In der exklusiven und sicheren Wohnanlage von Judith's Fancy gelegen, ist es nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Christiansted, dem Zentrum der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und historischen Gebäuden. Judith's Fancy hat mehr als 300 Hektar entlang der Küste und grenzt an eine seltene biolumineszente Bucht. Es ist nur durch 24 Stunden bewachtes Tor zugänglich. Judith's Fancy gilt als eines der sichersten Viertel in den USA. Jungferninseln.

Neu innen und außen renoviert, mit stilvollen und komfortablen Möbeln! Genießen Sie unsere 3-Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bad Zuflucht mit neuen Geräten, einschließlich einer kompletten Wäscherei.

Drei Schlafzimmer mit allen neuen Bettwäsche und Matratzen. Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist en-suite, mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, A / C, 46 "Flachbild-TV und Queensize-Bett. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Queensize-Bett in einem und zwei Einzelbetten (umwandeln in ein Kingsize-Bett) in der anderen.

The place was exceptional and beyond our expectations. Walking distance to the beach with a beautiful view. You can hear the waves and smell the wonderful breeze of the ocean. We had a great time celebrating our Anniversary at Si Querida. Dan was attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had about the property. Our family had a great time hanging out by the pool and enjoying the beautiful view which is amazing. 10 day stay in Judith’s Fancy

House was fully stocked with everything you could need and the view was beautiful! Both the indoor and outdoor areas were nice to enjoy. The owner was quick to resolve the WiFi issues. However, we could not enjoy the pool for part of the stay because it was not maintained. Both property manager and owner were unresponsive with this issue.

The stay was excellent.The views were spectacular, better than the pictures in the VRBO website, and the location was excellent, with several restaurants, grocery stores and beaches closed by. The community was gated which was certainly a plus especially for my children. Pool was nice, clean and water was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were well decorated and very nice. Enough towels were available, including beach towels. Only negative perhaps, was the internet, not sure why we were not able to connect but we really did not need it since we were still able to have internet via our personal devices. Owners were very responsive and helpful with providing answers to any questions we had. The island is beautiful and I am pretty sure we will be coming back.

Breathe taken location in paradise!

Home-away from home

The property was comfortable with breathtaking views. The house was perfect for our trip with our friends. We had plenty of space, the pool was perfect for the hot days and evenings after our adventures, the trade winds really made it feel cooler than it was. There was a power blip right before we arrived that fried the ac unit but Dan and Fran were wonderful in communicating to us and their property manager Mario was able to bring a portable unit in for the really humid days. They treated us like family and were absolutely wonderful. The house will hold amazing memories for us and our friends and we can't wait to return. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home and making such wonderful memories.

This was probably our 5th or 6th time staying at this home. The house is beautiful and welcoming. The large patio doors to the deck allow cool winds to blow through the house thus adding to the experience. The familiarity of the home enhances the experience. Vacation Paradise

Dan and Frans home was perfect for my family of 4. Young adult children are not easily entertained and the home and Island in general kept us busy. It was so nice coming home to a beautiful house in the hills of Judiths Fancy. The pool was so refreshing after a day in town or at the beach. The house was so well stocked, especially the kitchen. We highly recommend their house and would definitely consider coming back to the same house. This was our first time to St Croix and to have a home base that was so comfortable was a real joy. St Croix heavenly hideaway

The property was 5 star and dealing with the hosts Dan and Fran was a joy. Made us feel like family not just renters. The view is spectacular the master bed was waay to comfortable and the kitchen a dream to cook and serve for a family of 5. But vacation means being outside and we couldn't have asked for better. Private pool right outside the door. Lots of comfortable seating and an experience to wake up to coffee on the deck. Thank you Dan and Fran hope to be back again.

Beautiful ocean view

This home was absolutely lovely. The rooms were a good size and the master bedroom was huge! The kitchen had great counter space and the pantry was very well stocked with things we didn't even know we needed. The best part of this home was all the outdoor living space. We spent so much time out on the deck, enjoying the breeze and the beautiful ocean view, and ate many dinners outside. And let's not forget about the fabulous pool! This home was perfect for our family getaway and we would 100% stay here again if available.

We came to this island in 2023 to visit friends. We immediately fell in love with the Island, the people, the activities, dining and especially this community. The very next year we came again with the express reason to purchase a part of this, America's Paradise.

Walking up the hill from the beach we were diverted into a driveway that sported the most wonderful view of the Caribbean and the enchanting Buck Island. Entering the house, we immediately realized that this fantastic place MUST be ours. We purchased it and set about to make it our own, sparing little expense to create a little slice of heaven in the tropics.
