Valerie, I am glad that you had a good stay. I take responses from guests very seriously. I am sure you looked at the previous reviews prior to booking which are uniformly positive. I want to assure you that the bedding is clean, washed and changed prior to new guests. The smell you describe in the master bathroom is not feces, part of Waveland was on a boil order during your stay and the low water table sometimes gives off a sulfur smell. Again, I have the house cleaned before each new booking. I stopped offering bikes for use they are impossible to keep up. I will make sure again that the site description reflects that. Thank you for pointing out windows issue, I will take care of that. I am constantly replacing deck boarding due to the climate and will continue to do so. The ice maker in the fridge is not functional and has not been since I started renting, again due to the varying water quality. Most guests buy ice and I did leave a bag of ice in the freezer. I would love to have you as guests again and will take your comments to heart. Thank you. Martin
