Schöne 2-Bett / 2 Bad Wohnung in der Holz Beach-Komplex auf Amelia Island Plantation nördlich des Haupt Hotel. Einer der besten Lagen auf der Anlage, mit dem Strand Holz Komplex Zugang zum Pool nur wenige Schritte außerhalb der Terrassentür und weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand Zugang. (Siehe Bilder)

Diese Wohnung im ersten Stock verfügt über eine einladende offene Grundriss mit viel natürlichem Licht und schönen Möbeln. Es ist ideal für Paare oder Familien, mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Master, zwei großen Betten im Gästezimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Flachbild-Fernseher sind im Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine geflieste Dusche, während das zweite Bad eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination hat. Ein voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Waschküche. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, zusammen mit Badetücher, Liegestühle und grundlegende Haushaltswaren.

Great location!

We loved our stay in this condo. The pool is right outside the back door and the beach is a quick and easy walk across the street. We loved all the walking trails and the beach was never super crowded.

Nice unit close to beach

This is a bright unit and it is SO close to the beach. The property was beautiful and the back door looks right over the pool. It was a great, relaxing stay for our family and we will be back!

Comfortable condo

This condo was great for my family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having the pool right outside. The beach access was easy to get to and we loved our time on Amelia. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little oasis getaway

We really liked having the pool right outside our back door. The trees surrounding the property make it very serene. The short walk to the beach was a pleasant walk.

A great family vacation

We love the Plantation and this condo was perfect for our needs. We especially liked the corner ground floor which led directly to the pool. The only minor complaint is the sliding door needs attention

Amelia Island Beachwood Condo Stay

My husband and I spent two weeks at the end of March at this Beachwood condo. We were very please with the condo itself and the surrounding area at Omni resorts. I was able to walk everyday and felt safe doing so. The property is just a short walk away to the ocean. We enjoyed a boat trip to Cumberland Island, shopping in Fernandina Beach and trying out some great restaurants. We also drove to Jacksonville and St Augustine. We would definitely return.

Great location in Omni Resort Complex

Very convenient within the Omni Resort property. Steps away to swimming pool that is shaded under the trees. Very short walk to the beach. Condo was very comfortable for our family of 3. Would rent again. 1st floor unit with 3 floors above. Some noise from neighbor above but not terrible. Unit could use updated couches. Overall very pleased with our stay.

We can give this only 4 stars because the unit itself is dated and not very bright even on sunny days. Also, the pool is not heated and was not usable anyway, since it is under repair. Loved AIP and the location. We will most likely return if we can find a little better acccomodations.

Perfect Villa and Location

First time vacationing here in the summer and we loved it. We stayed at a similar villa for New Year’s Eve. Villa was clean and as expected. They were working on water issues so unfortunately for the majority of our stay the water was super cloudy in the condo but according to management not a threat. Other than that no complaints. Would come back. We did also think anyone on property had access to the Omni Resort pool and restaurants, this was not the case. We are actually not allowed at the resort unless purchasing a villa/condo directly through the resort. Slight bummer.

Thank you for sharing about your experience! We are glad to hear the villa and location were "perfect", "clean and as expected." Our team appreciates your understanding with the water and of course, it was shortly back to normal after your stay. Also, we likewise wish our guests could access the Omni hotel pool but it is reserved only to hotel guests. On the flip side, this Beachwood complex has its own 3 pools and our guests are able to access each of them, so that's definitely a wonderful solution. Anyone on the resort (not just direct guests of the Omni) can dine at the resort's restaurants, book services at the spa, shop at the boutiques, and can reserve tours through the Omni nature center. Golfing on the resort's Oak Marsh course is open as well! So only the hotel pool and a couple other amenities have limitations, so hopefully next time you return you can enjoy more of the resort. Thanks again for being our guest!

Great Spot. Private but convenient to everything.

We loved this place. Private but very convenient to everything. The back sliders to the patio looked out to the pool (just community residents may use), which was clean and well maintained. Past the pool was a view to the little par 3 golf course. The ocean and very expansive beach were just out the front door across the street and over the dunes. We caught the sunrise and went for a couple of long beach walks. Bike Rentals, a number of good restaurants, retail shops, the spa, a miniature golf course and kayak rentals are all within easy walking distance of the condo, as is the main resort. Once you rent bikes you can go pretty much wherever you want on the resort property. It's an easy ride (flat except over the access road) to the marshes on the other side of the island,. There are plenty of pedestrian pathways, so you are not competing with cars for road space when near the main resort. Off resort, we played Golf at Amelia River - solid course with some very nice holes in pretty decent shape. The main town and historic fort at the north end of the island were both worth the trip. Inside the condo was very nice. Clean, functional and attractive. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was sufficiently provisioned, and the appliances all worked as one would expect. Would definitely recommend.

Family Get Away

We wish we would have had a few extra days to enjoy everything there was to do at this location. Condo was very comfortable for our family of four, very clean with a great location by the pool and close walk to beach. Lots of biking trails nearby. Would definitely come back!

Looking forward to visiting again

The condo was beautifully furnished with everything we could want. We came at a time when a Nor'easter was coming through. We had rain and high temps in the 40's. We made the most of our stay. We walked on the beach and the nature trails. We were so thankful to have such a wonderful condo to enjoy.

Perfect for our family

A sweet place across from the beach. Has all the stuff kids need- beach wagon ,beach toys, kitchen is full for cooking at home. We slept great on our king bed, the kids had 2 full beds in their room. Definitely recommend!

Weekend getaway

Nice quiet location. Privacy just outside our door to the pool. Short walk to the beach. 10 minutes or less. Golf course view. Didn’t play golf this time but will definitely do so next time. Keurig coffee pot a bonus. Would stay here again.

Our Getaway

Condo is situated in a lush environment of large shade trees and had wonderful walking trails and access to the beach. Unfortunately, the pool was full of leaves and uninviting. The condo was tastefully decorated but felt very damp & humid inside, perhaps a new a/c unit is needed, or this is just how ground floor units are? There was a dead lizard found in the bathroom, ugh!

We appreciate your feedback, although of course, we are disappointed to hear you found certain elements of our property were lacking. Our team here at Destination Amelia takes pride in presenting only the best properties, which is why the majority of our guests are so happy with their rentals. The complex pool is managed well by the association but the large shade trees you mention are relentless at releasing leaves in the spring and it can be hard for the pool cleaners to keep up. As for the humidity, that can happen at certain times of the year on island as the weather warms and our operations team typically sets up a dehumidifier to help. Of course, we're sorry for that lizard surprise too! Overall, we hope you will consider staying with us at a Destination Amelia property again when you next visit Amelia Island!
