Wir sind 4 Meilen vom Golf von Mexiko Strände und Golf Shores National Park und See Shelfy und der FLORA-BAMA AREA!

Es ist einfach etwas Besonderes, in der Nähe des Wassers zu sein. Die schöne Aussicht, die leichte Brise und der weiche Sand schaffen eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Es ist ein Heiligtum wie kein anderes. Genießen Sie das Gefühl von zuckerweißem Sand zwischen Ihren Zehen. Erleben Sie die Ruhe langer Spaziergänge an einem unberührten Strand.

Unser Balkon hat jeden Morgen einen wunderschönen Sonnenschein, damit Sie sitzen und Ihren Kaffee trinken und dann zu unseren STRÄNDEN!

Bitte nutzen Sie die verschiedenen Aktivitäten innerhalb von ein paar Meilen von Ihrer Wohnung zu bleiben. Wir haben Bootsverleih, Delphinkreuzfahrten, Angeln, Zip-Line, Parasailing, Jet-Ski-Verleih, 2 Einkaufszentren, ein Kino, Golf, Zoo, Rennstrecken, Minigolf, Arcade-Center, Wasserpark und ganz zu schweigen von der SCHÖNE STRÄNDE!
Wir sind berühmt für unsere Restaurants, zu denen LuLus, The Hangout, The Wharf, The Oyster House, Pink Pony, Shrimp Basket, Bubba's und Lambert's Throw Rolls gehören.

Unsere kleine Stadt ist voller Dinge zu tun und Orte zu sehen, FÜNF Minuten Autofahrt ist alles, was Sie brauchen, um jedes Ziel zu erreichen.

Nach einem Tag voller Aktivitäten können Sie zu einem schönen ruhigen Rückzugsort nach Hause kommen und sich am Pool entspannen.

Die Einheiten haben Zugang zu einem Trainingsraum, einem Whirlpool, einem Pool, Tennisplätzen und einem Clubraum / Kochbereich.

Das Condo liegt direkt am Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59), 6 km von den öffentlichen Stränden in Gulf Shores entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig !. Die Auffahrt ist sehr lang und weit weg von Rt 59. Wir befinden uns im Colony Club.

Wir möchten, dass Sie unsere Wohnung genießen und sie als Ihre eigene behandeln. Genießen Sie unsere Stadt, unsere Strände und vor allem Ihren Urlaub :)

Please when you come back to visit let me know asap if something is not working for you. As far as the microwave, we bought a brand new stove with a warming function. The condo was perfect for our weekend. We were in town for our daughter’s college softball tournament at the Sportsplex. Condo was literally across the street and not far from down town and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

This "condo" was poorly advertised to begin with. Getting to it was a run around. Going inside, the back door was unlocked. It felt damp and smelled musty and damp. There was mold growing on the baseboards. Dirt and dust on the walls and baseboards. Uncleaned coffee machine. Hair in shower. A brown substance smeared on the wall next to the toilet. I would absolutely never recommend this to anybody. When contacting the host, she immediately became combative and threatened to have us escorted off of her property rather than to apologize and rectify the situation. Thank god for photo evidence and screenshots of conversations. VRBO was fantastic and handled the situation accordingly. Great on them.

It's a shame that your vacation was not enjoyable. We work very hard to communicate and we keep our condo very clean. I have many 5 star reviews that talk about the cleanliness of my condo. Our baseboards might need painting and we plan on that after the summer season. Being an owner of any property requires maintenance and we do our best.

No stairs, fully equipped for a stay near the beach. Really appreciate the owners quick response to my questions, especially since HomeAway had the wrong access code to the lockbox! Perfect for a couple looking for more space at a good location.

Just what we needed

This was our 2nd stay in this condo and the experience has always been exceptional! Safe neighborhood, close to all the attractions! Working with Mrs. Charlotte is always easy and she makes every step just as relaxing as sitting on the beach itself! To sum it up, we will continue to rent this condo during our Gulf Shore visits!

Worked out great

We would come back again. It was clean and comfortable. It’s not a new property but some of the unit has been updated nicely. It was close to where we were visiting family and that was helpful for us. The gated community was a nice plus. And plenty of parking. We didn’t check out the pool or gym. And while we did clean up after ourselves we didn’t have a list of chores to complete for check out. 😀

We have nothing but good things to say about Charlotte's condo we stayed in while we were there. It was clean, great location, kid friendly & with just 5 minutes to the beach! Charlotte was just a phone call away before & during our vacation who also gave me some great ideas of things to do right after we made our reservations. We will always use this property & go through Charlotte for many more vacations to come! I love how close you are to all of the other beaches! We beach hopped a few times! We even went crabbing & fishing with very easy to get & affordable fishing licenses! We loved Gulf Shores, Al! This will be what we call our go to for vacations from now on! nice get away

The only thing that was a problem was the smell of mold/mildew I messaged her about this, my family is allergic and we can smell it a mile away. Responded with the "Maid didn't small anything" The water bag to collect moisture were totally full. She really didn't seem to care to much about the smell. Other than that is was ok. maybe or maybe not book it again?

