Excellent little spot in a perfect location

This was probably the best stay I've had at a rental property. The place was nice and clean, check in/out was a breeze, and this spot was located in the perfect spot in Savannah. It was nice to have street parking, but I really only drove once or twice as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance of this house. The bathroom was nice, clean and modern, the kitchen had all working appliances and plenty of utensils/kitchenware, and the bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful view. Really loved being right on Forsyth park. Also, loved the DVD selection lol. Thanks for letting me stay in such a fantastic spot for a fantastic weekend!

Great location

Stayed 4 nights. Apartment was immaculate and in a fabulous location. Entry was easy. Needs curtains in bedroom, streetlights keep room lit at night. Hot water in shower seemed to run out quickly, but the water pressure was great. Couch is a bit lumpy and could use some throw pillows, but otherwise very comfy location. Would definitely stay again.

While the location was convenient, traffic noise during night/sleep time was excessive and windows do nothing to insulate interior from this noise, property need window treatments to effectively block light from interior, bathtub does not properly drain and fills up with water during shower. I would not stay at this property again.

You should hang blackout curtains in bedroom . Lights from park shined in the bedroom. I think some color in the rooms / updating would be nice and easy to do. Location is wonderful . parking was fine for Savannah. Customer service was wonderful

Great Savanah Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Savannah. Being right on Forsyth Park was an absolute bonus. The place was spacious, clean and the location was quiet. As referenced in a few of the other reviews, the bedroom windows need additional drapery or black out shades to lessen the nighttime light from the street light…..a simple fix. Some sounds from upstairs residents, but would definitely recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much! As seniors we love walking and having Forsyth Park right across the street provided us much enjoyment. River Street is only a mile away and an easy stroll.

It was located across the street from Forsyth Park which made access to the city bus and the Hop on hop off bus convenient. The only problems were that 2 lights were out and the TVs did not work. One Tv was missing a ROKU remote and I think the batteries were dead on the other. A quick call to Lucky Savannah had Candace at our door to fix the issues. Candace could not have been nicer. She had to go back to the office and get materials and it was the end of her shift, but she happily fixed things for us so we could enjoy the Olympics. Thanks Candace!

Great overall but...

Overall great experience. When a property is fantastic, the little 'misses' stick out more. This isnt a negative review, just little annoyances like half the lamps didnt have working lightbulbs and there was an embedded tobacco smell (like a lifelong smoker used to live there) that kind of dinged the experience.

Location, room and accessibility to Savannahs sites was perfect! Some observations. Be prepared to move your vehicle from street to street due street sweeping schedule. Be sure to read signs. Unit we stayed in had an issue with spiders and fruit flys. Glad we brought along our pesticide spray along. Fruit flys were emanating from the tub. And finally, hot/cold water from tub has worn cartridges and /or stems that are worn out and should be replaced. Difficult to balance hot/water for shower. Other than that, very enjoyable stay.

Great first experience

This was our first experience using VRBO. It was so easy picking the place. The whole process was so easy. I was a little worried when we got there would we be able to get in. No problem at all the hosts sent us email with all the necessary information. Location was great. Condo was spotless. I highly recommend them. Can’t wait for our next adventure!

Great place!

My wife and I had a great time in Savanah. Our stay at this VRBO was awesome. The location was in a beautiful part of the historic district across from Forsythe Park and walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. Great coffee shops close by and a place to grab the bus tours close by also. Free parking right outside the door.

I did get to see the room though prior to their arrival and it was absolutely cute and charming! Great location right by Forsyth Park. I definitely will personally be staying there at one point or another. Everything was clean and tidy. Met the cleaning stuff who obviously took pride In their work and paid attention to detail. When I asked my brother about his day, he says it was really lovely. And he also found the room to be very, very good for the price and the location. A great value. Reviewer Comments: Not rented through Lucky Savannah so we were a little nervous but it seems unnecessarily as the pre rental information all came through in good time and was very comprehensive. The location is great. We could take our chairs across the road to the park in the evenings and just take in the buzz from there. The flat had all the technology and features we expected and the free parking is a big bonus in a city these days although next time, we wouldn’t bring a car as there is a Krogers just over the park, Sentient Bean kept us in coffee and the American Legion post in beer/food. The free bus into town is also a boon for weary legs. We are already planning ‘Savannah 2025’
