Willkommen bei (sorry, Big 10 Fans :-). Egal welche Konferenz Sie anfeuern, Sie werden unsere fabelhaft aktualisierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Beachwood Villas lieben!

Diese tolle Wohnung befindet sich am Pool, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt.

Wir haben fantastische Bettenoptionen - wir schlafen 10 - und alles ist neu von oben bis unten!
Beim Betreten genießen Sie einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit neuen Möbeln, darunter ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Wir haben auch einen Flachbildfernseher und einen Blu-Ray-Player für Ihren Genuss nach einem Tag in der Sonne. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche grenzt an den Wohnbereich an und wurde kürzlich renoviert, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir haben auch einen tollen Esstisch mit Stühlen für 6 und 2 Plätze an der Frühstücksbar.

Auf der Rückseite des Geräts befindet sich unsere luxuriöse Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Sie haben auch einen eigenen Zugang zur Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Auf der anderen Seite des Flurs befindet sich die Tür zu Schlafzimmer Nr. 2, einer Suite mit Queensize-Bett. Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 verfügt über ein Doppelbett und eine Reihe von Kojen - ein großartiger Raum für Kinder oder Erwachsene. Der Schlafraum hat auch einen eigenen Eingang zum Bad mit eigener Toilette und Waschtisch. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 betritt das Bad vom Flur aus, hat aber auch einen eigenen Waschtisch und eine eigene Toilette.

Beachwood Villas ist eine wunderbare Gemeinde mit Pools (einer beheizt für Frühjahrs- und Herbstferien), 2 beleuchteten Tennisplätzen, Shuffleboard-Plätzen (viel Spaß für Familien), einem Kinderspielplatz und einer wunderschönen Anlage. Es gibt auch mehrere Holzkohlegrills und Picknickplätze, wenn Sie grillen möchten. Die Beachwood Villas befinden sich direkt gegenüber dem Strand, sodass Sand und Brandung nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt sind! Unsere Einheit befindet sich direkt neben dem Pool, so dass die Kleinen nicht weit sind, um viel Spaß zu haben!

Great Location

This property was perfect for our first time to the area. The location was great and very centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see. We will be back.

Family get away

This was our first time in the Santa Rosa area and we will definitely go back. Our stay was amazing. Location was good for the beach. Communication was great. Had one small issue with using the keypad for the door but was given a quick response on how to resolve. Overall this was a perfect trip.

Great Location

Extremely pleased with the. condo and the amenities. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Property was very Convenient to restaurants and only a few minutes walk across the street to the beach. Heated pool was perfect temperature and extremely clean. 100% would rent this unit again.

Overall, the place was great! We had a few issues with the key pad lock. Also, we only had 2 kitchen towels so we had to wash it often......minor things! Great locations, nice upgrades. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and convenient to the beach, local restaurants, and the pool. Management was professional and responsive, check in/out was easy. The only issue we had was the excessive noise from upstairs in the middle of the night- the floors are thin and you can hear everything. Luckily, the people staying upstairs checked out and only disturbed us a few nights. Would stay here again.

The beds were super comfortable and the it was really like having 2.5 baths with twi toilet/sink ateas connected by one shower. It was so convenient to the beach and Tom Thumb. You can ride bikes to seaside which was perfect! The only downside was that we had to rent a gas golf cart vs an electric one because there is nowhere to charge it. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach chairs left at the condo too!

Nice lil condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well decorated and had everything we needed! It was clean and well kept. Building is probably older and ceilings are thin. You can definitely hear the floor above you. Entrance to the beach is right across the street however they DO NOT let you put your stuff there. The public beach is another 200ft to the left. It seems to be well guarded by the “chair police”. I really hate that these beaches are becoming this way. We got lucky and were able to rent chairs by another chair company that wasn’t so strict. Overall it was a great very affordable vacation!

Always book with a local Vacation Rental Manager

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From beginning to end what a great experience. Working with Benchmark Management to plan our families vacation was very easy and we saved a lot of money. We stayed at Beachwood Villas 11E and the other half of our group stayed at Legacy Condos 403. Both properties were recommended by the staff at Benchmark as we both had different budgets but wanted to be close together. We were a 2 min walk from each other with the Legacy property being beachfront. The properties were professionally cleaned and well maintained. The staff at Benchmark was there to answer questions and make recommendations about things to do in the area. When booking a vacation rental in Destin/30A be sure to contact Benchmark Management directly for the best prices, selection and true local service. We are already looking on Benchmark Managements website for places to book next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location of the condo because it is not in a high traffic area but close to neighborhoods down 30A. The 5 minute walk to the beach was direct and very accessible. However, the beach area provided for guests of Beachwood is extremely small and restricted by condo properties which are beachfront. Our unit was convenient, clean and updated nicely. We especially liked having the additional lavatory. We chose a unit overlooking the pool which was pretty, but noisy at times. Also we were on the second floor which did not have an elevator and because of the construction of the units, we could hear the constant movements of the guests in the condo above us. Overall the complex is well-kept, had available parking, easy to access and just the right size/price for our group.

They mentioned they didn’t advertise it to be, when I booked it, it didn’t say it was and there was no elevators. Very disappointed! Not accommodating what so ever, I would have been willing to pay extra.

An okay place to stay

This place was okay, but not sure we would return to this specific property. It was about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach, but you had to walk through a maze of boardwalks and a parking lot just to be able to cross the street and to get to the boardwalk leading to the beach. The property management group was easy to communicate with and responded to our requests, but our stay was not without the following disappointments: Poor WiFi, microwave turntable did not work, refrigerator was turned too low and froze our food, our water was turned off without any communication beforehand to us, the knob on one of the bathroom cabinets was not secured properly and kept falling off, couches and mattresses need updating, bunk bed frame was very squeaky and loud, pool filtration system was not functioning and pool got dirty quickly, mold on the shower curtains and behind the kitchen sink, area rugs in the kitchen and kids bedroom more in desperate need of washing. From this location it's about a 10-15 minute leisurely bike ride to Seaside, which has lots of food truck options and boutique shopping. The highlight of our kids' stay was taking surf lessons from Austin Magee's Surf School. The instructor (Logan) was amazing and the kids picked it up in no time!

Need a better cleaning company

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the renter was very unclean, the floors were sandy, the deck had trash from the previous renters soda, can candy, wrappers, dirty napkins, the sink in the kitchen still had food in the drain, noodles and lettuce. The surface of the stove was very murky like the cleaner had not been wiped off, and general grime all around the edges of both the sink and the stove. And the refrigerator has not been wiped out.Opening the curtains in one of the bedrooms, was dust bunnies, and a price tag and other trash.Besides, just being dirty, the rugs that were provided were pillow shams spread on the floor in the bathrooms. And it’s not very much time spent cleaning this condo.It is a beach side condo, so you expect the sand, but not upon walking into a clean condo. Overall, they probably need to get a different cleaning service, someone who will spend a little bit more time, especially now that the rates have skyrocketed, and we’re paying almost twice as much for the same condo, surely they can afford to pay the cleaners!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Beachwood Villas and come back year after year. 11E was a beautiful condo, clean and spacious. This building is my favorite because it overlooks the pool and you can see the kids playing. The mattress desperately needs replacing in the queen room though. It made sleeping almost impossible and my husband and I had to rotate through the bunk room and the couch. Other than that, we loved this unit.
