Dies ist eine 1-Zimmer-Dachgeschoss-Wohnung im Komplex namens LAZUR.

Die Wohnung ist durchgehend gefliest, verfügt über Klimaanlage im Hauptwohnbereich und Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine innere Halle, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Das Apartment bietet eine komplette Selbstverpflegung mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen und weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon. Auch zwei Sofas in der Lounge können nachts in Doppelbetten umgewandelt werden.

Eine Reihe von attraktiven PVC-Doppelverglasung und Tür führt von der Lounge auf eine gute Größe Balkon (siehe Fotoabschnitt) im traditionellen bulgarischen Stil gestaltet. Die Wohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe und ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet - ideal, um Schatten von der frühen Morgensonne zu spenden und den Sonnenuntergang nach einem anstrengenden Sonnenbad zu genießen.

Ein echter Vorteil ist die Lage des Resorts. Es liegt direkt am Strand und bietet somit eine großartige Aussicht. Es ist ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt und liegt auch direkt neben dem Dorf Sveti Vlas (obwohl wirklich eine kleine Stadt) und bietet somit leichten Zugang zu Fuß zu jeder Zeit.

Etwa 5 km entfernt liegt der lebhafte Ferienort Sunny Beach in 5 km Entfernung. Es kann mit dem Taxi oder einem billigen und regelmäßigen Busservice erreicht werden, der außerhalb des Resorts hält. Sunny Beach ist eine sehr geschäftige Touristenstadt am Meer, die eine lebhafte Atmosphäre und eine Fülle von Bars, Geschäften, Restaurants, Nachtclubs und Spaß hat! Der perfekte Ort, um die ganze Nacht zu feiern!

Ebenfalls gegenüber der Bucht befindet sich die antike Stadt Nessebar, eine 3000 Jahre alte Siedlung, die zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört. Es verfügt über 10 herrliche mittelalterliche Kirchen und hat eine schöne alte Straßen, wo es einige fabelhafte Restaurants mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und viele Touristenläden gibt. Sie können Nessebar mit dem Wassertaxi von der Marina erreichen. Dies ist ein großartiger Ausflug mit einem exzellenten Blick auf die ganze Bucht einschließlich Sonnenstrand oder wenn Sie bevorzugen, gibt es eine Busverbindung, die alle 20 Minuten von außerhalb des Resorts fährt.

Es gibt viele Busausflüge, Bootsfahrten, Spaziergänge, Pferdereiten, Wassersportarten und eine Autovermietung in mehreren örtlichen Touristenzentren. Dazu gehören beispielsweise eine 2-tägige Busreise nach Istanbul, eine Tour durch Sofia und das Rila-Kloster, den Blauen Berg und Zheravna, Sozopol und eine Flusskreuzfahrt auf dem Ropotamo-Fluss oder Varna und sein Delphinarium. We arrived at this apartment only to find heavily soiled bed linen, filthy shower room with cobwebs. The kitchen and utensils were greasy and dirty, the oven couldn’t be used. Windows filthy and the place needed a total refurbishment. We tried to contact the owner Padraig Gannon but he ignored us and also the letting agent, what a absolute nightmare, my dear wife was in tears . Needless to say we had to hire another apartment at great expense. BEWARE AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Best Vacation

We truly had a wonderful time at Sveti Vlas and Lazur, the view on the terrace was spectacular! The apartment had everything vacationers would need, full kitchen, spacious livingroom and bedroom. Only thing I wish it didn't have was two beds put together as one. It separates easily and it is quite annoying. The apartments location was great, everything is close by! I would gladly return!!!

Disgusting apartment

Apartment was atrocious. Bedding was yellow and heavily stained. Old bloody on the quilt cover. Settee was too stained to sit on without a sheet underneath you. Handles falling off, broken light shades. Bathroom was covered in mound and extremely grubby. Walls with patches of paint on as if they've half heartly covered up stains No wifi even when buying a passcode. And to top it off up the biggest steepest hill ever!! The pool area, all be it 106 steps away was great. Friendly staff, good wifi, food n drinkies served poolside or and the bar.

great holiday for reasonbale price

The apartment is nice and clean, we really enjoyed staying there. The location is pretty good, city canter and the beach are quite near. The owner, Padraic was very helpful and answered all our questions. We are already planning coming there next summer! I definetly recommend it to everyone.

Very clean, quiet, good apartment!

