The room was very clean upon arrival. Love the quick and easy access to the beach. Communication was easy. Only thing negative I have to say is that it needs to be updated other than that it’s a great place to stay.

The view was outstanding and being on the fourth floor allows you to hear the waves and to see the marine life in the ocean. We were able to see dolphins swim by. The beach was beautiful.The pools were always very well maintained. The restaurant at the resort had great food. The staff was very accommodating and everyone was very friendly. We found it to be a great location to enjoy the area.

It’s even better than the description! Super clean. This unit is right off the elevator, very convenient. The building is connected to Edgewater Resort so you get access to all amenities. Take the elevator down, and your feet are in the sand. This building has direct beach access. Easy check-in, communication was great. We want to stay here again!! Also…he proposed on the beach while we were there and the large balcony was a fun place to enjoy the moment under the moonlight.

Anniversary stay

We absolutely had a wonderful time! The beach is right out the back door with plenty of stores nearby. We rented a pontoon and brought our snorkel gear, had an amazing time playing in the bay.

Great condo

My wife and I and our two boys (8 and 10) had a great time. This Condo is the perfect size and my boys loved the "hidden" bunk beds. The view is great and the location is convenient.

Awesome Beach Getaway

Beautiful condo, beautiful views of ocean and beach. Loved the convenient parking and easy in and out. Edgewater resort is beautiful the swimming pools are large and well maintained. The gate guards are friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant on the premises was very nice. We definitely look forward to going back again! Highly recommend this place!

I’m sorry but…There was sand on floor, the tv was on when we got there and never could get it to turn off. Was annoying trying to sleep with TV light on 24/7. Our AC went out. Luckily for us we were without air for only one night. Was just hoping for better experience.

Windward & Leeward are the closest to the beach w/ the easiest access... Condo needed repairs but is beautifully decorated! As always, EBR didnt disappoint n is always the perfect way to celebrate my bday every year!

We enjoyed the stay but it was extremely hot. The air conditioner was not working properly. We would not be in room all day come back to hot condo. We used their fan in closet It was so humid moisture built up on tiles.
