This property was a wonderful, convenient place to stay while exploring the area between Rome and Pompeii. We were there for 7 days. The property consists of 2 joined townhouses. Our group of 11 had both units. The swimming pool is very nice (and clean). The grounds are beautiful with nice lighting at night. There are several outdoor lounging areas and areas for meals. This property is located in a safe, gated community which is very nice; but if you have more than one car, be sure to plan for who has a key to get the car through the gate and keys to the locked gates onto the property! The interior is quite comfortable, although some might consider the decor a bit dated. The kitchen is a bit small (although adequate) and there is no microwave or coffee maker. In compensation for this, however, there is a wonderful outdoor cooking area, including a pizza oven! We found the amount of dishes, glasses and utensils a bit limited, but we did have a large number of family members. As advertised, there is air conditioning, but not on the ground floor. The owner of the property (Edoardo) was very easy to contact and was very helpful in every way. His assistant, Enrico, was also wonderful and very available. He is the person who you would probably deal with in-person for the initial orientation and any problem solving.Pictures of the property on the VRBO site are quite representative of this villa.Even with the couple of minor issues mentioned, I highly recommend this property!
