Die Villa Green Paradise befindet sich in einem kleinen malerischen Dorf Gata, umgeben von wunderschöner Natur und bereit, Menschen aus aller Welt willkommen zu heißen. Die einzigartige Lage, weit weg vom Verkehr und Lärm, umgeben von atemberaubender Natur, macht Ihren Urlaub perfekt. Deshalb nennen wir unsere Villa "Grünes Paradies". Die kleine Stadt Omiš und wunderschöne Sand- oder Kiesstrände sind nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Wenn Sie jedoch lieber in der Villa wohnen möchten, stehen Ihnen ein beheizter Pool und viele andere Dinge zur Verfügung, um Ihre Zeit zu verbringen. Die Villa ist nur 6 km von der Stadt Omiš und dem beeindruckenden Fluss Cetina entfernt. Die berühmte Stadt Split erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in nur einer halben Stunde. Wenn Sie die berühmte TV-Show "Game of Thrones" lieben, werden Sie Szenen aus vielen Episoden erkennen. Sie haben auch Zugang zu vielen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung, um nur einige zu nennen: Zipline, Rafting, Canyoning, Bootsfahrten ....
Komplette Villa ist nur für Sie ausgestattet. Im ersten Stock gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer, alle mit Klimaanlage und LCD-TV. Es gibt auch ein Familienbadezimmer und eine Toilette auf derselben Etage.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und mit dem Essbereich und dem Wohnzimmer verbunden. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Sie haben Zugang zur geräumigen Terrasse mit Esstisch für 8 Personen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein voll ausgestatteter Fitnessraum mit Sauna und Badezimmer (Dusche).
Der Außenbereich ist ein wahres Juwel. Wir haben einen schönen beheizten Pool, einen großen Essbereich mit Sommerküche und einen traditionellen Grill. Es gibt auch einen großen, eingezäunten Spielplatz für Kinder und einen Fußball-, Tennis- und Volleyballplatz, auf dem Sie sich mit Ihren Kindern oder Freunden vergnügen können.
Vor der Villa befindet sich ein Parkplatz für 3 Autos.

A great villa and host in Gata

I recommend this villa to everyone who is looking for a holiday in a private and peaceful location with stunning views. The villa is as described, with a great pool area and a kitchen next to the pool. The host Ivana was very helpful and flexible, making the stay easy and comfortable. Ivana even offered to drive us to the supermarket, as we did not have a car. This location is also very doable without a rental car, you can get a taxi there when you need it.

Rural gem

Spent most of the time around the pool and the poolside kitchen. Omis is a short drive away down a mountain road if you want action and activity. We enjoyed river rafting and a boat trip to the islands. But we loved being up in a mountain village, local restaurant was great. House is perfect. We couldn't fault it. Ivana is lovely.

Great Villa in a peaceful area

We spent a really nice week at this nice villa. Ivana was really nice hostess and even brought fresh pan cakes one morning. Our teenagers were really happy about pool table at the carage. The area is nice and peaceful with wonderful views to the mountains. Gata is great area to make day trips to Split, Makarska and even Dubrovnik. You definately need a car here. I recommend this villa and area to everybody who likes to spend holiday without other tourists.

Just perfect!

Beautiful house, great hosts

This was our first visit to Croatia and it didn't disappoint. The weather was amazing and it was so peaceful in Gata and just what we wanted for a family break away. Our youngest really enjoyed seeing the donkeys and goats and the pool, summer house and pool table were very well used by the whole family and we had a couple of meals in the local restaurants which were both wonderful. Also great WiFi and air conditioning were very welcome. Ivana and Tony were so helpful and were always quick to respond as well as providing us with some local produce, homemade cake and wine which was fabulous. Thank you so much.

