That's on a place to stay want to stay at Myrtle Beach Resort every time from now on so many things to do and I didn't even go in all the swimming pools and things and all the other buildings nice little karaoke bar out there that belongs to the resort everything was excellent how you recommended

Perfect week!!!

This beachfront room is amazing. It was perfect for my husband and Into enjoy a few days. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The resort is very nice with several pools, one being beachfront, a lazy river and an indoor pool. There is also karaoke at the resort bar at night. Very nice and will stay here again.

Great stay for our family of 3!

This is a great oceanfront condo! We had our 2.5 year old daughter with us who still uses a pack and play that fit perfectly near the bunk beds and could be closed off at bedtime while we stayed up. The views are amazing and we loved the amenities such as the playground, lazy river, and kiddie pools. We would definitely return to this resort! As for cleanliness, we had an issue that we reported and was quickly tended to. But was a bit frustrating during these covid times and the cleaning fees that are paid a more thorough cleaning should’ve been completed and checked before our arrival. The shower curtain needs to be replaced and the shower head isn’t great. Water pressure is fine but a new shower head would be better.

Check in was poorly managed.

The property itself was acceptable, clean, and served the purpose. The check in process required several miles of travel via Lyft costing over $30. I literally just had to go pick up the keys and didn't have to show ID or sign anything, so why not have a key keeper at the unit and serve the tennants better! I did not feel that was properly explained at time of rental. There was little information in the unit about the area other than warning signs and threats of fines, which I understand since many renters are poor stewards. A much higher rating would be given if it weren't for the check in process.

Property needs to be updated - Bugs,smelled mil dewy,not clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start out with the Rental Company was very good and helpful. But...We walked into the 402A and it smelled like mildew so I had to buy Fabreeze for the smell and had to spray each time we walked back in the unit. We killed 5 large roaches while we were there- I have pictures if you need them. The property really needs to be updated with new furnishing (it was so old and worn) for the price that you are getting a week you could afford to buy a new bed spread, couch, table and chairs. The door to the patio would never lock. I only gave one star to the location because the beach was so over crowded. As for cleaning - I really don't think they do that much since in the contract you make everyone empty the garbage, clean the kitchen and refrigerator. I think they only thing they clean is the bathroom, change the towels and vacume. Another thing that made me feel really uncomfortable was leaving the sheets on the bed. Do they change the sheets? I just thought that was weird. We dropped something on the floor under the couch and it looked like it had not been swept in a while. Also the air conditioning grate was very dusty. Hope this helps you all with trying to make this a better place. Sorry couldn't say but one nice thing. If, I owned this and had a company taking care of this for me I wouldn't be happy.Patrice and Johnny Green

You have access to the beach, pools and a lot of other activities. We normally stay in one particular place but we were unable to stay there because it was booked but the place we stayed this time maybe our new place! It was perfect! The only downfall was they closed all the pools to prepare for the tropical storm and it was a beautiful day that was wasted.

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

We are “quite elderly”. and we loved being right on the ocean! Our condo was on the 4th floor and we didn’t expect to have to walk up a flight of stairs to the elevator. The bed was just a double bed that was NOT at all comfortable. Other than that our visit was delightful!
