Dieses Luxus-Blockhaus besteht aus handgefertigten Holzstämme, große Bildansicht Fenster, bequeme High-End-Betten und Möbel hergestellt. Das Haus ist 3500 qm auf 2 Ebenen. Die sechs-Morgen-Eigenschaft hat Biberteiche und ein ganzjährig Bach. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Haus hat eine Wrap-around-Deck mit Mahlzeiten im Freien und einen Grillplatz. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind mit Kingsize-Betten eingerichtet, aber zusätzliche Einzelbetten können zu 2 der Schlafzimmer für zusätzliche Gäste hinzugefügt werden.

This is a wonderful house. Large, comfortable rooms, good kitchen setup, lots of amenities, quiet location, neighbors are not close by, and the view is so nice. Great for mornings and evenings on the large wrap around porch. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

This is our second year choosing to stay at this amazing cabin like home in Brown’s Valley. It is so comfortable, homey and beautiful. Everything we needed was provided. The wrap around deck offers protected space for reading and enjoying the natural setting. We will be back again next year. It has become our home away from home.

The pictures and reviews are very misleading. I've rented 25 VRBO's and Airbnd's and this is the by far was the worst experience for many reasons. The place looks like a hoarder owns it. Old bedding, towels, old appliances, and junk everywhere. Mold in the downstairs shower/bathtub, cobwebs everywhere. the place hasn't been really cleaned in a long time. Cookware is the worst I've used in a rental.Refrigerator was dirty, and we had to clean it before putting anything in it. The oven and BBQ looked that haven't' been cleaned in a long time.We arrived and the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. We were just going to wash them and found there was no dishwasher soap. Other things not supplied, trashcan liners and paper towels. We had to message Mary Jane, the owner to bring us some. She did respond quickly and brought what should have been there in the first place.Attached is a picture of items in disrepair and just junk on the deck.Look elsewhere if you want a place that is clean and stocked with at least the bare essentials.

Wedding weekend get away

We enjoyed our stay! It had 6 guests and the hime has 3 bedrooms and a loft, with 2 full bathrooms. Fully stocked with towels and dishes. The host was very nice and had great communication throughout. Would def stay again!

Our host was very responsive - great to work with. Home is beautifully built - clearly a labor of love by its original owner. Well-maintained, and recently remodeled downstairs suite (extra bed and bath). Would gladly stay here again!

Graduation Celebration

We had 6 adults staying in this spacious log cabin. The property is truly unique, well-stocked and extremely comfortable. A beautiful get-away. We had a wonderful time celebrating a college graduation. Couldn't have asked for more. The owner was very responsive and reasonable.

Great Location, Spacious Cabin

Things were quite dusty and cobwebby but otherwise we appreciated the spacious yet cozy cabin. It was perfect for our group of 9, and felt like we still had room to spare. Had lots of extra amenities available for use too so we were able to cook during our trip and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Our stay in the cabin in Brown’s Valley was fantastic. It was only 10 minutes from the wedding venue, which was convenient. The cabin was beautiful, extremely roomy to accommodate a large group. Beds were extremely comfortable. Appliances were great for us to use. I loved the area. It was quiet; we saw a large group of wild Turkey hens. I would definitely recommend the cabin to others. The price was right for such a wonderful place to stay. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Mary.

Nice log cabin, but owner misrepresented the property

Nice log cabin that was very well stocked with pots and pans, towels, games etc. However, owner informed me in October 2022 that VRBO listing stating 3 bed, 2 bath was incorrect as she had since added a 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom. I thanked her for the update and told her we were excited about our stay in December and the extra room & bathroom would be needed. However, the day of our arrival the owner sent me a message stating that she had people working on the flooring downstairs but they should be gone before our check-in time of 3:00 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and they were still working on the flooring. The workers stayed until 5:45 PM, hammering and banging away. We were unable to access the downstairs level that was supposed to have the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom all night, but the owner promised she would return at 9:00 AM the next morning to unlock it for us. She did return the next morning to unlock the downstairs but when we went down there it was a COMPLETELY UNFINISHED level. There was no heat or air, walls were missing and NO BATHROOM. There was only a sofa, a lamp and twin bed but with the unfinished room, missing walls, no heat or bathroom, the entire bottom level was unusable. Very disappointed that the owner misrepresented the accomodations to me in October. If they had reached out prior to our arrival in December and honestly told us that the bottom level was never completed, we still would have kept our reservation but could have planned better arrangements for sleeping and sharing 2 bathrooms. There was a big rain storm with 50 mph winds on the last day of our stay. There were trees downed, roads were flooded and the owner was very kind to offer us the cabin for another day free of charge to wait out the storm. However, we had already cleared out. Overall the cabin was nice, the surrounding grounds are peaceful and secluded and the owner has thoughtfully stocked the cabin with lots of essentials.

Do not stay here- many other better listings

Our stay at this place was horrible. The host left us outside in 110 degree weather without a key. She made us go to the back entrance after 10 minutes to get in.The fridge was dirty- had hair in it which was gross and the oven had utensils in it as well.The sink on the bottom floor is unusable so there was one bathroom sink for a crowd.We almost left without staying a second nightI would pay a motel 50 dollars for such a place.Do yourself a favor and find yourself another space.

We were in the area for a wedding, and this property worked beautifully to house our family at half the price of local hotels. Great value! Spacious, with great gathering spaces. Remote feeling and beautiful setting!
