Das Haus verfügt über:
Eingangshalle und Garderobe mit luxuriösem WC im Erdgeschoss.
Lounge / Küche / Esszimmer - eine großzügige offene Lounge / Küche / Esszimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten modernen Küche mit allen integrierten Geräten und Essbereich mit großem Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen. Doppelte Terrassentüren führen auf die möblierte Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und einem gemauerten Grill, umgeben von einem großen gemeinsamen Garten und Landschaftsgarten.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer - verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, eine Schubladeneinheit und einen an der Wand montierten Fernseher sowie einen großen Kleiderschrank und eine eigene Dusche und ein WC.
Zweibettzimmer - großzügiges Zweibettzimmer, Kleiderschrank und Beistelltisch.
Das Badezimmer ist ein Familienbadezimmer mit Dusche über Bad, Schrank, WC und beheiztem Handtuchhalter - ideal zum Trocknen Ihrer Kleidung nach einem Tag am Pool oder Strand.

Unser Haus verfügt über eine lange Rollstuhlrampe, die sich ideal für Kinderwagen / Kinderwagen eignet.
Wir liefern ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl kostenlos. Für eine kleine Gebühr werden wir gut benommene Hunde (2 max) willkommen heißen und sogar Schüsseln liefern, wenn sie nach einem langen Spaziergang durstig sind.

Diese Eigenschaft ist ausschließlich Nichtraucher und zur Aufrechterhaltung der familienfreundlichen Natur der Entwicklung, die wir nicht erlauben Gruppen von Einzelgästen.

Great Holiday!

Me and my family visited for 3 days, the property was immaculate it was like home from home. The christmas decorations was a lovley touch.The beach is a 10min walk, The owner was fast at responding, thank you so much for a lovley stay would highly recommend!

Great short break with the dogs !

The property was very clean, modern and spacious of our needs. The cottage is 5 mins walk to the local shop, bar and swimming pool. The beach is around 10 minutes walk. The cottage felt home from home for us.Excellent communication from our host Victoria.Will stay here again when in the area.

Lovely family time in Filey

Accommodation was lovely, couldn’t get the dishwasher to work at first but got it sorted. Victoria was quick to reply to text. Let us stay an hour longer when leaving which was very helpful with having a 3 year old and a 97 year old. Would stay there agin

Really lovely place

Victoria was a great communicator and answered all the questions we had. The property was lovely and we didn’t actually use one of the rooms as we didn’t need it. The location is perfect for visiting so many places. Would be great to have a bigger list of food places to eat and also dog friendly places locally too. That was the bit that we struggled with but otherwise it was perfect. Can’t wait to come back xx

Great Northern break

Had a fantastic time at the bay. Rock pool cottage was great, very clean, comfortable, homely and with everything you would need. The owner, Victoria, is lovely and very helpful, she even recommended places eat in the area. There are great facilities at the bay, with a pool and gym and a fantastic beach. The beach is 15 minutes walk from the house and is really clean, unspoilt, quiet with great views! The whole family enjoyed it as it is a great base to visit attractions around Yorkshire. It's a great place for children and adults and pet friendly too! Great place, great time, can't have asked for more!

Summer nights at Rockpool

Sayed here for 4 nights, 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 dog. The cottage is fantastically situated for exploring the North Yorkshire area. Plenty to do onsite and just a 15 minute stroll to a great beach. The cottage has plenty of crockery, towels, etc and a lovely patio area for catching the evening sun. Wifi is good...kept our 2 happy! We found the king size bed uncomfortable, maybe just needs a topper? May also be our preference is for a slightly softer mattress, but we still slept well. Boys beds were comfy. Rooms are all a good size, with everyone feeling that they had plenty of room for their own space. Contact with Victoria was great, with good instructions for staying at the cottage and a lovely welcome basket on arrival. Would recommend the property and site for anyone visiting this area.

Ideal base for exploring North Yorkshire

The property was nicely furnished and decorated and the Bay was nicely set out with plenty of space to play and enough privacy. The only slight issue was that the blinds in all the bedrooms let in too much light. In summer this meant some early wake ups. The house was well equipped though we tended to eat out most days. We tried the pub and found it to be reasonable for food though it was very crowded and with far too many dogs inside, barking and not fully controlled. The pool was great though we only one visit as it closed at 6pm and our days out often took us beyond that time. The house was in the perfect place to visit Filey and Scarborough and only 40 minutes from Flamingoland too. Parking was ok too once we got the hang of the layout and we were able to get near the house every day. For family’s this is a great property and location.

We have recently refurbished the cottage and the bedroom blinds are the last thing to do which are been replaced over the autumn time as we are currently fully booked until them and need a gap to arrange this. The cottage is in a great position I agree the gardens at the back as a lovely space of our younger guests to play and the boules court is a great addition to the area. The pool opening times are not set by us as an owner so I will pass on your feedback to the management and your feedback. We stayed there last week,it was busy but not too many dogs. Loved this place

Ideal holiday retreat for us and our dog. Lots of walking directly from the cottage with pub, cafe and convenience store close by so no need to drive once there. The cottage was perfect for us and our stay.

Perfect getaway

Rock pool Cottage is perfect for your stay whatever you are planning to do in the area. The cottage is immaculately presented and very well equipped with a nice touch of a welcome box of treats. Absolutely wonderful property and owners.

Before we had even booked the property the communication with Victoria was fantastic, answering all the questions I had regardless of how insignificant. The booking process itself was seemless and secure. The property is absolutely wonderful, really clean, tidy and spacious with lots of home comforts. We hosted Christmas Dinner at the property and with the wide range of utensils and crockery it was relatively stress free. Victoria seems to have covered every eventuality with regards to what you might need when cooking. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas and Victoria even included a gift for our daughter, such a wonderful thoughtful thing to do. I would not hesitate to recommend booking this property. We cannot thank Victoria enough for giving us the opportunity to merge both sides of our family again (it had been 8 years).

Excellent holiday let

Process was seamless from start to finish. Any queries were answered promptly Lovely three bedroom property, immaculately clean throughout & well equipped kitchen. Lovely walk down to the beach, only 10/15 mins away. Welcome basket was much appreciated and Victoria had even left a balloon & banners ready for our arrival (it was my dad's 70th birthday). Excellent property, lovely location would definitely stay again.