I am so sorry you had the smell of mold/mildew smell in the condo. I was not in the condo with you and could only really access the situation. I really felt empathy for you. I could only rely on the maid who had cleaned it before your arrival.I called her and she said she did not smell anything during her cleaning. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your review and I have told my maid to change those bags when they are full. In the south the humidity gets very high and the moisture can be soaked up in the damp rid bags pretty quickly during summer months.

Nice location

Nice location, cute little condo. Our family enjoyed our stay here. There was a miscommunication when we arrived, the check in details said to use the back gate because it says unlocked when we got there the back gate was locked and wasn't able to get in. We wasn't able to reach the host via phone and had to wait for someone else to come through to let us in. Finally later that night I was able to reach the host and get the gate code. Also the pool and hot tube there is great but anyone under 14 years old can't use the hot tube so my kids was a little bummed about that. But it a beautiful condo, only complaint is the miscommunication about the gate and us not being able to get in. Other than that the stay was great.

Not what we expected but it was an okay place to stay.

We were a little disappointed upon arriving. The house was very musty smelling, the shower wasn't clean, and neither were all of the dishes that were in the cupboards. We had to clean out the pool because there was garbage floating in it when we went to swim. The property still has quite a bit of damage from the last hurricane. We killed a few spiders inside the house and there was a dead frog in the crack of the door when we arrived. Besides these things, everything you needed was inside the house and it is all you need for a short stay. It was a good location, only a short distance from the beach and things to do downtown. Checking in was easy with an onsite lock box. We met a few people on site that owned their condos and they were very kind and helpful which we appreciated. Overall it just wasn't what we were expecting.

Dear Alyssa, I apologize for the condo not being as clean as it should have been. I had terminated my maid because she was not able to keep up with the cleaning. I now have a new cleaning service which is so much better than the last. Hurricane damage on some of the buildings is slowly moving along in our complex. My condo was not affected but many were and it takes time to complete the damage that had occurred. Frogs and spiders I can't control either. It's a shame no one saw the frog and he got smashed in the doorway. Please come back again and experience my new cleaning service.

When we he led in the condo smelled of smoke pretty bad. Whether it’s from the people upstairs, next door or from everyone smoking outside. The kitchen did not have adequate pots and pans for a family. The entire complex was under construction. That WAS NOT in the description of the property and if I would have known I would have booked elsewhere. Called the owner and she did not seem to care that it bothered me. Between the construction and the smoke smell it truly ruined my vacation. I would book somewhere else!

Dear Mr Wright, I have never had a guest say my condo smelled of smoke. My cleaning service assured me it did not have smell of smoke when she cleaned it before your arrival. I am not sure what you were smelling. Our complex has 168 units, it's a very large complex and we have had construction going on off and on since 2020 when hurricane Sally hit GS. My unit nor units near me were NOT under construction when you arrived or left. When my building is being worked on I don't allow guests there for their safety. In fact I don't even go there until they are done. Most of Gulf Shores and Foley and surrounding communities have had construction at some time or another after the hurricane. At the time of your arrival we did not have construction going on at all due to rain. As far as an adequate kitchen with pots and pans I have never heard that complaint since I have been renting my condo many years ago. I do believe you said you were there for softball tournament with your daughters and asked for suggestions on eating out since they had such busy schedule.. I am sorry you did not enjoy your time here. It's unfortunate but with 5 star reviews and being a PREMIER HOST I do not feel it was do to my condo. I wish you success on your future vacations and please free free to look elsewhere. I work very hard to keep my condo fresh and updated and most importantly affordable.

We work hard and play hard which is why we bought our condo here in Gulf Shores. We wanted a relaxing vacation time away from the hustle and bustle by the beach yet close enough to get to it in 5 minutes. It's in the middle of everything you need to get to stores, restaurants and the beach!

Its so close to the beach and its such a relaxing atmosphere at our condo. It's peace and tranquility!
Yet if you want to boogy your nights away the Hangout and the Pink Pony are just 4 miles away!
