In dieser ruhigen, rustikalen Umgebung werden Sie eins mit der Natur. Diese charmante 800 qm. Ranch Haus ist der perfekte gemütliche Zufluchtsort, auf einem bewaldeten Grundstück in einer privaten Gemeinschaft mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten.

Unser Haus ist mit neuen Betten, 1 King Size, 1 Queen und 1 Twin Murphy Bett ausgestattet. Ein Vollbad mit Haupteingang und kann auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer, abnehmbaren Duschkopf und Schrank mit Soft-Close-Schubladen und einige Toilettenartikel betreten.

Bringen Sie einfach das Essen! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Besteck, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Bratpfanne, Kochinsel, Speisekammer Artikel und Waschmaschine / Trockner ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Propan beheizten Kamin im Wohnzimmer, Sat-TV, eingebautem DVD-Player, Deckenventilatoren, Dachfenster im Wohnzimmer, Handtücher, Kissen, Decken und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. WI-FI oder Internet ist zu dieser Zeit nicht verfügbar, aber wir bekommen einen guten Telefonempfang.

Außen: Deck aus Küche, Garten mit Feuerstelle, Picknick-Tisch und Propan Grill. Deer wandern auf das Grundstück täglich, so erhalten Sie Ihre Kameras bereit, werden sie für Sie darstellen, aber bitte füttern sie nicht.

Sie haben vollen Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten innerhalb der Gemeinschaft:
SEPT.-DEC./ APR-MID JUNI: Hallenbad ist geöffnet, mit Sauna und Dampfbad. Begrenzte Stunden nur am Wochenende. Bitte anfragen.
MID JUNE - ARBEITSTAG WOCHENENDE: Genießen Sie den Außenpool und den Whirlpoolbereich. Viele Liegestühle und Tische mit Sonnenschirmen.
JAHRESRUNDE: Unsere Gemeinschaft bietet auch einen Strand / See-Bereich mit Pavillon, (bringen Sie Ihr Nicht-Motorboot), Tennisplätze, Volleyball-und Basketballplätze, Kinderspielplatz, Spielzimmer und Fitnessraum.

Girls weekend trip, was a good stay for 2 people. We each had our own room. The living area was a good size for us. The sky light really was nice to add extra bright light into the area. Had a small issue and the host was in contact with us about it and we get it taken care of. Saw deer from the kitchen. An overall great place to stay.

Cute place clean quite - unfortunately no hot water until 9:00pm, house was freezing cold, the fireplace propane line was frozen- booked 2 nights, but left next morning- early. But it’s a cute place- nice host.

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that unforseen circumstances arose during your stay, which led you to an early departure. We strive for every guest to have a perfect experience and we are glad you found the home "cute" and "clean" and appreciated our "nice host" service. We'd like to clarify a few points, especially for future guests, regarding the circumstances of your stay: • Regarding the Cold Temperature: we immediately investigated the heating situation after your departure. We found the reason the house was "freezing cold" was because the chimney dampener was left completely open. This oversight allowed a continuous rush of frigid cold air from outside to flood into the home, making it impossible for the heating system to keep up. Once the dampener was properly closed (a common step necessary during winter months), the house quickly warmed to a very comfortable temperature. • Regarding the Hot Water: we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The hot water was accidentally shut off during a routine maintenance check, and was restored within a few hours of being notified. • Regarding the Fireplace: we are sorry you were unable to get the fireplace started. The propane line may have been frozen due to extreme weather conditions. This was an unfortunate, but short-lived issue, as it started right up when we assessed it. We regret that these combined factors led to a disappointing stay. We ensure all systems are running perfectly for our next visitors, and appreciate your input. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Great place for summer Pocono weekend!

This house was so cozy and comfortable! It was out-of-way, yet still close to activities and sites (Bushkill Falls is one of our favorites). And the owners leave a handbook with everything you need to know, including dining out suggestions. We will definitely stay there again!

We feel it's important to have a guide for reference not only house instructions, but also for those who are not familiar with the area. Nice home to stay for a few days. Neighborhood is set in the woods. We had a very quiet and nice stay. We saw quite a few deer. A couple were right by the front door greeting in the morning. The house has all the amenities that you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again if we plan a trip in the area. The host is easy to book with and great at communicating with you. Great place to stay!

Couldn't ask for a better secluded place. You will need to drive 10-15 min if you need to run for anything but the house is well stocked