Great property in a peaceful location

We had a fantastic holiday in peaceful Gata. The villa is really well equipped throughout. Comfortable beds, quality showers, plentiful hot water and good WiFi. The pool, Astro court and outdoor kitchen were a big hit with us too. We really couldn’t fault this place. There is plenty to do nearby as well. We had a couple of excellent meals at the local restaurant (3 min walk). From Omis we had a boat trip to Brac. We also visited Krka national park which was just over an hour’s drive away. Ivana is a friendly, responsive and helpful host but leaves you plenty of privacy to enjoy your holiday. We really appreciated the cake she baked for us with the cherries from the tree in the garden. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very Highly Recommended

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property. Ivana was the perfect host. The cake and wine that she brought us was amazing. The villa is very well equipped and extremely clean and well maintained. The pool was cleaned and the cover pulled back for us every morning before we got up. Gata is a small but pretty village and the local Taverna serves great food and has a traditional ambience. You do need a car to explore the area, although you may be able to get a taxi to Omiš which has some nice restaurants and the starting point of many activities and excursions. We will definitely be coming back - Thank you so much Ivana.

Relaxing holiday in this perfect villa

We enjoyed the high heat in Croation. Fortunately the temperature inside the villa was very comfortable. The villa is quite new, in a very good condition and very clean. The young men (age 15 and 18) in our family enjoyed the pool table in garage and the outside play area (like small tennis court). The pool was also very nice. Gata is a small village and within walking distance there is a small grocery store and two restaurants. For other services there was a drive of about 15 min to Omis. Ivana, the owner of the villa, was very friendly and helpful. Thank you once again!

Fantastic Property in Beautiful Croatia

The property was beautifully located in rural Gata. It has everything required for a family wanting to relax and have fun on holiday and was as lovely as it looks in the photos. It was very well equipped for dining, with plenty of cooking equipment, plates, glasses etc which isn't always the case with rental homes, even when advertised for large groups. We loved the views and quiet village but also enjoyed being able to walk to 3 restaurants (Berito was our favourite) and a small supermarket, all within 5-10 minutes walk. We even took a hike up into the mountains behind the house which offered a brilliant view of the surrounding area. The town of Omis is only a 15 minute drive away and is well worth a visit with plenty of shops, restaurants, beach and the beautiful River Cetina. Ivana and Tony were very welcoming and clearly put a lot of care into the property. They live opposite the house and tend to the pool daily but we never saw them doing this as they do it very early in the morning. They respected our privacy but it was reassuring to have them close by in case we needed anything, and they very kindly delivered some lovely homemade drink and cakes! It was our first time in Croatia and we will definitely return.

A fantastic villa and host

We initially booked this villa for summer 2020 and postponed twice due to COVID. Each time Ivana was very understanding and helpful and gave us no pressure to travel or cancel. We are glad we waited as it was great to travel and enjoy ourselves fully with no restrictions. The villa is well sized for a family of 4. All the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning quick and most needed in this weather. There is a full sized pool table on the ground floor too which is not in the photos and was a nice surprise. The pool is all one level and was a perfect size for games of volleyball. There is always shade around the pool for sunbeds too. Unfortunately it was too hot for us to make much use of the games court. The location is away from the main road meaning it is good for star gazing on clear nights (every night for us). There is a very nice restaurant about 5 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk or quick drive. Ivana is a great host and always contactable and quick to help if needed. Overall we had a great (long awaited) holiday.

Great vacation villa

We had an amazing 2 weeks at this property. Ivana was the best hostess we have had in our many years of renting villas! We were spoiled with an amazing home-made dinner with home-made wine as well as occasional treats such as fresh strawberries and dessert. She also took great care of the property like cleaning the pool every morning before we were up. Additionally, any questions we had were almost immediately answered. Truly 5+ star service! The villa was the perfect size for our family of 4. Very well furnished and comfortable with air conditioning in each of the rooms which worked perfectly during our trip of 40C weather. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony overlooking the village and spotting the occasional passing of goats and donkeys. We enjoyed dinners in the outside kitchen where we could BBQ over a wood fire with all the amenities of a full kitchen like fridge and sink. Nearby, we walked to a local Taverna and enjoyed great traditional food. We also had 2 other close restaurants where we decided on takeout and enjoyed. Nearby is the city of Omiš where swimming is a must in the clear blue waters. It is a nice city to walk around in and also for starting tours. We took a boat tour of the islands from here as well as a bus + boat tour to Krka national park. We highly recommend. Special thanks again to Ivana for an unforgettable vacation.

