Lovely renovated villa with beautiful views of the golf course La Marquesa. The Villa has 4 bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, large family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning/climate control
Nice combined living room with dining area and kitchen with dishwasher, 2 refrigerators freezers and microwave. The Villa is modern furnished and have tv with Danish channels as well as WIFI internet available. Estimate porch/sunroom with glass façade that can be drawn from such a fresh breeze may seem refreshing on a hot day. Here is a beautiful dining area, from which the view of the Gulf region can be enjoyed in both day and evening hours. Do not smoke in the House.
Around the Villa there are several cosy terraces on different levels, all of which look out onto the golf course. The large terrace is House private pool of 10 x 5 meters and a nice Jacuzzi for 5 persons. Lounge chairs by the pool invites you for fun and relaxation and at the large grill cooked the meal, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor tables and chairs.
Approx. 500 m from the Villa is a large supermarket with a butcher, restaurants, bars and Club House for the La Marquesa Golf Course.
Nearest town is Rojales which is about 2 km from the House, here are several shopping facilities, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Every Thursday there is in Rojales a large local market selling everything from fruit and vegetables to bags, clothes and shoes. About 5 km. from the Villa you will find the beautiful, sandy beach width.
Upon departure you will settle a price with the housekeeper for: final cleaning: EUR 110.00/Per stay/mandatory cleaning the grill: Euro 25,-(if it is not cleaned) Rental of linen and towels: Eur 7.5 per person Power: 0.5 euro per kw according to consumption. Energy consumption (to be calculated after the stay-mandatory) car parking (included)
