Fabulously designed room with original beams and pillars, wooden floors, wood burning stove and comfortable quality furnishings. Flat screen television/DVD with surround sound. Vaulted ceiling to top floor. Large glazed doors lead to the enclosed courtyard garden with outside furniture.
Kitchen/dining room
Bespoke hand finished kitchen with granite worktops. Grand central island unit. Range cooker, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser and a Nespresso coffee machine with a box of complimentary cartridges. Dining table and seating for eight guests. Digital radio. Limestone tiled floors.
Utility room
Housing microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer.
First Floor:
The grand staircase brings you to the first floor with landing area. Comfy armchair and side table. There is a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs

Superb master suite with super-king size four pillar bed and large flat screen television with Freeview.

With walk in shower enclosure, wash basin and WC.

Twin bedroom. Light and airy room with attractive full size 3ft twin wrought iron beds.
