Neu 3 Schlafzimmer umgebaut, 2 Badezimmer zu Hause, schlafen bis zu 8 Personen neben dem See Estes Golf Course können. Die Master Suite ist mit einem King-Size-Bett, 40 "Flachbildschirm HD-TV, DVD-Player und Bad mit Fön ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine kleine Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 2 Etagenbetten, Twin Größe auf dem oberen Bett und in voller Größe auf dem unteren Bett.

Große voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essecke Satz, ausgestattet mit einem großen Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer und Toaster. Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, in Kamin gebaut, (Dura Flamme meldet sich nur), 50 "Flachbildschirm HD-TV, DVD-Player und kostenlosem WLAN. Sehr geräumige Terrasse mit Grill mit Blick auf die schöne Landschaft.

It was the perfect home for a 3 day dog friendly family (4 adults) visit to RMNP collecting memories ! We could come and go from the park as we needed on our hikes because the house was located so close ! Clean, spacious, quiet, had everything we needed. We appreciated the basket of "extra's" left for us on the dining room table and the note welcoming us. Host communication was timely. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Only negatives were not getting to enjoy the back deck or the hot tub because we didn't stay long enough . We spent most of our waking hours in RMNP or exploring Estes Park . Beds were very comfy ! Central heat/air was appreciated since 2 days were hot for the area and one day Colorado cold. Furniture in living was dated but served its purpose . Thank you for the hospitality !

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property with no issues at all. The views are spectacular and it was fun to see some wildlife in the backyard. The house and kitchen were fully stocked with everything we needed. And having access to the resort pool was a huge bonus, which the kids really enjoyed!

We loved it! It was a little older than I was expecting but well maintained. Loved the split floor plan - was perfect for our family. The kids loved the large property to explore &’play. Property management was on top of everything. Only issue we had was the bear proof trash can did not lock - so we had a bear visit us that left a nice mess but was worth it for the bear sighting! We’d definitely stay again - great location too.

Nice Property

The property was clean and comfortable and was just as advertised. The location was quiet, yet close enough to walk to town if you desired. We enjoyed walking around Lake Estes on the walking trail from the cabin. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

The title sums it up. We love the location. Easy walk to town along the lake and 9 hole golf course. Lots of elk on the golf course. This is our second year in a row at this house. Very peaceful neighborhood with plenty of room between houses. We always enjoy our stay.

Family Week in Estes Park

We had a wonderful week in Estes Park. The house had plenty of space for our group of 7 which included 2 youngsters. The location was quite private yet town and activities were very accessible. We enjoyed the almost new deck and wished the weather had allowed us to eat more of our meals outside Had a resident mule deer buck, cow elk with calf that wandered through and bunnies for the girls to look for.

We enjoyed the house. There was some confusion on the check in process that needs updating. We did have trouble with the dishwasher. The location was great. The view was beautiful. It was spacious, too. We would recommend to others for sure.

Great area!

This property was perfect for our trip. The house is in a great location for convenience but also to see the Elk! Very very clean, spacious and well laid out. I stayed with my husband and 3 younger children but we easily could’ve brought some extended family and still had plenty of room. Beautiful view and surroundings! Enjoyed and used the hot tub a lot! We didn’t want to leave! We’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location with Beautiful Surroundings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located property. Beautiful view from the back deck. Easy access to Lake Estes and walking path as well as the nine-hole golf course where we encountered elk daily. Walking distance to the Visitors Center and into town along the river walk. Had an elk harem and bugling bull spend about two hours on the property providing us with our own personal encounter. Management was extremely communicative, helpful and friendly during the time leading up to our arrival and throughout our stay. Thanks to all for an enjoyable visit.

Amazing Location and Views

Great stay! The location is excellent (near town, right next to the lake and golf course). The house is larger than it looks from the outside, and fit a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) with ease. The hot tub was an amazing extra. Would 100% stay again. My only areas of need for the house would be more utensils and bowls, plus basic amenities like cleaning supplies, soap, blankets, etc. We found our smaller family not having things we needed at times that seem like basics. You can tell this is a rental property, not one that a family occasionally rents out (ie: not a lot of blankets, cleaning supplies, trash bags, limits on toilet paper and dishwasher soap, etc).

It's a beautiful home with even better views! We had a bull elk & his harem walk through the yard on 3 different days. Elk-tastic!

