Dieses schöne zweistöckige Haus liegt am Washington Square und verfügt über einen großen Hinterhof und einen privaten Parkplatz in bester Lage. Komplett renoviert, finden Sie alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen.

Die offene Küche und der Wohnbereich laden zum Kochen oder Planen Ihrer Abenteuer ein. Die Edelstahlgeräte bieten eine moderne Ausstrahlung gegen die Plantagenläden und den glänzenden Holzboden. Betreten Sie bequem den privaten Innenhof durch die Seitentür, wo Sie Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und einen Grill aus Edelstahl finden. Das Erdgeschoss hat eine halbe Badewanne unter der Treppe versteckt, und ein King-Size-Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad am Ende der Halle.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, darunter die Master Suite, die über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein eigenes Bad und einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Hinterhof verfügt. Nur durch den Flur ist das dritte Schlafzimmer, das zwei komfortable Queen-Size-Betten und ein weiteres Bad hat.

Dieses Haus ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der historischen River Street und dem weltberühmten Piratenhaus entfernt, das 1753 als Gasthaus für Seeleute eröffnet wurde und schnell zu einem Treffpunkt für Piraten wurde. Sie werden am ruhigen Ende der Congress Street sein, aber nur wenige Blocks von Savannahs Nachtleben entfernt.

I was reimbursed for some of this but didn't know how much til after the stay.Beware-Early check in always incurs a fee.And even then, maintenance came into the home while I was alone & napping. He was nice but it was still unsettling.We had issues with the AC. It took a few calls and messages but they did come out.The upstairs patio was off limits due to integrity/safety.But on a good note, the place was in a very convenient location-walkable to river and to city market which was great! Loved having a parking spot. Comfortable beds and ample kitchen amenities.

Everything about booking is easy and they communicate all necessary information. This house is a gem. All 3 bedrooms are large and each has its own huge bathroom. If you had a big group the indoor living area would be a little small but there is plenty of outdoor space for spreading out in the private courtyard if the weather permits. This house was super clean and starter supplies were provided. It is on the "quieter" end of the historic district but also located within walking distance of everything. We did not have a vehicle but this rental offers private parking as well. Overall, our group had a great experience and I hope to get to stay in this house again!

5 Star and then some!!

Such an amazing getaway, we had 6 ladies and the house was perfect for us in every way. Plenty of space, bathrooms and bedrooms with everything being very clean, comfy and nicely decorated, and we Loved the outside patio area. The beds, pillows and bedding were extremely cozy and comfortable. Very quiet locations just a couple of block from the busy area. Huge bonus of being able to park two cars and not having to pay for street parking. Highly recommend!! Savannah is a great town and this place made it all the more perfect, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful Home!

This was a beautiful home in heart of Savannah's historic district. It is located in a great location that is a central walking distance to everything. And the house has plenty of space! Email communication regarding check in and check out was super easy and effective. However, our only downside was that the Owner did not respond to our text or phone call voicemail regarding the air conditioning on the second floor. We made due without it, but it was definitely disappointing not to hear from anyone!
