Perfect Vacation Place

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The view of the mountains and golf course was spectacular. The place had everything we needed and more. The proximity to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Snow Canyon was great, and we loved our time in each of those parks. Our entire family enjoyed being together at this beautiful condo in Washington, Utah. I can’t say enough about it!

Utah hikes

Visited for hiking state and national parks; this was the perfect location for us. 40 min to Zion, 2 hrs to Bryce and 12-30 min to some gorgeous reservoir parks and other state parks. Immaculate home with beautiful views, all the essentials you need and since we visited during the record breaking heat dome
the pool was the perfect relief to a day filled with beautiful and strenuous hikes!! Loved our stay and cannot wait to visit again! Hoping this home is available again for us.

Great spot for our family

We (my wife, our 3 kids aged 15, 12, & 10, & me) really enjoyed our stay in this house in early July. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were possibly the most comfortable we've stayed in in a VRBO, and the whole place had enough room for us to spread out and enough spaces for us to enjoy family time. It was very hot outside in the afternoons, so we were glad the A/C worked well and that the neighborhood pool was close. The location on the golf course was nice, and we did not experience too much golf traffic as was noted on a previous review. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing home to stay at.

the home was wonderful. clean in a great neighborhood. the kitchen was nice and a great place to eat as a family. close to the clubhouse and the pool. the only issue i had was the BBQ grill was empty on the propane and was pretty dirty. simple fix for the hosts...just needs to be checked before new arrivals. i will stay here more with my family in the future.

Amazing House!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! We went to Zion and Bryce Canyon and the location was perfect! It was about 40 minutes to Zion and less than two hours to Bryce Canyon. The house was in a great neighborhood. The house had everything a family could need. It was also clean and spacious. The view from the family room/master bedroom was beautiful. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely rent this house again!

St. George Gem!

This property is so well maintained and taken care of. It’s fully stocked, beds and pillows are amazing. The linens are of high quality. Whenever we are in St. George, We try to stay here, but it’s always booked. Communication is great and check in is quick and easy. There’s a good reason it’s always booked! Don’t pass this charmer up!

Great family escape!

What a great spring break! We have stayed multiple times in the Coral Ridge development and we LOVE it! Brandy, with Vacation Resort Solutions, has been excellent to work with. She help us find Sun-E-Scape and it was a perfect fit for our stay. The property is clean, modern, and comfortable. Has all the comforts of home! We especially loved the back patio overlooking the tee box of Coral Canyon's 5th hole and beautiful sunsets. Coral Ridge is our favorite place to stay in St George because it is central to the places we enjoy--we usually visit Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs, Zion, etc. We love the Washington City Rec Center for cool days or really hot days. Pickleball courts are close. Groceries, dining, church, playing, etc. are all within easy reach! Sun-E-Scape was really comfortable for our family of 6. We had cousins join us for part of the week and were still great with 10 since the kids said the hide-a-bed was comfortable. Again, thanks for a great stay at a beautiful property!

Outstanding stay

Beautiful, peaceful location, well appointed and comfortable property and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family of 6. They even brought us a second high chair almost immediately when we asked for another for our twins. This place has everything you could ever need including an ice cream maker, cooler, portable camp chairs, mountain bikes and fishing rods! We can’t wait to come back!

Nice Views (best location in the neighborhood)! Quality built home with 10’ ceilings, 8’ doors, 2 master bedrooms, and 2 living areas made for a relaxing week with family. Zion snd Bryce Canyon were breathtaking, but our “home away from home” with 2 saltwater pools made the trip perfect! We’ll be back!

A fantastic place to stay all around!

This townhouse worked really well for us because we were in St. George purely for golf. The neighborhood is immaculate and the townhouse is very cozy and well furnished, including memory foam beds. The view of the golf course and surrounding areas was great, although partially obstructed by some tall shrubs. Would definitely stay here again, and if I do I will make sure and allow more time to spend at the townhouse relaxing and reading.