Amazing property with amazing views - golf course, Lake Estes, mountains, and frequent visitors in the form of buck Mule Deer in the backyard and a herd of Elk down on the gold course (we had a couple in our backyard as well). Perfect drive to Rocky Mountain National Park - about 10 minutes - and close to shopping, the Riverwalk downtown, and grocery store. The inside was clean and had enough space for my parents, my husband and I, and our 2 boys (2 and 4). The only comment we would make, is that plating for 6 (6 plates, bowls, silverware) didn't seem like quite enough...we felt we were constantly doing dishes or running the dishwasher. Everything else was perfect, would highly recommend!!

We will book again!

I am a frequent customer of vacation home rentals. First, and most importantly, the home was very clean. Kitchen was stocked well with everything you might require to prepare and serve a meal. We stayed in early October and the elk were always in the yard! We often sat on the large back deck and could almost touch them. They were not spooked by our presence. Only five minutes away from down town shopping. 12 minutes to the national park and the Stanley hotel was 5 minutes. It was a bit windy, so bring a hat. The managing staff were super helpful and provided extra items without hassel. We decided to leave one night early due to an unexpected 12 inches of snow expected and they made checkout a breeze. We are already planning to rent again in the spring. Loved it and wanted to stay that last night but logic won out. Very happy customers.

Everything we imagined, and more!

The photos for this property truly depict reality! This home was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 9 people (2 families). The home is owned and managed by Murphy's Resort, which is right down the road. All of the staff members at Murphy's were VERY friendly and accommodating. While staying at this home, you are even welcome to use the amenities offered at the resort! Every morning, we enjoyed coffee on the large deck while looking out at the lake and mountains through the gorgeous pines. We also spent several evenings out on the deck enjoying happy hour and/or dinner. There is a large outdoor table that seats 8 as well as 2 smaller tables that each seat 2. Even the inside has great views of the mountains and lake! The home is newly remodeled, so everything is new and very clean! The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of closet space, and they even provide movies and games! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. The location couldn't be better! You are right on Lake Estes where you can fish, walk the trail, or play golf. It was VERY peaceful and quiet with no road noise. You are also close to the adorable and historic downtown Estes Park as well as Rocky Mountain National Park! Downtown has lots of shopping/dining/entertainment and visiting RMNP is a MUST! Trust me, you won't be disappointed with this property! We would definitely rent here again.

Great location in Estes

Beautiful property with a nice space for our family of 5. Overall really enjoyed the stay and would consider staying here again in the future. A couple things to note: * The hot tub needs to be cleaned. There was gray floaties every time we used the jets. This did not stop our boys from enjoying the hot tub, but do wish it had been cleaner. * The master bathroom smells of mildew/mold. None was visible which makes me think it's in the shower walls, but we just left the door closed with the vent on the entire stay to keep it from smelling the bedroom up. * The straming DVD players sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Didn't try satellite TV. Most of our time was spent outside (duh! We're in Estes after all) so not a big deal, but another thing to note. Again, overall a great stay in a fantastic location and would stay again.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay Josh! Thank you for choosing our vacation home and we hope to see you again! Hot tub service and cleaning is performed in-between every stay and sometimes during each stay as well. Hot tub Maintenance was performed during your stay, I am surprised you still felt the hot tub was not cleaned to your standards. We will have our crew do a thorough inspection to see what may be going on with it, as it is brand new and very well maintained! We also perform a thorough cleaning and disinfecting on the home between stays. We have never seen any signs of mold/mildew. We appreciate your feedback and will take care of any concerns right away. Very fun

Great spot to see Elk and Mule deer. Centrally located to get to all the fun stuff. Slow time of year so it’s not crowded at shops or restaurants.

Estes Park Retreat

The house was great , good floor plan and excellent location with a very nice view. It was quiet and the hot tub is a nice size.

Pat and Melynn Murphy are transforming Estes Park resort property with an energetic and infectious spirit. A few years ago they purchased a rundown resort; re-named it Murphy’s River Lodge and renovated the property into one of Estes Park’s most popular lodgings.
In May, 2013 they acquired a second property and Murphy’s Resort is rapidly becoming a full service resort with pools, playgrounds, hot-tubs, affordable lodging, five vacation homes and wedding services.
The management staff is led by Bruce and Loretta Hetke, whose combined skills cover everything from construction to customer service. The entire staff is service based and anxious to insure that guests are properly welcomed to the Rocky Mountains and that their stay is memorable.
