Nach einem Tag am Strand können Sie wandern, Krabben oder Eintopf essen, an Wein nippen und Kunst sammeln. Genießen Sie einen Schluck bei Sonnenuntergang, ein Bad im Whirlpool und die Beleuchtung der Feuerstelle am Meer auf dem Deck. 2 Schlafzimmer und Bäder befinden sich in der obersten Etage. Alle Betten sind Queen-Size und haben 1000 Laken. Auf der anderen Seite des PCH befindet sich eine wunderschöne Ranch in Hanglage, die Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zieht, wenn Sie nicht auf die Wellen schauen. Wir haben ansässige Seelöwen, die vor dem Haus herumhängen und den ganzen Tag herumtollen sehen können! Zu bestimmten Zeiten wohnen wir auf dem Grundstück in separaten privaten Räumen mit separatem Eingang. Wenn Sie eine Anfrage für einen bestimmten Termin senden, können wir Ihnen mitteilen, ob wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt dort sein werden. Selbst dann haben Sie noch die 2 Betten / 2 Bäder / Küche / Wohnzimmer / Deck / Feuerstelle und Whirlpool ganz für sich.

Awesome oceanfront location on a beautiful and serene beach.

This property is a fantastic welcoming stay and an outstanding oceanfront location experience for vacationing near both Bodega Bay and Jenner on the coast in Sonoma County! The clean, comfortable and nostalgic setting is perfect setting for some kick-back R&R, yet also convenient to all the varied activities that this area has to offer. It is a wonderful vacation and coastal oceanic experience for all ages to enjoy.

Great Location

Great spot right on the bluff looking over the ocean. Very short walk down to the beach which was not crowded at all. Nice host, prompt communication. We had a very nice stay!

Little cottage type home sitting above the ocean with amazing views. Easy walk to the beach below. Was a great few day get away listening to the ocean waves. Peace and tranquility right on the ocean! Heaven on earth!

Property manager was hands down AMAZING! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for ocean view, ocean access, the sound of waves crashing all day and night on one side and beautiful rolling fields and frogs croaking at night on the other side. It’s heaven on earth.

Sounds of the ocean

Lovely family style home directly on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Large amount of deck space for kids and dogs. Beach access right next door. I had a lovely COVID get away just listening to the waves and watching sunsets. Owners are wonderful to deal with.

Met our expectations in every way

Easy, friendly and accurate communication with our host. Beautiful location on the cliff top overlooking sea,rocks and beach. Cooked great meals in the kitchen and played board games in front of fires- both inside and out. Location was great for hiking and a short drive to fun breakfast, lunch and dinner places on the ocean. We will become regulars:)

Stunning beachfront cottage

We just loved staying here so much we never wanted to leave. Beautiful ocean front cottage that has everything necessary for your stay. Complete kitchen, tv’s in every room, and the sound of the ocean. It’s ocean front not just an ocean view like most places here. And Cheryl is extremely friendly and just a text away should you have any questions.

Sonoma Coast beach house with world class beach

Cheryl’s place is what legends are made of. Spectacular views of the Sonoma coastline with access to the beach. We all literally felt life’s tension lift from our bodies and souls as we descended the staircase . Just over the top amazing experience that has given us a lifetime memory.

Coastal Get Away

What a beautiful location! This is truly a hidden gem. The location was quiet, the house cozy and the outdoor space amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the waves and the sea lions and just relaxing. The fire pit is lovely (although we had just come from smoke due to forest fires and didn't use it as we were just enjoying the fresh ocean air). I'm sure we will return.

Great Stay

My wife and I have been going to Bodega Bay for many years now and this place was one of our favorites. Impossible to get any closer to the ocean and a one minute walk to an uncrowded beach. My 2-year old daughter and I did some "deck camping" and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The indoor bedrooms are also very comfortable. Great location just north of Bodega Bay - away from the crowds, but only 4-5 minutes to get into town. Hosts were very accommodating with excellent communication. Thanks for having us!

