was so helpful and responsive, letting us drop our luggage off early. The apartment had fabulous air conditioning, which was heavenly in this heatwave. We did laundry easily, watched the smart TV, slept in comfortable beds, and cooked in the kitchen. Everything was wonderful, including the proximity to a grocery store (1 min walk) and Piazza Dante (3 min walk). I would totally stay here again.

Great place to stay in Naples

This place is close to the port and other sightseeing spots. It was very clean and the host was very nice. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend this place for anyone!

Clean and safe apartment. Wonderful location - within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The host arranged for a cab to go go the airport. Although the host explained the heating system, we did have some problem adjusting the heat.

Grand, clean and modern inside

We loved being able to step away from the beautiful energy of Naples to retreat to the home. The bathrooms were modern and spacious and every room in the home had character. The tall doors and ceilings provided a grand feeling of luxury.

Fantastic stay in Napoli

This has been one of our best accomodation experiences. Right from the booking the communication was excellent with clear directions how to get there and back up direct contact. Pietre was very informative and goes to great lengths to ensure the stay is comfortable with small touches such a tea and a great coffee machine. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with local recommendations. A very good stay and highly recommended.

What a wonderful apartment right in the middle of Naples’ most historic, most personality-rich neighborhood! Yes, the streets are busy and gritty, but when you step through the (very authentic) front door of the building and into the courtyard, the noise falls away. Then when you enter the apartment, it’s very modern, so comfortable, crisp and clean, and filled with wonderful and thoughtful touches — espresso, toiletries, a hair dryer, the works. There’s soap for the washing machine and a great (private) place to hang your clothes to dry so the neighbors don’t see them. Best of all, they let us leave our bags in the foyer securely after check out since our train wasn’t until 2pm! My family and I enjoyed the apartment very much (5 adults) and would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, lots of amenities!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Piero was very accommodating by letting us bring our luggage early so we could start exploring the city. The apartment is in a very walkable location and a great hub for taking day trips from Naples. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a great espresso machine, a washing machine, and an elevator!

Perfect Location

The property was well located for everything.Piero was very happy to help when we needed some assistance.The only small negative was the towels which felt like sandpaper. Everything else was excellent.

Excellent location within walking distance to several attractions and only a 3-5 minute walk to the Metro. Grocery store right around the corner. Very pleasant apartment

Casa Latilla is ideally situated, in a central location with easy access to the main sites of Napoli. Although in a busy district, the flat is very pleasant and quiet. The high ceiling and windows make it charming. Piero our host was very pleasant and helpful in welcoming us to his place, which I truly recommend.

Historical area of Naples

Pierro was great to communicate with and he attended promptly to an issue that arose. The apartment was within walking distance of tour meet up points and there was also a good selection of places to eat in the area. Pierro also provided lots of helpful information. Overall a great stay

Wonderful stay !

Centrally located - this apartment was perfect for my husband and I to explore Naples, visit the local sites and enjoy the local restaurants. Right near the Dante subway we were able to travel by train to Pompei and Herculeum - a very easy ride. Piero was a fabulous host and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Apartment is clean and well stocked kitchen. Thank you so much for a wonderful time !

Clean and conveniently located

The host is wonderful. His communications are friendly and prompt. The apartment is basic but more importantly it is clean and comfortable. The location is great for Napoli, right on the edge of the old city for restaurants, street eats, shopping and the Metro (Dante Station). The full size grocery store right next door was a bonus.
