Hi Nicole All you issues were caused by the guest before not wanting to leave the apartment, he checked out over his contract period by one day And giving us a one star review for all the hassle he caused, As you know we found you alternate accomadation for you at very short notice in the same complex that we paid for. This problem would never have never happened if people left the property when they were supposed to as per agreement when they book. Hi Julio cesar. In response to your review why would you want to use a tumble dryer in high season, when the sun is shining, most apartments don’t even have a tumble dryer, an added extra for the winter time. As for mosquitoes we did not place them their ,in the garden I am sure due to the extreme heat they were all over not just in our garden. The mosquito nets are fine you perhaps just needed to shut doors as required The pool issue is people not showering before bathing and removing lotion we have never had an issue with this, if the kitchen or apartment was not to your expectations for cleaning there is a number to phone to get any issues addressed by our cleaners When you stay at another apartment that is 25 percent cheaper I am sure you will not have a 70m2 garden as we are one of the only apartments that rent that have this, and also you will not have the internal facilities like ultra fast broad band you instead you will get low cost dated furniture and appliances., small garden, We have spent a lot of money and time in the apartment to have high quality goods 4k tv ultra fast broad band etc all this costs us money it’s not free , I hope you enjoy your next stay in a cheaper apartment Please don’t book again I wonder why we have 5 stars from all of our clients that have stayed

Hi Javier thanks for the great review! it was that bad that you even decided to stay over your check out day by another day causing chaos for the person that was supposed to be in the day you were meant to leave. We had to find alternate accommodation for the guests that your error caused, huge upset for. As you were loving your stay so much. Vbro tried to contact you to leave the property on the 8th aug as per your booking agreement, however you thought the property to be that bad that you decided to stay a further day putting the new guests at great inconvenience ! Leaving us having to source and fund alternative accommodation for them whilst you were apparently NOT enjoying your stay! I know it’s hard but when your holiday is over and it’s time to go home you need too! Thanks for all the hassle and severe inconvenience you caused for all. (Vbro can confirm this guest overstayed his holiday by 1 night )
