The apartment is lovely and well stocked. It is very clean. The location is amazing for walking everywhere in San Sebastián. I will advise that noise can be a problem. Buy earplugs and enjoy all that this beautiful plaza and city have to offer.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Old Quarter. Everything was exactly as advertised. Key pickup was seamless at the office and instructions couldn’t have been any clearer. Cars are not allowed in this area, but the office explained exactly where to find the closest parking garage, which ended up being very reasonable, cost wise, for a multi-day parking. Car was never needed, everything is within walking distance, including all of the amazing restaurants and beaches. The apartment itself was well appointed, roomy and immaculate. The plaza is bustling and can be noisy late at night, but with the windows closed, not an issue at all. We loved San Sebastián and this apartment. Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Lovely clean accommodation in a great location. A bit noisy at night but ear plugs sorted that out. Lovey city with an abundance of bars on the doorstep. Beware if coming by public transport that the key pick up is nowhere near the apartment. A long trek with bags across the city.

Booking and check in experience were great

Booking and check in experience were great. Just a bit of general feedback, being in the main square and on the first floor, it is quite a noisy apartment. There is also no insulation to the floor above and you can hear every footstep and voice. I’m a light sleeper and couldn’t sleep in the front rooms because of the noise (and this is during a quiet time with night curfews). There’s not much you can do, but it just might be worth giving people a heads up when they’re booking so they know ☺ But otherwise it was a great experience!

We would definitely return

Location is very central and is a great part of the old town. The service from the office was absolutely great and arrival and departure was very simple and easy and had great instructions from your office when we arrived. They were also very helpful at responding to our requests for taxi recommendations and were very accommodating with a slightly later check out (which we didn’t need in the end), so brilliant service from the office staff. We would definitely return to this apartment again and would have no hesitation recommending it to others. It can be very noisy especially first thing in the morning due to all the service trucks. This is not a criticism of apartment but is important to know before booking. This also was not an issue for us as we all had earplugs with us. We also found the apartment entrance quite hard to locate once we had arrived at the square. This was compounded by the fact that main front door lock on the square was very tricky to unlock as the door is very loose. It took 10 minutes each time to catch the lock the right way which is why we were unsure as to which apartment was the correct entrance from the square. It would also be a very useful addition to include a bottle opener in the apartment and additional softer lighting in the main living area as it was very bright in the evenings (we used the bedside lamps in our rooms for softer lighting).

Todo perfecto, excepto el mal aislamiento de las ventanas. El año pasado estuvimos 2 veces en el apartamento Dream, delante de Gandarias, y a pesar de ir en plena tamborrada, en el apartamento no se oia nada. En Konsti, se oian el ruido de la gente de los bares, los repartidores por la mañana.... Supongo que es normal. Es solo un comentario. El año que viene ya veremos si repetimos o cogemos otro (creo que son 12 años viniendo a Donosti con Rentals y hemos estado en Gallery, Bella Easo, Spirit, Dream y Konsti).

El alojamiento estaba perfecto, lo único malo es la ubicación, para mi gusto demasiado céntrico, estaba en todo el meollo de la marcha de San Sebastián y un poco alejado del parking, pero por lo demás genial.

We loved this property

We loved this property. The facilities were excellent, the staff were super helpful and the location was awesome- close to beach and restaurants. Being very near to a number of restaurants was quite loud at night until the early hours of the morning.

The apartment was wonderful!

The apartment was beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 4. Being on Constitution Square was a lot of fun. Two of the bedrooms are on the square, so bring ear plugs if you aren't out late at night. You get your key's at a different location. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes. The apartment was another 10 minute walk from there. It was a nice introduction to the town. We took advantage of the kitchen and the clothes washer. Being in San Sebastian over Christmas was a treat. We would stay here again if we are ever in San Sebastian.
