Unsere Wohnung im ersten Stock befindet sich im Colony II von Oyster Bay Golf Links entfernt. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig nur wenige Schritte vom Pool, der Whirlpool und der Fitnessraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern entfernt. Es verfügt über helle, offene Räume mit hohen Decken und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einem großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dekorationen von einem orientalischen Thema. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit weißen Korbmöbel, und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit Ozeanfische Thema.

Es gibt einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und einem BluRay DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer. Ein weiterer 32-Zoll Flachbildfernseher können im dritten Schlafzimmer finden. Die Küche ist offen, geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit Koch Ware bestückt, ebenso wie einen Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, etc. Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sowie Haartrockner sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über WIFI-Service.

Colony II bietet einen schönen Innen- und Außenpool, Innen Whirlpool und einen Fitnessraum, Außengrill. Sie können sich entspannen und genießen Sie die ruhige Gemeinde, aber Sie nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt von all den Aufregungen sind.

Neben der malerischen Oyster Bay Golf Links gibt es mehrere andere Golfplätze in der Nähe, darunter Sandpiper Bay, Sea Trail, Ocean Ridge, The Pearl, Thistel und Winkel?s Trace. Zwischenrippenwasserstraße ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Der berühmte Fischkapital Calabash ist nur eine kurze Fahrt und weitere 10 Meilen südlich findet man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Unterhaltungs von Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful property !

This was a wonderful property for our family vacation. It was perfect for what we needed! We especially enjoyed the kitchen, large dining room table and the indoor pool. It was also conveniently located to Sunset Beach. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was is a great location. Our check in process took longer than expected (3 hours longer) but the owner was very understanding of our concerns and responded back quickly. The condo was very clean and the facilities were as described. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location-Great Price

We had a great time while on vacation. Centrally located to the beach/restaurants/shopping/nightlife. Condo is as advertised. The only thing I would suggest, providing more toilet paper and basic necessities. Mei Zhang was great and responded quickly to all inquiries.

Rough start, but fantastic ending!

Our stay started a bit rocky because of the extra cleaning that needed to be done to the property. Ms. Sara ( the cleaning lady) wanted to make sure that the property was decent and clean before we moved in. Therefore, we were not able to check in on time, but we did 3 hours later. Mei, the property owner was very kind and understanding of our concerns. She apologized for our inconvenience, and discounted our stay. The rest of our vacation was AMAZING! The town of Calabash is small but quiet and cozy! There are some fantastic places to eat and shop there too! Sunset Beach is around the corner. You can even stand on a pier and watch gators at one of the golf courses while on your way to the beach. We enjoyed it!

Has potential but, needs work

Let’s start with the good….. This property is located in a great place. Sunset beach is a hop skip away. You are literally steps from the pool and you have plenty of parking. The condo itself is large and spacious. Now the bad….. The appliances need to be upgraded. The freezer took 3 days to freeze some popsicles. I’m pretty sure the dishwasher is the original one that came with the condo 20 years ago and it doesn’t clean anything. The dryer will take 2-3 cycles to dry a small load. I think the only decent appliance was the washer and stove. Most of the drains are stopped up and take forever to drain. The condo was not clean upon arrival. The cleaning crew was running late. Which is totally fine but I wish we would have been notified so we didn’t walk in on them at 4:15. They must have rushed because the shower had hair and someone else’s bar of soap left in it. The towels smelled like cigarettes (gross) the condo came with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and think comforter for each bed. We had to rewash all of it upon arrival. This was frustrating to me as we paid a 150 cleaning fee. I was not about to call the cleaning ladies back after they ran “late” and it was 8pm by the time we arrived. To top it off the fire alarms kept going off the day before we left haha. Nothing they could have done about that it was just frustrating. Overall I think this could be a great condo but it needs some TLC.

Summer vacation

The property was clean and very nice !! Our grandkids had a blast and everything they wanted to do was just a short drive to get to . The host and owner of the property was very nice and responded quickly to any message we sent to them . Would highly recommend the property!!

Great stay

The condo was laid out very well. Very clean and pleasant stay. The washer and dryer were a blessing to have. The pool was very close and it has a wonderful little picnic area where my kids could play. Minutes from the beach and a good price that worked perfect for our family vacation.

Relaxing and Fun!

My husband and I stayed at Mei's for ten days with our 2 adult daughters. Even though it was early May we got to use the outside pool a couple times and of course the indoor pool and hot tub. The condo was very comfortable. And then of course you have the amazing beach which is wonderful. We discovered great places to eat and have coffee and North Myrtle Beach is a short drive with mini-golf, and great ice cream at Melt. The ice cream at Mootown in Sunset is fantastic. I'd encourage you to schedule time at Mei's for fun this summer.

Property management was very quick in responding to a couple questions we had. Place was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool, exercise room and hot tub were clean with few people using them. Building and yard was clean and groomed. Parking was just a few feet from front door.

A Place Out of Time

Annually, my two adult children and I like to find a new place to explore and spend holiday time together. The property's layout was perfect for us. It provided plenty of privacy and the open layout was great for gathering and sharing meals, too. We were steps away from the pool, and the beach was an easy drive, less than a 10 minutes away. Plenty of delicious food to be found, and sunrise and sunset walks on the beach were more than perfect. Sunset Beach is a quiet, beautiful place, and North Myrtle was about 30 minutes away for more activity. I'm already anticipating a return.

We love staying at the Colony II. This particular unit could use some updates... bar stool back was broken, room decor was a bit dated. But overall it was a great stay!
