A lovely, spacious bungalow, with a pleasant garden and lots of space to park the cars. The living areas are all light and airy, with plenty of seating. The sofas are low, so a supportive arm chair would have been a help to us. The beds were mainly comfortable, although one mattress needed some extra padding to make it so. The bedding and towels were adequate. Good bathroom facilities and plenty of hot water, once we realised we had to switch on the controls in the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with good quality appliances, although we felt the oven should have been cleaner. Also, some of the crockery and cutlery were dirty on our arrival and it became apparent that the dishwasher needed a repair. Once reported, Norfolk Hideaways acted promptly to rectify the problem and was very apologetic. The garden furniture enabled us to eat outside when the weather allowed, which was very pleasant and the garden table tennis table was also enjoyed.
Burnham Market is a delightful village and we appreciated the local butchers, fishmongers, general store and church.
We found the location good for visiting the coast as well as Houses and Gardens such as Holkham Hall and Sandringham.
