Diese am Strand gelegene Wohnanlage mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich im Saida Royale Beach & Tennis Club und bietet von jedem Zimmer einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand. Die Annehmlichkeiten hören hier nicht auf. Der Saida-Komplex bietet drei Pools (einer beheizt), vier Tennisplätze und vier Whirlpools. Das Saida Royale 88-89 liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von gehobenen Restaurants, Geschäften und vielem mehr entfernt. Sie haben privaten Strandzugang zu den Sandstränden von South Padre Island.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gästezimmer über zwei Queensize-Betten. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit Flachbildfernsehern ausgestattet. Kabelfernsehen und WLAN sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über moderne Arbeitsplatten und eine Frühstückstheke mit Hockern. Diese Wohnung ist auch mit einer Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet.

Vacaciones de semana sta

Hablando del departamento o condo , se nos hizo muy deteriorado , muy viejo La cama grande demasiado vieja , colchon en mal estado , no te puedes mover tantito porque ya parece que se esta desarmando , baño muy chico , escusado muy ruidoso o flojo , cortina de regadera muy vieja . Fuga de agua en cocina . En total no volveremos a rentar ese mismo departamento . Torre con un solo elevador en funcionamiento .

Christmas Week

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation week in the condo. It was so clean and bright and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. The views were beautiful would surely come back.

All the kitchen things like pots and pans were very old. The coffee pot didn't work well. Paint was coming off the kitchen counters. There was a huge water leak in bathroom and I called maintenance and nobody ever came to look at it. Also I didn't feel like you communicated about check in very good. I was told at one place to check in there and the. When I went there they told me to check in somewhere else. Just bad communication. Wouldn't stay in that tower ever again. Loved the pools.

Saida Royale 88-89

We enjoyed the condo very much and have reserved for next year. SPI provides excellent service in all aspects of the rental process. Our only concern is with the building itself. There are 15 floors in the building with 2 elevators. However, one elevator was out of service for our entire stay and other elevator was out of service twice during the month-long stay. The outages were not over an hour long,but it is quite concerning when you stay on the upper floors, just something to think about!

This condominium was amazing! My family and I had stayed in this hotel before, but this room in specific looked beautiful! We had ocean views and it was left super clean for us to check in. We will definitely be booking again! Another reason why is that when it was time for check out,, they were extremely patient with us and even offered to help us out! The spi team was great and there were no bad things in this reservation! Cant wait to be back !

Enjoyed our stay!

The room was very nice and big. Tv's in every room was nice. My only recommendation would be updated living room furniture and update the master bedroom mattress. It was hard and uncomfortable. Just minor details, but we really enjoyed the room and the view!

A quick weekend getaway with friends

The apartment is spacious and the AC works perfectly. The location is superb, and the amenities from the building are nice. The sofa bed need replacement and the stove is missing “information” on the knobs and the temperature at which it's supposed to be working; also, the kitchenware could do with an improvement. The service from SPI rentals is really good, I do recommend them. All in all, would stay again on this property.

You need new mattresses in all beds. Our backs, to this day are still hurting. One night we slept sitting down in the chairs in the master bedroom. Other than that, everything else was good. Thank you

Not entirely as it seems

View and closeness to beach was great. Staff that we talked to were very nice. Condo has a great view. The balcony chairs need to be thrown out. They were wicker like and not like the pictures. Two of the four chairs had holes in the seats. All of this chair were seriously uncomfortable to sit on. The barstools were not like the pictures. All were stained by use. Maybe some non fabric stools would be better. Main bedroom had a great view. The bedspread (also not in picture) barely covered the bed. Shower has a wobbly bath faucet. Shower head is nice and tall, but has terrible water pressure. Other room with two queen beds was ok. Shower in the room has a bit of a funk. Shower head looks moldy but it’s just hard water probably. All the beds just plain suck. They are hard and lumpy and really loud. Coffee pot was ok, some coffee filters would have been nice. We had to buy 100 filters for 5 days. It’s like $2…. Come on. Update the pictures or update the condo. These pictures are great and it probably looked that pretty 5 years ago. Just go in with the knowledge that what you see is not always what you get. That being said your close to the beach and you can see it with a sore bum from your balcony.

My Honest Review

The 4 bar stools were very dirty no one would sit on them. One stool had what appeared to be poop. We were told some one would come over and replace them No one ever showed up. It appears that they attempted to clean them but no one wanted to sit on the stools. The bedroom floors felt like sand on the floors, the couches were dusty and 5 of my friends were itching and scratching. One bed cover had blood stains and I took pictures of it. The cleaning people that came over and took pictures and sent them to the office. Both supervisors agreed that it was dirty and apologized. My company has contracts with over 500 high schools in Texas and I am going to tell them not to stay here. I spent$1,900.00 here and it was a waste and I will not come over unless I get some refund. I do have pictures. I invited some clients over and I was embarrassed

We were disappointed in the check in and check out process. 1. We couldn’t use the beach or pool facilities prior to check in. 2. They wouldn’t contact you to let the check in process start until exactly 4:00 and it was located in another building away from the condo. 3. Check out was 10:00 and late checkout wasn’t allowed.

Nice condo!

We had a really fun time staying in this condo! The property had great amenities. The condo cleanliness was 8/10 but not something that would shy me away. The beds need to be replaced but other than that everything else was amazing! We had a really great time!
