Das 2006 erbaute 2 BR & 2 BA Condo hat neue Eigentümer und wird 2016 zum ersten Mal zur Vermietung angeboten.

Diese gemütliche und luxuriöse 2-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit einer der besten Aussichten in der Gemeinde mit direktem Blick auf Mobile Bay und Blick auf den Golf vom 2. Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über Granit, Fliesenböden und Teppich

Das Familienzimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht verfügt über einen HD-Flachbildfernseher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Kabel, einen DVD-Player und WLAN.

Die Vermietung umfasst auch die Nutzung des privaten Bootsstarts von Navy Cove und die Nutzung des eigenen 20 x 40-Zoll-Slips (Nr. 57) mit Strom und Wasser.

Navy Cove ist eine geschlossene Privatgemeinschaft mit 2 Pools und Whirlpools, einer privaten Bootsrampe und Rutschen, Fischreinigungsstationen, Grillbereichen, einem privaten Strandbereich an der Bucht, einer langen Promenade und einem Pavillon mit Picknicktischen.

Der Zugang zum Strand mit Parkplätzen ist nur einen Block entfernt. Genießen Sie den unberührten weißen Sand und das klare blaue Wasser der Strände von Fort Morgan, die viel weniger überfüllt sind als die Strände am nahe gelegenen Gulf Shores & Orange Beach.

Es gibt einen Full-Service-Yachthafen nebenan und es ist nur 3 Meilen von Ihrer Bootsrampe bis zur Öffnung des Golfs von Mexiko mit einigen der besten Angelmöglichkeiten (Surf, Pier, Bucht, Offshore, Inshore, Near Shore) irgendwo.

Our family vacations in the Gulf Shore area every year. This was our first time coming to Fort Morgan. The condo was very nice and had wonderful views! My young son is a self proclaimed pro fisherman and enjoyed fishing on the docks. The fisherman were always very friendly to him and gave him lots of bay fishing insights. The pool was amazing for our small family. Never crowded and very convenient. The beach is relaxing. Family friendly area and just a short distance from the condo. You can do a short walk across the street to access the beach from the condo, but we chose to drive a few streets down to the public access that had a parking lot. We never had a problem with finding a spot. There are some neat places to visit in the Fort Morgan area that include Tacky Jacks and the fort. We took the ferry to Dauphin Island to visit the aquarium. The ferry ride was a fun experience for my littles. The aquarium is small but the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by the ice cream shop! The host is wonderful and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and are already missing the salt air!

Great Stay!

We stayed in town for a soccer tournament. We don’t like crowds and high rises. This place was absolutely perfect. We swam in the pool and bay. The condo was very nice and super clean. The owners were very kind and responsive. We hope to return!

Perfect location

This spot was nestled perfectly between the calmer bay and wilder (wind and waves) open ocean. We made use of both and the pools and rested so soundly back in the condo. It was a short trip but our new favorite vacation spot!

Great Relaxing Get Away!

The property was kept up well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The only negative of our stay was that the security gate stayed open the whole time we were there and our beach chairs stolen on the last night.

This property is amazing!!! By far the best place we’ve stayed through VRBO. Condo was beautiful and clean. My son and I did some fishing right in the harbor while my wife and daughter played on the private beach. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great condo stay!

We enjoyed our stay for spring break. It’s a beautifully decorated condo and wasn’t very crowded. Also has lots of dishes, etc that you will need. We met several owners while we were there who were all very friendly! Definitely a unique condo experience in that regard since often owners aren’t very friendly to renters. Would 10/10 recommend!

Peaceful retreat

Quiet spot to unwind. Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves most of the time. Great fishing on the bay and surfside. Was hoping the surf side was a bit closer, but got there quick and plenty of street parking available. The unit was clean and spacious with a nice view of the bay. Quick responses to all of our inquiries. Would definitely return!

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for us. The views of the bay were great and we were greeted with dolphins right when we got there. The balcony over the pool was amazing for keeping an eye on our kids. The walk to the beach was short, and the neighborhood was quiet. We used the boat slip, and it was nice. A boat lift would have been nice, but it worked just fine. Beds were comfortabe, all of the furnishings were updated, and Ashleigh was easy to.communicate with. Thanks for a gtrat vacation!

