Great location
Lovely location next to the beach and views were stunning. The apartment was very clean and comfortable beds although some of the kitchen appliances need updating. Our son was delighted with the choice of TV! Communal pool was fine and clean but a little tired looking. Overall en extremely enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Morlaco
It was a joy to stay in the Morlaco apartment. Newly renovated, stunning view of the sea and very helpful management team. It was just as wonderful as the photos. While the balcony was not an open one, the floor to ceiling windows opened up to let in the breezes from the sea. Would love to come back again!

Amazing appartement in Malaga
Any amazing appartement with all the amenities you and your family may need. The view alone is worth a night stay. Only issue we had was the lack of hot water for multiple showers, but we assume it was because we were staying during the coldest part of the year. However, the beds were great, the kitchen had lots of dishes and all the appliances you need. Location is amazing!

Great location and a view to die for
The apartment was clean and fresh with good Aircon from a unit in the living room. The window doors can be opened, if you want the sea air to blow in instead. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the TV/Satellite had many language selections (at least 40 English language channels). There is a number 11 bus to take you downtown and the stop is right outside the apartment. You can also walk along the sea promenade. All in all we had a great stay.

Wonderful Visit to Spain/Costa del Sol
The property was just as it looked in the listing. The location is fabulous as it is just outside of Malaga city center which is easily accessible via local bus. There are nice beaches, restaurants and a market within walking distance. Carlos was very helpful with his recommendations of things to see and do in the area.
This was our first trip to Spain and we took a day trip to Morocco on the ferry while there. The food, beaches, historical sights and sunsets were all delightful. Oh yes, and our daughter got engaged while we were there! This was a vacation we will remember for a lifetime. Thank you!

Needs some improvements....
Location and convenience to bus stop was good. Although nothing at all was left to explain bus tickets etc. It would have been most helpful if there was an information sheet in the apartment to explain and with recommendations etc. Every other place we have stayed has done this small favor for their guests.
The view from this apartment was incredible and convenient to bus transportation.

Excellent location for a visit to Malaga
The location and view from the apartment are wonderful. A glass of wine in the sun room in the evening is highly recommended. You could manage without a car because the bus and rail services are excellent. Buses into Malaga and along the coast stop outside the building. If you have a car, there is secure parking. Waterfront restaurants on the beach are within easy walking distanceyou can cook meals at home in the apartment. You can walk, jog, cycle,take a scooter alongside the beach and exercise equipment is available along the way for your use. Our check in with Aurelio was good and our damage deposit was returned very promptly.

Clean, comfortable and set in a great area
When we arrived we were given a lovely welcome and the apartment was perfect for my man and myself with absolutely everything that anyone would need for a very comfortable stay. It was also very clean. I cooked most nights and the kitchen was well kitted out with everything needed to make a good meal. The beds were comfortable with pleanty of extra blankets, and everything we needed was in the apartment. The block was also very quiet, this was a surprise and very welcome as we live in the middle of rural Wales where it is very quiet. Catch the no 11 bus and it takes you directly to center, the old town and the sea to 50 meters, ( get a pass from a tabac shop for around 10.90 as it's much easier and saves money) but I found it great to be based away from these more busy areas . The food very close to the apartment is very good and much cheaper than in the centre of town. I recommend it to everyone, couples and families with children.

Great location and a view to die for
My wife and I flew from Atlanta, Ga. USA and met my Sister from London, UK in Malaga. We arranged for pick up to take us to this apartment on the East side of downtown Malaga (about ten miles from the airport). We arrived in the morning, but as the apartment was not booked on the prior day, we were given early access. The apartment is medium sized on the 6th floor with stunning views from the sun-room of the beach and Malaga in the distance (about 2 miles away). The apartment was clean and fresh with good A/C from a unit in the living room. Tons of window doors can be opened, if you want the sea air to blow in instead. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the TV/Satellite had many language selections (at least 40 English language channels). There is a number 11 bus to take you downtown and the stop is right outside the apartment (1.3 euro each, so cheap and no need for taxis). Despite an excellent bus service, we chose to walk most days, as there is an awesome wide promenade that runs along the beach into town. Along this walk there are many restaurants right on the beach and static gym set ups. Everyone seemed to be into fitness as joggers, cyclists, walkers and electric scooters were everywhere. The best sandy beach to go to is a five minute walk, although there is a more stony beach right at the apartment and a nice pool also. Being a little outside the main thoroughfare was actually great, and it was quiet. Also restaurants and supermarket a few minutes away. We will be back.

The apartment does not look like the photos. Gone are the pretty cushions, the rug, the nice duvet covers. It’s run down and needs some maintenance. We booked for 3 weeks. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and never fixed, in spite of frequent requests by me to the agent. The bathroom tap washer needed changing - it dripped constantly. There was not enough hot water for 2 decent showers, one after the other. I couldn’t open the oven door without opening the washing machine door first, because it scrapped it. The kitchen was poorly equipped for self catering. No whisk ,no sieve, only one saucepan lid. No baking tray. I couldn’t plug the toaster, coffee machine ( inferior to the one shown in the photo) and the microwave in at the same time. There were no mats for the glass table so I had to buy napkins to put the plates on, so I didn’t scratch the table. There were no basic cleaning materials except a bathroom cleaner, no bin liners, only 2 small tea towels for 3weeks, no draining rack to stack plates etc . We stayed in several places and all other flats provided cleaning materials!
The best thing is the view which is wonderful. May be alright if you eat out all the time and only stay a couple of days but for us, it wasn’t satisfactory.

Beautiful, quiet
The apartment is exactly as shown in photos, clean, well furnished, bright, sunny, across from the sea.
Fabulous view. Cozy.
It's in a tranquil area, one of the nicest in Malaga. The street below is a sometimes a little busy but we never noticed any noise.
It's also across from a beach walk and a remarkable beachfront gym with lots of equipment and even artificial grass. Beautiful with nice new equipment.
The Condo has a nice pool overlooking the sea.
Auriello was very helpful. The internet/wifi company gave us problems but Auriello got them to fix it quickly.
The building is old but renovated.
The apartment is nicely furnished with lots of custom word-work, cabinets, closets, etc. Also the bathroom had nice tiling and there were granite kitchen countertops
A taxi to the fabulous Park Malaga or historic district is about 6Euro. No problem getting taxi in front of house. Uber works well too. We were easily able to find a very nice taxi driver to take us to Mijas one day and the Nerja caves the next day. He also took us to Corte Ingles shopping center which was amazing even by New York City standards.
Things that could have been better:
There are no chairs or lounges at the pool only small brick benches. The apartment had some mats that could be used on the concrete but if you want to use the beach or pool I'd recommend bringing something inflatable to sit on.
The quiet residential area is very nice but the nearest grocery store is 900 meters away. There are no cafes or take out food places in the neighborhood. About a 650 meters away there's a gas station that has some grocery items. There were 3-4 ocean front restaurants within about a mile, We tried one and didn't like it.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher bei geöffnetem Fenstersehr laut. Ansonsten gut eingerichtet.
Zufrieden. Wichtig auch der Tiefgaragenplatz, da öffentliche Parkplätze Mangelware sind.

Lindo piso con hermosas vistas
El piso es muy lindo, limpio y tiene unas vistas inmejorables.
Podrían dejar como cortesía algunos artículos que cuando uno viaja pocos días, agradece encontrar como: rollo de cocina, jabón en el baño, alguna cápsula de lavavajillas, té y café, eso siempre suma. Más allá de eso, reportamos uno o dos detalles que encontramos y no tuvimos respuesta.
