Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. However, you are the first guest in our property that didn't follow punctually our specific instructions how to reach the property-and this is not our fault. we sent you the exact location by google maps. Iam sorry to refer also that: 1) you did not pay the government tax of staying of 15 euros per day which is illegal and not respectful, 2) you left all your rubbish at the house, 3) you left many lights open... Surely would not recommend you as a guest to the Vrbo community. Kind Regards Marios

Not objective review This review is not based on real facts, but rather on malicious motives. The guest made serious damages to my property and finally did not respect the VRBO rules at all. Let me respond to his points: 1) The guest has the expectation somobody to greet him upon arrival and deliver him the key: As we well know, in the Vrbo-Airbnb community, such services are not provided. We are not a hotel. 2) The day the guest refers for just 30 minutes, there was a general electricity black out in the island, -due to excessive winds- which was not of course my responsibility. The state authorities of the island intervened quickly, and solved the problem. Electricity bounced back. 3) All rooms have excellent air condition units in the rooms. The guest could not turn on a portable air con, despite my instructions, as well as a big roof fan, which in his failed attempt to swich it on, he BROKE it. 4) Towels: our property uses only professional material. 5) Regarding sugar, this is not true. Vrbo houses do not have/ provide food to their guests. Shelves are empty. I would like to mention, that so far, no guest complained about my property, which in other vacational rentals like Vrbo, boasts of an excellent review grade of 9/10. More specifically, the previous day of the stay of the guest, the property was hosting a family of 6 people, who after their check out, they wrote an excellent review (4/5). All in all, the arguments of the guest are untrue. M

Dear Mr Holden, We wish to thank you for choosing our stay with your family and thank you for taking time to review our property. We are doing our best to show all the features clearly. Though the lack of WIFI is a minus of the house, it is clearly stated in the description that it is not available. We will work on that. The same is for the distance from the city port (it is shown clearly at the Homeaway property description). However, we have to disagree with your opinion about the view- there is an amazing sea view from each of the three floor terraces (again, it is shown clearly in the links of the Homeaway.com listing).
