Küche: Mit Gasherd und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Erdgeschoss:
Schlafzimmer 1: Mit Doppelbett und CD / Radio / iPod-Dockingstation.
Schlafzimmer 2: Mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Badezimmer: Neu ausgestattet im Jahr 2017 mit Dusche über der Badewanne, WC und Waschbecken. Alle Treibstoff, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und WLAN inklusive. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Es gibt eine Auswahl an Büchern / DVDs und Brettspielen. . Parkplatz für ein Auto .. 18 Elm Court liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Keswick entfernt. Das Cottage bietet das Beste aus beiden Welten und bietet den Gästen alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt, während es von der Tür aus bequem zu schönen Spaziergängen und den atemberaubenden Lakeland Fells führt. Das Interieur ist in einem modernen und zeitgenössischen Stil gestaltet, behält aber dennoch ein gemütliches Landhausgefühl bei. Das Cottage verfügt über einen Terrassengarten, der vom Wohnzimmer aus zum privaten Parkplatz führt, und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer und diejenigen, die einfach nur eine erholsame Pause einlegen möchten.

Last minute booking with discount still a bit expensive for us. Great location and we had a great time in Keswick. Less than 4 mins walk to Booths and Keswick bus station. Car parking space provided and it was spot on!Bathroom ventilation could be improved. Vents in the main bedroom window needs fixing. Not possible to close the vents.Both bedrooms are overlooking into car parks so the blinds need to be closed all the time if you like your privacy. As a result no natural light in the bedrooms.Detail instructions of Xbox and dvd for players would be helpful.As a parent, I disliked the Xbox because it was harder to get my child off it but my child was very happy and gave 5 stars for it.Kitchen facilities - excellentWasher with dryer very useful.Please replace batteries in the torches.Dish washer tablets, towels, kitchen towel and toilet tissues, dish washing solution were provided, super and thank you. Please do provide washing machine tablets or powder if possible.Would we come back to the cottage - Maybe/Likely

Great little getaway

Could not have got a better location, 3 minutes walk from bus station, 6 minute walk from town centre, the property was spotlessly clean and comfortable and was well equiped , would have prefered a shower curtain instead of the glass shower screen though. Would definately stay again.

As centrally located you don't get the views from the cottage but so convenient to walk everywhere. Very clean and has everything you might need to cook your own meals and stay entertained. Lovely house.

Lovely house. Very clean, well equipped, and very well placed for the local Booth's supermarket (only a 30 second walk) and Keswick itself. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and pots and pans. The overhead shower is great. My only complaint is that the twin bedroom doesn't have any wardrobe or chest(s) of drawers; the only place for hanging clothes was the boiler room/airing cupboard. When we return to Keswick I would have no hesitation is booking this property again.

Loved this house in a very quiet location in Keswick but still only a few minutes walk to all amenities. Very well equipped and comfortable. Next time we are in Keswick we hope to book this same house for our holiday. Highly recommend.
