Diese schrullige Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße im Herzen von Westminster und bietet den perfekten Hafen, um die gesamte Hauptstadt zu erkunden. Der Buckingham Palace, die Westminster Abbey, das Parlament, die Tate Britain sowie die zentralen Londoner Parks sind alle innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Guter Ausgangspunkt, um viele der Wahrzeichen Londons zu erkunden. Soho und Theatreland 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein komfortables Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der Sie frühstücken, eine Mahlzeit zubereiten, fernsehen oder Musik hören können, wenn Sie sich vom Trubel der Stadt erholen möchten.

Das separate Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett mit Hypnos-Matratze und viele Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung und Habseligkeiten.

Zur Unterhaltung haben wir drei Theater und ein Kino innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß und das West End ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir sind auch direkt an der Victoria Street mit all den angebotenen Bars und Restaurants. In Pimlico gibt es viele Restaurants in der Wilton Road (fünf Minuten entfernt).

Innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß von den Bahnhöfen Victoria und St. James Park ist alles im Zentrum von London nie mehr als 15 Minuten entfernt.


Die nächsten Stationen sind Victoria und St James's Park. Und Pimlico etwas weiter weg.

U-Bahnlinien sind: District and Circle Lines von Victoria oder St James Park (nach Osten oder Westen) und Victoria Line (von Victoria (nach Norden und Süden)).

Great Apartment in Westminster

This is a lovely apartment with all the amenities needed - great kitchen, wifi was fast, very comfortable bed, lots of TV channels, great to have a clothes washer and dryer. Communication was very fast and clear - check-in and check-out was a breeze. A great location to walk to many of the sights - plus great tube/buses from Victoria. Easy access to/from Heathrow. I would definitely stay again!

Quiet Flat in Westminster

The flat was great and met all of our needs. It's in the back of the building, so it was very quiet. There is a lift in the building, but the stairs made for better exercise. The location was terrific - near to Victoria Station and in the heart of the Westminster neighborhood.

Lovely flat in the heart of London

We stayed for nearly a week in David's flat and enjoyed it so much! The property is central to lots of attractions and very close to Victoria Station. It has a great kitchen, a cozy living area, a full bath with washer/dryer, and a lovely bedroom (very comfortable, clean bed). It has everything you'll need for a short or long stay. (Check the cupboards before you head to the nearby grocery; past guests -including us- have left behind staples for future guests.) David was very responsive and went out of his way to accommodate our check-in/out requests. Great experience in a great location!

Great locatation, cozy and comfortable.

Great location, about 3 minute walk from Victoria tube station and dozens of restaurants. Cozy, comfortable, nice usable kitchen. No street noise however somewhat at the mercy of upstairs neighbors vis-a-vis sounds from foot falls in the middle of the night, a minor inconvenience. We stayed in late November, the heating system is very comfortable and suitable to the weather. A very comfortable mattress on the bed, the kitchen was usable and complete. Very quiet neighborhood across the street from Westminster Cathedral and it's primary school (we enjoyed a Sunday afternoon concert on the spectacular Cathedral organ). We would recommend without reservations.

Lovely Flat, Awesome Location, Terrific Host

The property was perfect for our stay. Everything was up to date, very comfortable, extremely clean, and we felt right at home immediately. David was a great host and had someone there to meet us, even a bit early. We had a few questions during our stay and received immediate responses on how to use the Tube, etc., and also great recommendations on restaurants and other tips. The bed was very comfortable, the bath was roomy and modern, great WiFi, and comfy furniture for relaxing after a busy day of sight seeing and shopping. We didn’t cook while we were there but it would have been easy to do as the kitchen was very modern and well equipped. The location was superb, very safe and close to shops, restaurants, and Tube station. I highly recommend this flat and would love to stay here again on a return trip.

Westminster flat near Victoria Station

The flat was nice, albeit small. The rooms were strangely crammed with furniture, some of which was in need of reupholstering. The bed was lovely, as was the kitchen. The wall heater by the front door was out of order, which necessitated reliance on small space heaters. We would have preferred a quick walk through upon arrival, but David provided detailed instructions that sufficed. Overall, we were happy with the experience.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Victoria, London

I can't say enough about this property! I stayed here for six nights in November and it was a perfect location from which to see everything in London. Extremely close to the underground (Victoria Station), with tons of shops and restaurants very close by, and in the shadow of the amazing Westminster Cathedral. Clean, safe, very well-appointed and super comfortable - exactly like the photos here suggest. Having a kitchen allowed me to cook most of my meals and the bed was so very comfortable and soothing after long days exploring this amazing city. The owner was so helpful with detailed information about check-in/check-outs and helpful hints about the appliances. As a single woman visiting from the US, I felt very safe and would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the property. Thank you for a wonderful visit!!

