Hillside location: the villa is located at the top of a hill, approximately 400 metres from the beach. While the distance is short, the walk back involves a relatively steep uphill climb, which may be challenging for some guests.

A car is recommended.

Pool is not heated: the private swimming pool is not heated

Not suitable for very young children: the house is not ideal for toddlersvery young children, as the swimming pool does not have a safety fenceprotective net

There are stairs and level changes without safety gates



For these reasons, the villa is best suited to families with older childrenteenagers, as well as groups of adultscouples who can fully enjoy the space safely.
