Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Having spoken to our Property Management, we have been advised that you did not contact them regarding any issues with the property at any point during your stay, they are always happy to resolve any issue once they are informed. With regards to the damage mentioned, we have now been aware of this, the damage was caused by a previous guest and as soon as we get a break in bookings the damage will be fixed. The cleaners came in before your stay and did a thorough clean before you arrived. The pool gate is left unlocked for safety purposes. However we will take onboard your comments and get this reviewed on our next inspection. The pool is cleaned weekly and we have never had any previous complaints regarding the pool or pool area.

We are here to make guests stays as enjoyable as possible and apologize that you have had issues, as you can see by our reviews this is not a common occurrence and we strive to ensure all guests have the amazing vacation they visit for. We do try and make our home as competitive as possible in terms of price and have kept prices very low for a 3000 square foot, four bed/four bath home in such an excellent location. If a comparable home can be found in the area at a lower price we are willing to price match. A grill is also available, however due to Florida law we cannot keep the propane stored within the house, it is delivered prior to a guests stay upon request and we apologize this was not carried out in this case. Unfortunately self contained villa rentals do not supply daily cleaning services or supply toiletries for the duration of stays (this is the same for all villa rentals), we do supply a welcome service to ensure you have the required comforts for your immediate arrival day however. Full grocer deliveries are available if requested in advance. Our property management company are also now available seven days a week for any urgent matters, guests can also contact me at any time and I can assist in any way I can. Antony (Villa Owner)

Hi, Thank you for your comments. There was a few issues due to Hurricane Irma which were unfortunately out of our control. We did advise you that this was the case before you arrived and you had the option to change your booking. There was a lot of damage in the area due to the hurricane and this was the reason for the mess left outside other properties, again this was totally out of our control. With regards to the pool being cleaned, it was cleaned at the earliest possible time after the hurricane, which was unfortunately just as you were arriving. We did arrange for this to be cleaned as quickly as possible as we knew you would want to make full use of the pool. The grass around the front of the house was also being cut at the time you arrived, this was again due to the hurricane and the vast amount of rain we had prior to your stay. The plug you mention is behind a heavy free standing chest in one of the bedrooms, this would be impossible to move by a child. However we will take this comment onboard and get a safety cover. Once again we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay.
