Perfectly located property

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment; it was perfectly sized for the 3 of us and had everything we needed albeit the pool wasn’t open during our stay which was a little disappointing however the area has a great beach and lots to do, we would definitely use the facilities again

Lovely centrally located apartment

Lovely centrally located apartment. Very clean with fresh decor. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The view from the master is special at sunrise. Host’s communication was regular and concise. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very good location , Meters from the sea front/beach . Some great bars / restaurants on the same street and many more close by. At the end of the street was the bus stops for central Benalmadena /Torremolino/Malaga , one way and Fuengirola the other way .. Just further down the front you can get the bus to Mijas Pueblo . A bus ride to Malaga with the green card cost 0.71 eur !!We went all over the local area

Month in the Sun

I stayed for the month of November 2023, ideally located for large local supermarket, Pharmacy, pubs bars restaurants and importantly 150 meters from the seafront and beach. The flat is on the 6th floor accessed via a lift. The people living there there were all very friendly and helpful. Would certainly consider booking this apartment again should I return to Benalmádena

Would rent again

Where to start? We were met by a friendly representative of the owner. The building, grounds and apartment were immaculate. The apartment is one block from the beach. It is within walking distance of so much to see and do. Bus stop is close by. The apartment itself was as described. I would rent this place again.

Lovely apartment

We loved the apartment, set right near beach and shoves and restaurants, location spot on. as it was a residential block, we found that the other residence did not particularly like holiday makers in there block. When we sat on the balcony at night we found that we needed to be very quiet, so as not to disturb anyone.

It is a quiet residence and everyone is expected to consider their neighbour when staying there. Therefore, this apartment is not ideal for any group that are loud or boisterous. It is more suitable to guests who like peace and quiet.

Apartment Pasaje de Águila stay

Fantastic stay at Apartment Pasaje de Águila Benalmadena, everything was just perfect exactly as advertise great location 50 yards from the beach and cocos sports bar great food aswell, the appartment is set back in a residential area not noisy at all, great views from the " two balconies" we stayed at the appartment for a month felt like home from the first day we arrived,we found all the residents were so friendly, James was a great host always there if needed during our stay, with helpful tips,or if we required anything. great supermarket just around the corner had everthing just like a tesco well priced aswell what can i say, I would defo recommend staying at the Apartment Pasaje de Águila we will be rebooking for this appartment for next year

Good location Seemed to be problem with Freezer full of ice covering drawers couldnt fully close door does it need looking at? Some kitchen cupboards needed a good clean. No English channels on tv so upgrade needed some nights you stay in but not much to watch. Late arrival fee not sure on that as Travel is 24/7 these days? But the apt is otherwise fine. Mooi appartment

Fijn appartement, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie ook goed. Strand, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Wel allerlei bouwactiviteiten in de buurt.

July 15th to 24th

This was a very clean apartment with well looked after communal areas, entrance hall and lift are regularly cleaned. We found a shopping trolley in a cupboard which was very useful in helping us with transporting big bottles of water etc from the Mercadona. It was very hot during the night in two of the bedrooms as there was only air conditioning in the master bedroom. There was a definite need of fans for these bedrooms as it was very uncomfortable to try to sleep at night. This would certainly add to the overall comfort of the apartment.

Ideal Apartment

Very peaceful and quiet property despite being only a few minutes walk from the main road, shops and bars. Great views of the sea and the pool from the balconies off the living room and main bedroom. The apartment is spotless and well maintained as is the interior of the whole building ,although the outside of the building could do with a clean up, which is due to be done next year. All in all, a great apartment, so snap it up if you get the chance.

All went well and smooth. The apartment is well located. We had someone waiting at the property to give us access.

Fabulous holiday in a lovely apartment

We stayed for one week in this lovely apartment. We were met at the property and shown around. We were far too early but it wasn't a problem - we were able to leave our cases in the apartment while the cleaner finished. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants - enough eateries within walking distance to eat somewhere different every day for a month!! It is in a residential block so not noisy. In fact, we had the pool to ourselves on more than one occasion!! We visited Benalmádena Pueblo up the mountain, we got a taxi up for €8 and then walked back down after exploring. There is plenty to see and do in the local area so we didn't need a car. The marina is a hive of activity as is the promenade and we really enjoyed the 'buzz' of the area. We played mini golf at Blue Kiwi for €7.50 per person and that included lunch and drink so great value. We went up the mountain on the cable car which can be found near the entrance to Tivoli World - a 20 minute walk from the apartment. Well worth a visit (money off vouchers were being handed out at the harbour too). Several boat trips available at the marina - some to see the dolphins but we were not lucky enough to see them on our trip out. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a lovely apartment in a great location. Would return here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your fab apartment.

Great Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for a week with our 6 year old daughter. The apartment is lovely, well decorated and finished very roomy and excellent location. We were a short walk to the beach and close to all amenities. The block is spotless and well kept. The block is also quiet and peaceful. We would happily stay again and recommend to friends.

Property was very clean, and even better located to the promenade than the pictures suggest

We were met promptly at the apartment by the agent. The taxi from the train was approx 7.50Euros. It is a bit of a hike up to the station, but trains are great to explore the neighboring towns. Car hire was available locally, and there is a very compact underground space for the apartment. The supermarket was within walking distance, and bars and restaurants around the corner. A shopper trolley would be great for guests to have us of during a stay. Although the kitchen was compact, it had most things we needed, although some proper wine glasses and a bread knife would be good to put in. The grounds of the apartments were very well attended, and the pool area was very clean. We left a sun parasol and a cooler box for the next guests. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly return if back in Benalmadena.
