Outside:
The property is approached via manually operated gates and onto a shingle parking area. There is a lawned garden to the front of the cottage and garden furniture for six guests and brick built barbecue. The whole garden area is walled and fully enclosed.
There is a pretty chapel facing in to the grounds of the cottage, which is independently owned by the Yorke Trust and has a separate access out with the grounds of The Manse.
The chapel is used periodically for classical music concerts or teaching, however this is very infrequent and takes place without disturbance to The Manse.