Everything is awesome! Like in the song in Lego Movie. We have received the key by post, arrived to Burgas airport, picked up the rented car, arrived to Sveti Vlas. This town is beyond argument the best place on the bulgarian seashore. The town itself looks brand new, parks are well maintained. Buildings are nice, everything is present to be a very good holiday destination. The seashore is fine, nice restaurants and bars are available for reasonable prices. The apartment itself is exactly as described, it is spacious, clean, well equipped. Balcony is a gem, we sat hours in the evenings just enjoying the summer breeze. Air condition cooled the apartment as it should. The apartment house has a pool which is fine and the restaurant in the house is good enough as well. In the evenings the employees put tables around the pool that is enlighted, making a classy atmosphere for a fine supper. Butter tongue is fantastic! Prices are more than acceptable and the food is great! If you like the see and sand beaches, there is hardly another place to find for a reasonable price in total. There are not too much things to see on the bulgarian seaside, Nesebar is the main attraction, worth a walk. I would recommend this apartment for anyone with children! We had a pleasant stay! Thank you!

Relaxing Holiday at Lazur 1 Apartments!

We contacted the owner with less than a week prior to our holiday. Even so, the holiday was booked with ease and no fuss, including transfer from Bourgas Airport to the apartment in Sveti Vlas. Prior to leaving for the holiday, the owner, Padraic, provided comprehensive information on things to do and visit whilst in the resort. The 1 bedroom apartment at Lazur 1 was large and fully equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your holiday. There is a large balcony which offers views over the pool and the black sea. This was our first visit to Bulgaria and more than surpassed our expectation. The local Bulgarians are friendly and go out of their way to help. Within a short distance of the apartment there is a number of small supermarkets, a bakery and restaurants. Also within a short walk is a beautiful beach and marina. A 10 minute walk in the opposite direction brings you to Sveti Vlas village, with a larger range of shops, restaurants, and bars. We could not believe the price of food and drink, with a large beer, glass of local wine and a coke coming in under £2.50 and a two course evening meal including wine and other drinks costing less than £30. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this apartment and resort for couples and families looking for a good quality, inexpensive and relaxing holiday. We had a great time and hopefully will return before to long.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay

The lazur complex was beautiful, with a very cheap yet good quality restaurant on site (I'd recommend it for a nice lunch). Only a five minute walk from the beach where you were always guaranteed sunbeds, again there are two bars on the beach both selling food and drinks. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed inside. It also had a lovely view of the pool. A walk up into the village is worth it where there are a range of restaurants serving great food to choose from. We also got a taxi into the lively Sunny Beach some nights where there are even more restaurants. In Sunny Beach there is also a variety of clubs and bars to choose from. The area is quiet and secluded, lovely for a relaxing couples holiday or with the family.

Each apartment is within its own complex that has a pool(with children's area) and restaurant/bar areas, 24 hour security and parking and staff/management ensuring the upkeep of the complex. Also, all the facilities of each complex are at the disposal of the guests - this includes a gym, hair dresser/beauty treatment saloon, internet cafe, shop & bureau de change etc. The resort area is free from local traffic and it is easy to get around in a relaxed manner.

The atmosphere in Sveti Vlas is relaxed and friendly, and there are many pleasant courtyard restaurants where you can eat alfresco and a charming town square complete with a fountain.

Sveti Vlas also boasts a new marina development located within the Deveni resort. The Marina is a great place to go for a special meal out and has some of the most exclusive bars and restaurants on the Black Sea coast. At the Marina there is also also yacht hire, boat trips, bike hire, exclusive shopping and a lovely clean beach with some really interesting beach bars.

The lively resort of Sunny Beach is 5km from the resort and can be reached by taxi or a cheap and regular bus service which stops outside the Resort. Sunny Beach is a very busy seaside tourist town which has a buzzing atmosphere and an abundance of bars shops restaurants nightclubs and fun! The perfect place to party all night!

There are 2 good water parks to visit. The Aqua Action Park at Sunny Beach is the closest and can be reached by a free bus service which has a stop outside the resort. There is also Aqua Paradise at Nessebar which also runs a free bus service from the same bus stop - this is considered the best water park to go to.The whole area is known as the Black Sea Riveria. There are countless Bars , Restaurants, Nightclubs and shops to enjoy, as well as all the beach has to offer.

The apartment is in a sought after resort on the black sea coast in St Vlas. The complex boasts a large sundeck surrounding the outdoor pool. Nearby is a new marina - a big attraction with fine restaurants and stylish bars and shops.

Also, the resort has it's own private beach and is a short walk through the grounds to it. In all, there are 3 sandy beaches in St Vlas. Indeed, right along the coastal line of St Vlas in both directions, there are pockets of sandy beach areas interspersed with rocky pebbly places and high cliff faces. Some are very secluded and ideal for those in search of privacy. As you are surrounded by the picturesque slopes of the Balkan mountains and green forests, you are never far from a tranquil spot offering great views.
