Having enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together is so important, and we are happy that aspect of your stay worked well — especially being conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. That said, we are very sorry for the condition of the cabin upon your arrival. What you described — unwashed bedding, debris on the floors, and leftover food in drawers — is unacceptable and not the standard we expect to deliver. After a 10+ hour drive, you should have been able to immediately relax, not start cleaning. We sincerely apologize that this was your experience. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the pool water level issues and the resulting interruptions to water pressure in the home. While we are grateful to hear our maintenance team was friendly and responsive, the repeated disruptions and lack of follow-through with housekeeping should not have happened. We appreciate you sending photos and communicating with us, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure stronger oversight and accountability. Your feedback about upkeep and preventative maintenance is taken seriously. This cabin has so much potential, and we agree — it deserves consistent care and attention to match the wonderful memories families like yours are trying to create.