Good house, great setting

Comfortable modest home, a bit dated but lovely nonetheless, perched on a spectacular setting above the ocean, a constant welcome presence in our stay there. Very nice hot tub on the road / farm side so can't combine the two (but can hear a symphony of frogs!). Hosts super communicative and helpful. Enjoyed hikes both north and south, with fresh local seafood lunches and returning to the marvelous perch for spectacular sunsets. Note wifi poor (as disclosed on listing transparently). Recommend home and locale highly

Breathtaking views

Perfect get away for hard working folks. You never want to leave the house and view as it is so peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. What more can I say? Oh Yes....owners are very nice and considerate. Never met them but great experience by email. Highly recommended from someone who rents a lot of VRBO and Home Aways- Carmel, Monterey, Mendocino, and Sonoma. I will be back to this rental for sure.

Fantastic Views

We have never stayed in a VRBO where the owner was so responsive, helpful and informative. Her recommendations for the area's best clam chowder, hiking trails, and local wineries made our trip quiet memorable. The ocean views from the rental were simply incredible rain or shine. The fire pit was inviting, as well as a soak in the hot tub after a day's adventures. As a bonus, we also spotted sea lions and whales spouting on the horizon. The unit was well equipped and very clean. We highly recommend this rental especially if you enjoy the sound of the surf and crave relaxation.

Best views and beach just steps away!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this lovely home. The views are quite possibly that best of any home we've ever rented on the Sonoma Coast. The upper level is quaint but and hosts two bed/two bath + the living room and kitchen. There is a third "apartment" on the lower level with it's own coffee maker and bathroom, but it is not accessible from the inside of the main living area (only from outside). The deck was a perfect location for enjoying the waves and sunset, and the firepit made evenings fun. The BBQ looks like it was once propane but now requires charcoal. The beach is just steps away and perfect for morning walks. We look forward to returning to this home!

Serenity by the sea

The views from this home are breathtaking! We had everything to enjoy a getaway off the grid. We were very comfortable in this welcoming home. It was very clean and Debbie had everything set up for us to take full advantage of all the amenities. Debbie was very accommodating and communicated with us to make sure our journey there and stay were great. There are several outdoor spaces , a built in grill, patio area , hot tub, and an ocean view firepit. We enjoyed a sunset by the firepit and wine. Your close to wineries, Russian river, and scenic coastal drives. Restaurants and grocery are all close by as well. Debbie is an excellent host and takes time to make sure you enjoy her property. We definitely recommend this home as a choice to stay in this area.

A True Gem on the Northern California Coast

Spectacular in every way . . . right above the cliff overlooking the Pacific. Perched above the rocky coast with amazing views, it was the perfect location for traveling Coastal California Highway 1. Our host, Cheryl, had everything in order: kitchen drawers marked with contents, night motion lights on the stairs that worked perfectly, hot tub for that late night dip, gas fireplace that came on with the flick of a button, outdoor fire pit on the porch, and she gave some super recommendations for places to visit and eat. Northern California is a different world with rocky coastline, quaint towns that harbor amazing restaurants, and of course wine vineyards galore. We could not have asked for a better cottage and a better host. This place will restore your soul!

The perfect relaxing and beautiful getaway!

I almost don't want to share how wonderful I found this place because I feel like we discovered a secret that is going to get out. What an amazing cottage - had everything we needed and was perfectly comfortable. My wife and I went with our 17 month old daughter and our dog. The dog took long naps on the deck and loved how peaceful it was. The beach is literally steps away which was perfect for us with our little one as we didn't have to worry about bringing too much stuff with us since we could run home for lunch and naps. My heart broke when we had to check out because we were all so happy there. Which just means we will be back! Another bonus - the host Cheryl was a great communicator and so very helpful. She made sure we had what we needed and gave us great recommendations. I don't think I've ever stayed with a nicer more helpful host.

Wonderful Peaceful Getaway

Cheryl's place in Sereno del Mar is a sanctuary. Green pastures and cows on one side and crashing waves on the other. The layout allows views from every room. Location is super quiet (even though it is located right on highway one) but very centrally located between Jenner and Bodega Bay. The Sonoma Coast is very rugged and beautiful. Yummy food, very comfortable and clean. There is a fire pit, unfortunately the fire starter packet was empty. I was able to get a fire going with a left over log but definitely bring more kindling and extra fire starter. It will get going even if windy. There is a great dog beach right by the property if your dog is considered. Sunsets are stunning. Cheryl is very responsive, helpful and communicates well with her guests.