Stunning property in beautiful location

We spent 2 glorious weeks in this villa in the beautiful and peaceful village of Gata. Our hosts Ivana and Tony live nearby and maintain the property to a very high standard. They are so welcoming and treated us to a meal and cakes and some wine -all delicious. The house is absolutely immaculate, and has everything needed to make it feel like home. The living area is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the beds comfortable. All areas have good air conditioning - a must given the really hot weather. The pool area and summer house have lovely views over the mountains and the addition of a cooking area, grill, fridge and dishwasher make this a great area to spend time and relax over drinks and meals. We enjoyed watching the goats and donkeys nearby - the goats in particular amused us with their attempts to eat figs on the fig trees. The ground floor area has gym equipment, sauna and pool table - a great addition. We visited three restaurants within walking distance of the villa and enjoyed our meals in all of them. There are 2 supermarkets nearby which although small are well stocked. The drive from Gata down to the town of Omis takes only around 10-15 minutes and has stunning views of river Cetina as it flows to the sea. We enjoyed spending time in Omis and trips on the river. It is also easy by car to travel further afield. I would recommend staying at this villa - such a lovely area, great house and great hosts.

Holiday in Croatia

There is so much trust involved in choosing a home for you holiday. We are guided by photographs and reviews and we are all concerned about the truth on the day of your arrival. Does it reach your expectations? Before we arrived our host Ivana was in regular contact, assuring us of those little details and making it more personal. The house is located in breath taking scenery, nestled in the hills in a quiet, serene village. The sound of goat bells and the chatter of Donkeys as they roamed mischievously into gardens. It was delightful. The house is so clean, fresh and well equipped, accommodating on one level with 2 large double rooms and a twin room with lovely furniture and opening balconies. The lounge, diner and kitchen make a lovely family space and the balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Downstairs there is a large pool table, gym and sauna and a shower / toilet. Outside the pool area is fantastic, with plenty of furniture and a summer house which is a lovely place to enjoy your meals alfresco on the grill. A fridge, freezer, sink, small hob and dishwasher just makes the space so easy to enjoy. The tennis court was a lovely addition that we enjoyed more that we thought. The house is amazing, Ivana and her family were so welcoming and even brought us lunch over one day. The location is about 25 mins from split, there are two supermarkets nearby, both with the essentials. Fantastic house, perfect host, highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Tolles Haus & hammer Umgebung

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr sauberen Haus. Die Gastgeberin steht jederzeit für Fragen & Hilfe zur Verfügung und ist äußerst freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Gata ist ein wunderschönes, ruhiges Dorf. Die Umgebung von Omis ist wirklich der Hammer und bietet sehr viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen wirklich guten Urlaub als Gäste von Ivana.

Ein wirkliches Paradies

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Green Paradise verbracht. Der Name ist Programm und Ivana eine Seele von Mensch. Wenn man ruhig und in der Natur wohnen möchte und die sieben Kilometer zum Meer nicht scheut, ist das Green Paradise ideal für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden.

Kroatien 2021

Das Haus war das schönste das wir bis jetzt in Kroatien hatten, für diesen Preis. Unglaublich nette Vermieterin, hat sich um alles sehr gut gekümmert, und war sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Würde es jedem weiterempfehlen der einen schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus verbringen will. Deshalb auch überall 5 Sterne.

Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr nette Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit. Meine zwei Kinder habe viel Spaß gehabt genauso meine Frau und Ich. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Der Pool wird täglich von den Vermieter gereinigt 👍. Der Spielplatz mit dem Fussbalplatz lässt jedes Kinderherz höher steigen. Im kurzen zusagen immer wieder. 👍👍👍👍

Super schönes Haus

Wir haben 1 Woche dort mit 3 Kindern verbracht. Es hat uns super gefallen. Man ist für sich allein und hat seine absolute Ruhe und ist aber auch in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus war sehr sauber die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Mit Pool, Billiard, Fitness, Spielplatz und Fussball hatten wir eine tolle Abwechslung. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr gastfreundlich. Das Haus kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Great house, great host, really recommendable!

We were very happy to be here and enjoyed it very much. It is a great house and Ivana and her familiy are great hosts. The dinner tasted delicious. We can highly recommend the villa. There is everything you need and an excellent service. Too bad that the two weeks were over so quickly. We felt very comfortable.