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced! Add another $450.00 to your rental total!

1) Sand on floor when we first walked in multiple rooms. 2) Sand in the bed under the comforter in the extra bedroom. 5) View was great of the bay. 6) Ocean was natural, not the white powder sand as some places in the gulf. 7) This location was not for families in my opinion. LOTS of drunk fishermen coming in every night and we were uncomfortable in the pool. 8) NO WHERE in the condo is it posted what they want you to before you leave, nor in the rental agreement. We did the normal things you do in a condo. Load the dishes in the dishwasher, gather towels, take trash down, ect. Toilet seat lid was completely rusted in the main bathroom when we got there. Only attached on 1 side, but carefully sat back on the seat. It came off during our stay and we sat it to the side. Honestly thinking the owners must know. How do you not see the rusted back of the toilet? About 45 min after we left we get a message not asking us about it but just charging us $450.00 for damages. We tried to find out exactly what was being charged and it was extremely vague responses. They are stating we stained the comforter and they will have to replace, Saying it was stained from make up (only after I asked multiple times). There is no way in that 45 min anyone would have time to wash it to see if it was even a stain? This + the sand in one of the beds concerns me that bedding isn't washed between stays. Very stressful end to our vaca. Owner turned extremely rude once we left & tried to communicate.

Best VRBO Location to Date!

We have stayed at many VRBO locations in the past and this one was, by far, a step above. Michael and Donna have gone the extra mile and provided many amenities that we found very welcoming. For example - a hair dryer, brand new hand soap in each bathroom, high quality kitchenware, a crockpot, a few pool toys, board games, etc. The extremely comfortable pillows, amazing comforters, throw blankets in the living room, and comfortable furniture throughout made our stay extremely relaxing and cozy. The view from the balcony overlooking the marina is gorgeous - dolphins inside the harbor were a treasure, as well as the pelicans and herons which were abundant. From the front door, one can also get a beautiful view of the gulf. The sunsets over the gulf were astounding! Michael was extremely attentive to our needs and answered emails within minutes whenever we had a question. This was extremely appreciated. Another thing we were really impressed with was the quality of the unit itself... strong, sturdy doors throughout; nice refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser; a dreamy showerhead in the master bath; HUGE sliding doors to the balcony; thick and dark curtains in the living room and master bedroom; etc. The only negatives that I can think of are the fact that the freezer space is very limited and the water tastes a little chloriney (made up word lol). For anyone planning to visit during the cooler months like we did - note that the pool is NOT heated and is freeeezing ;) Our ten year old went in it a few times, but it was much too cold to even begin to enjoy. The hot tub was too hot for a few days, but one mention of this to Michael had it fixed by the next time we entered. Although our kids would have enjoyed the pool, we made do with the hot tub. The Fort Morgan area is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the Fort, which is located 2 miles away from the condo. We brought our boat and had fun exploring Mobile Bay, which was larger than we had anticipated. We did some fishing, without much luck. We spent quite a bit of time playing on the beach - playing with crabs, searching for shells, photographing the sunset, etc. The beach is very accessible and there are many spots where you can park, or it's a short walk from the condo itself. The location of the condo is extremely peaceful and quiet, although a bit far from grocery stores, so be sure to stock up on your way in! And, check out the Sassy Bass for a great meal!

We bought this unit because of its unique location. Although it is quiet and private, there is so much to do here! We love to bring our boat down to go fish or just cruise and hang out at Robinson Island. Going to the beach for the day and enjoying the sun and sounds from the waves is always a highlight. We also love the nearby golf courses and spa. Fort Morgan is great for history buffs. You can ride your bikes, bring your kayak, jet ski, or paddle board. Go for a walk down the beach or on the bay side. There are many great restaurants near by. Or you can stay in and cook with our brand new high end appliances.

The views are incredible! To be in a spot that is on the bay with amazing bay views, but to also have a view of the gulf is very unique. It's the best of both worlds here. Being on the bay allows you to bring your boat, but we are also so close to the gulf, you can see it and walk to it in less than 5 minutes.
