We could spent a week at Sudath red parrot beach Villa, we must say that the place ist absolutely amazing and wonderful! Staff couldn’t make for us more! All the people around the villa were friendly and helpful!! Beach was cleaned fast every morning, and no tourist around. The vila has everything what you need to spend a week in a paradise... restaurant are not so far, and if you don’t walk you can take a tuk-tuk which Also get organized by Sudath. Ones more A big THANKS 🙏 Sudath for lovely week

Every Relaxing Time On The Beach

The property has a fantastic location with a very private beach out front. The accommodations are spacious for the two of us. You can walk 50 yards down the beach to meet the fishing boats when they return at 1:30pm and buy a fish that will be cooked for you that evening by Sudath's wife. We have rebboked this property for 2021 when we return to SEA.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la red parrot villa de Sudath à Ambalangoda. Nous connaissions déjà ce lieu depuis plusieurs années et avons eu plaisir à y retourner. Sudath et Deepika sont très accueillants et de très bons cuisiniers. La villa est belle, très propre et fonctionnelle. Sa situation face à l'océan indien est exceptionnelle. Baignades, couchers de soleil, activités des pêcheurs .... Tout cela est sous vos yeux. La red parrot villa est un lieu parfait pour se poser, se détendre et un bon point de départ pour visiter la région sud, sud-ouest de Sri Lanka. C'est certain, nous reviendrons encore à Ambalangoda.

Bonjour de retour , nous souhaitons encore remercier Sudath. Nous avons passé une semaine chez Sudath du 4 au 11 août. Sa location est propre et de bon goût. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même si il n'y a pas..Sudath est là. Sudath est au petit soin pour que le séjour se déroule bien. Il est attentionné et offre les services d'un cinq étoiles ( Nous avons enchainé la deuxième semaine au Golden Hotel à Kandy et bien que le bâtiment soit top nous n'avons pas eu l'impression d'avoir autant d'attention). Sudath nous a permis de rencontrer Chaminda qui a été notre chauffeur pendant 6 jours. Il a fait parti de la réussite de notre voyage. C'est aussi un homme très sérieux, gentil au possible et qui conduit super bien ( ce qui n'est pas un luxe au Sri Lanka). Nous avons déjeuner et souvent diner sur place et ce fut un régal..les poissons grillés péchés le matin même, les spécialités cuisinées par son épouse sont meilleures qu'au restaurant, c'est copieux..bref un régal. Sincèrement économisez une agence de voyage car Sudath sera de très bon conseil. Nous vous le recommandons vivement, c'est un homme vraiment gentil et fiable. Thierry

AMAZING! Relax, great food, superb host!

In one word: AMAZING! If you want to go somewhere to completely relax, have great food and have a super friendly and helpful host, THIS IS IT! Sudath and his family are very welcoming and friendly. Very easy communication, Sudath was always there to help us out or arrange things for us. The food they serve is delicious, also lots of choices for dinner! The place was spotless, very clean and quiet surroundings. The house is fully equipped, so it would even be possible to cook yourself (we just loved the food they made for us, so we did not think of cooking ourself ;)) Also a great place to stay with young children, they loved playing in the 'sand' garden. And also the turtle hatchery that is close by.

Peaceful oasis!

We were a little unsure when we arrived on the street and were directed down an alleyway to the villa. But it is an oasis of calm and loveliness. The villa has everything you can possibly need and the beach is secluded and mostly empty, save for the odd person and cow, leaving an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Sudath was attentive and helpful, arranged trips and gave advice. The tuk driver was on hand and we often went into Hikkaduwa to eat, especially liking Mambos, Top Secret and Moonbeam. Breakfast was catered with delicious homemade jams and any other meal we wanted could be provided as well. We loved the tranquility, which compared with the bustle of local towns and found the villa incredibly relaxing. Sudath organised trips for us to Mirissa to see the whales, to Galle and organised a car to the airport. The temple in Ambalangoda was incredible and beautiful, the lying down Buddha was amazing. The moonstone mines are to be avoided and are a con, but the surrounding area is beautiful and we could not hesitate to recommend this villa. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Carry, rice in paradise. Ананас, папайя, рай.

Если вам повезет здесь побывать, то: 1) Проснувшись утром, вы сможете уже через 30 секунд плескаться в океане; 2) Ежедневно получать убойную дозу витаминов, кушая фрукты, которые называются таковыми по праву; 3) Разочароваться в некоторых прилегающих ресторанах, попробовав кулинарные изыски "двух обаятельных леди", ответственных за готовку на этой вилле; 4) Обрести надежного товарища, в лице владельца виллы - привет, Судат; И это далеко не все. Beautiful beach house

Red Parrot is a very nice full equipment  beach house with the most beautiful view. Directly on the beach. The staf is incredibly frendly and make very delicious food. The owner Sudath is very helpfull and organize everything you really need. We highly recommend it!

Cool place to stay !

We stayed in apartment for 6 days. And we really enjoyed it! The apartment was clean, plenty of space and next to the city Ambalangoda. The staff who keep the house clean are really nice and helpful and the great Sudath- house manager who always gives you helping hand! Sudath can organize everything you really need - body massage, wonderful homemade food or transfer to the airport! They even let us stay in apartment and wait for afternoon fly to home:-) In the future we will recommend your apartment to other people!

Amazing. Total relaxation

This was our 5thstay at Red Parrot and it was just as good as the first. This is such a modern, spacious house. It's lovely having 2 bedrooms, huge living area and direct access to the ocean. The staff are all great and really helpful. The marmalade and passion fruit jam and coconut rotti at breakfast are so good! The food at the villa is fantastic, but if you want you can go to one of restoration nearby. A Sri Lankan lady owns the restaurant and she does all the cooking and service. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Great for couples (for honeymoon special) or for a small group of friends. Total relaxation, a great place to unwind and recharge the batteries whilst watching the water monitor lizards, swim in ocean and squirrels jumping in the trees.

Beautiful private beach rest

This is a wonderful property: cozy, serene, private, and restful. Sudath anticipated each need and was the perfect host, invisible except to make arrangements or attend to us. The sweet staff provided delicious, fresh breakfasts and service. We will return. Highly recommend!!

Our guests have access to the entire villa and surrounding property. The villa is fully self-contained including its own private kitchen, living room, bathroom, sleeping area and all. Next to this Villa there is our second house the Blue Parrot Beach Villa. Build in a similar style with the same concept it is definitely an option if you come in a bigger group and need more space or if your preferred time of travel is already blocked.
