Das Wayberry Cottage wurde 2006 erbaut und ist ein ruhiger Rückzugsort auf 15 Hektar Wald, umgeben von Tausenden Hektar Wald. Das Cottage liegt nur 5 km vom Dorf Lake Ann und 24 km westlich von Traverse City entfernt. Es bietet Privatsphäre und Ruhe im Norden und bietet Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe der Stadt.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable. We stayed with a few soccer families for the weekend for a soccer tournament. We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty to do with the kids. They enjoyed the hot tub and playing cards and board games. We truly wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the quiet and peaceful area of the cabin.

Wonderful family getaway

Wayberry cottage was an absolute beautiful place to stay! The weather during our stay wasn’t quite what we hoped but being in this beautiful home that offered so much entertainment on site was a definite plus! The owners were very quick to respond and the house had everything we needed and more to make our stay perfect! Beautiful Clean Perfect House

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to get away and to visit Traverse City. Close to all Traverse City’s attractions. The house is immaculate and comfortable; beautifully decorated well-maintained, and extremely accommodating for everybody’s needs. We had a wonderful stay. The best time at the cutest place!

The Wayberry Cottage was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The house was immaculately cleaned, stocked with everything we needed ++more, and perfectly settled within driving distance of Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, etc. The design of the house settled among beautiful pine trees looked like a Thomas Kinkade painting. Wine Weekend With Friends

It is a beautiful and charming cabin in the woods. The house is very nice and the accommodations where great. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball along with the hot tub. Outside there was horse shoe pits, ladder ball and a bonfire pit. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and the place had everything that we needed. Truly a great place to stay and we plan on coming back.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Peaceful & relaxing, yet close to the dunes & Traverse City. It has everything you would need for a fantastic stay. Deer came to visit. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch swing in the morning. Roasting marshmallows around the campfire in the evenings. Very happy with this cottage and would definitely book again.

Had a wonderful time at the Wayberry Cottage, the cottage had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The property was very clean and organized. As a family we traveled to the TC area for a family wedding but plan on returning next fall and will definitely seek out the Wayberry Cottage again. Wonderful girls weekend away!

We traveled to Wayberry Cottage for a girls weekend to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The cottage is immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. I arrived at night and it reminded me of Mel’s cabin in the tv show, “Virgin River”. It’s the cutest place! The cottage had everything we needed; multiple gathering spaces to talk and play games (both indoor and outdoor), a well stocked kitchen, plenty of beds & linens, laundry, and lots of information about the area tucked in the kitchen. It’s a short drive into Lake Ann as well as easy, beautiful drives to Empire, Glen Harbor, and the Traverse City areas. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

We loved it!

The property was very well taken care of and clean. There were clear instructions on check out procedures and the house had everything needed for cooking meals and sleep arrangements for our 10 person group. This spot is beautiful, surrounded by pines and secluded. It was an easy drive to Traverse City and I would have loved to explore more towards the lakeshore but we didn't have time. Owners were very helpful and great with communication. I would definitely recommend this rental and I will be looking at coming again!!