Fantastic position

From the property we could walk everywhere in central London, it’s position was just so convenient, also just a 5 minute walk to Victoria railway station and tube. Buses very close. A number of nice pubs close by and lots of good places to eat. Apartment was quiet even though so close to Victoria Street. We felt very safe and secure. Communication with property manager excellent.

What You See is What You Get!

Throughout the rental process and leading up to my trip and with trip planning, David was always available with quick answers, very helpful. The check-in was good, as there were delays on the underground from the airport, so was glad to pick up keys independently. The apartment is extremely quiet and in the interior part of the building. It was cozy and comfy and had everything I needed except a measuring cup! The bed! That bed! The mattress is superb, and the bed was like being in a cocoon. I did not want to get up every morning to get out sighseeing! I did some light cooking. I felt very safe & secure there. One thing to consider: the shower door opening is only about 16" wide, with a step down and nothing to hold onto. I had no problems during my stay and the location near Victoria was perfect. Groceries were about 3 blocks away. Thanks, David!

Exactly as described

Excellent property and location. Victoria tube station was less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of stores and restaurants in Cardinal Place. Again less than 5 minutes from flat. Mark and Spencer had great quality groceries. We felt very safe on that street. Flat itself was very quiet and clean. Owner was excellent with communications. We were unable to make the dryer work quickly. It might have been us. Over all a great experience.

Great location

Loved the location of this property. Close to many sights we wanted to see as a first time visitor to London. Not David’s fault, but two days of no hot water was a bummer. He did get it resolved but damage done... furniture is definitely tired and needs to be replaced (couch is hard to sit on, you just slide off) We were not in the flat much. Be aware bed is American full size not queen. Hard to tell some hotels say double for queen. This one truly means full size, pretty small for two adults.

Superb location for a London stay.

I loved every part of this property, and its convenient location for work in the center of Westminster is unrivaled. The managers made sure my access was easy and were incredibly helpful with communication. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. I frequently work in London and will be checking back to see if this little spot is available.

Very quiet flat in Westminster.

Less than 5 minute walk to Victoria Station (3 tube lines + buses + trains to wherever you want to go) 30 mins to Gatwick, 60 mins to Brighton. Everything you want to see is extremely accessible. The Flat is ideal for 2 people. We enjoyed the many pubs in the vicinity, but also cooked meals in the flat. The kitchen is spacious with all of the modern appliances. The furniture does appear a little tired but is actually very comfortable. The flat is actually a separate building built in a courtyard, so there is very little street noise. It was so quiet that we set the alarm every day to ensure that we were up and on the go before the museums opened.

Lovely apartment, great location!

David is a wonderful host who was communicative and extremely helpful. His home is located in a great part of London where it's close to transport (Victoria station) but also close enough to walk to places like St James' Park, Carnaby Street, Covent Garden etc. The apartment itself is very well appointed and really comfortable for a couple or a solo traveller. I'd love to stay again on my next trip to London! Would highly recommend :D

Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood in Westminster

My husband and I really enjoyed our six days in this one bedroom right next to the Westminster Cathedral which is beautiful and all lit up at night in front. Amazingly for being so near stores and restaurants, this nice residential street and building are so quiet and it feels very safe. The Victoria station is just a couple minutes walk. The apartment was really nice, very clean and had some interesting and creative designs. It is on the third floor and there is a lift. This is a pretty small place but perfect for a single person or a couple. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the shower is great. The main room is a little filled with the furniture but it is comfortable. Only suggestions would be to fix one of the doors in the bedroom bureau which would not stay shut and the kitchen faucet is wobbly but works fine. Neither were a problem for us. Communication with the owner, David, was easy and he sent all the info we needed to know how to work the heat, etc. Highly recommend!

the house is really nice, quiet, welcoming and is equipped with all the comforts. even if outside it was very hot when we came back in the evening in the house we stayed really very well. in the area there are also many places to shop for eating at home . We are very satisfied and strongly recommend to book this apartment.
