Upon entering this 1000 sq ft, second floor, private getaway complete with all the amenities you are embraced by it's warmth and spaciousness. Situated on 20 acres, starting at the base of Dexter Peak your eyes travel south and west to the panoramic and unobstructed views of the Absaroka and Gallatin Mountain Ranges. including breathtaking landscapes which showcase Emigrant Peak, Baldy (Chico Peak) and Arrow Peak among others.

Paradise Terrace boasts a full kitchen with granite countertops, a spacious living room/dining room, two warmly decorated queen bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort, each with a full private bath, plenty of closets, a large washer/dryer, radiant heat and central air conditioning. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking Paradise Valley while sipping your morning coffee.

Secluded and peaceful, yet only minutes from activities in charming Livingston, the Yellowstone River, Yellowstone National Park, Chico Hot Springs and outstanding dining at local restaurants. Hiking and biking trails, river and lake fishing, hunting and skiing are all in abundance here.

Our stay at Paradise Terrace was delightful! The location, comfortable lodging and hospitality from both James and Christine were very much appreciated and made a positive impact to our vacation. The accommodation was sparkling clean when we arrived and we were greeted by the hosts with delicious Biscoff cookies and fresh lettuce greens from their garden. The pizza evening was also enjoyable and the pizza was delectable. Every aspect of our stay was comfortable, and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching sunsets and the pleasing landscape. We stayed here for 9 nights and got in lots of hiking and exploring in the area! I would highly recommend Paradise Terrace as a base!

Beautiful property and even better hosts. We went with another couple that we are friends with and this place is very accommodating for hanging out and socializing to being private when needed. Wonderful Place and Better Hosts!

This place is a gem - it might be the best food in Paradise Valley on pizza night, but it is also in a PERFECT location, with sunrises, sunsets, and magnificent stars all there for your viewing from the private deck. What a great time we had here.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful location in Paradise Valley. The location, property and unit were all terrific. It is located with close proximity to the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park, the town of Livingston and many rivers for fly fishing. Views of the mountains, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets are perfect right from the balcony. Of course, pizza night with the hosts, James and Christine, is another reason to come back time after time. And, the blueberry muffins were a plus and were delicious.

Exceptional Stay

Accommodations are lovely and exactly as described. Location is perfect for Yellowstone and all activities in the area. What makes this rental shine are the extremely gracious hosts. We enjoyed our time with them along with some of the best pizza we have ever eaten. We book many VRBOs and this was by far the best. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Great location in beautiful Paradise Valley with Mountain views.

Apartment was very accommodating with a great patio area for views of the mountains. Very quiet and comfortable stay. With the two full bedroom suites with full bath for our two couples was great. The Pizza Night was terrific with the take home fresh bread an added treat. James and Christine were super hosts!

Absolutely one of the Best places I have ever stayed. James and Christine are wonderful people and we loved Pizza night. The Biscotti was the best . The property is very clean and peaceful and James and Christine have thought of everything you would need for your stay. Loved sitting on the balcony. I will sure stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We loved everything about our stay. The property is beautiful and the space was very clean. You can’t beat the views! As many other reviewers said, pizza night was a true highlight. We also enjoyed the all of the original art. We were ready to quit our real lives and move in!
