Sitting room
Good sized room with wall mounted LCD television with Freesat, WiFi hub, sofas, easy chairs and both floor and table lamps. Archway leading to dining room. Stairs to first floor.
Dining room
Large dining table and seating for eight guests, large dresser and french doors leading to garden suite and door to kitchen.
Kitchen
Fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven beneath, full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Window to side of the property. Nespresso coffee machine.
Garden suite
A new addition to the rear of the house, comprising a double bedroom with a large window to the garden and house.
En-suite wet room
Comprising shower, WC, wash basin and tall heated towel rail. Leading to a ...
Sitting room area
With a sofa (this is a sofa bed which could be used for children however guests would need to provide their own bedding for the sofa bed), a large chest of drawers and television. This area is ideal for children to watch the television and play. There are french doors leading from this room out to the patio and the back garden.
