We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the beautiful exterior. The pool and views were wonderful, and the outdoor furniture and space were excellent.However, there were several issues that affected our stay. Communication was slow, especially when we first arrived and could not locate the house. I messaged twice through two different threads, asked for an ASAP response, and provided my phone number, but it took 10 minutes to receive a response.Toilet paper was listed as an amenity, but when we were running low, we were told to purchase more ourselves because consumables were not included. Since toilet paper was listed, this was disappointing and confusing.There were also only two bath towels and two beach towels for four adults, despite bath towels and beach towels being listed as provided. We also had an ongoing ant problem and had to spray multiple times.The interior of the home is quite dated and needs some updating. The large tub in the master bathroom was peeling badly, so it was not really usable as a bathtub.The outdoor areas, pool, views, and furniture were definitely the highlights of the property. With better communication, adequate towels and supplies, pest control, and some interior updates, the stay could be much more enjoyable.
