Exceptional room with awesome views. Room was very clean and spacious. Everyone enjoyed the resort and there were plenty of amenities for everyone in our family. Will definitely recommend staying here and we will return for another beach trip.

Great property. Enjoyed the condo. Facing west but in the east tower was great for time on the amazing balcony. Furnishings could use some updating but overall it was great for 6 adults and 2 kids.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay.There was a maintenance issue regarding the locks which was handled right away. There were also a few housecleaning issues (curtains, walls) which we reported & we're sure will be handled when there is appropriate time; they in no way impeded the pleasure of our stay, & the cleanliness of the bathrooms & all other areas of the place was excellent.We were impressed by the daily maintenance of the hot tub & friendliness of all personnel with whom we interacted. Highly recommend!

The amenities of Turquoise Place were wonderful! Our family had a great time. Our condo C709, however could use some work. Needs new paint, new living room furniture and some bedroom furniture needs to be replaced.

We always love staying at Turquoise and this property was no exception. There was a small issue with the hot tub not having enough water the day we arrived but the property manager had someone come out to fix it within an hour.

A Merry Little Christmas

My family and I really loved this condo on the beach. The checkin process was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Moriah. Maintenance came daily to check the jacuzzi water quality. Nicely equipped workout room. The only thumbs down was that the master bathroom jacuzzi tub did not work. Otherwise, there was ample space for our entire family with nice sized bedrooms and a glass door to the deck from every bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Mixed feelings

We had a great vacation at the beach. However we were disappointed at many things. The hot tub did not work well and kept overflowing. Dishwasher and dryer had to be fixed while we were there. Pool was closed for two days. Considering the expense here we will find another complex next year.

Pool is not seasonally heated as advertised

When we inquired about not being able to find a heated pool, staff was short and unfriendly regarding the lack of heating, both with Pickett properties and those working at Turquoise Place. Property itself is unique and was a great space for our two families. Plenty of room for all four kids and four adults. When we had a microwave issue, it was solved within two hours.

Exceeded Expectations

Our stay in 709C at Turquoise Place was fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was clear and timely and included all the details we needed, including helpful suggestions on what to bring.The condo itself was well-maintained. Having rented beachfront properties in the past, I’ve often found reality falling short of expectations—but not this time! The furniture was in good condition, the beds were comfortable, and we were impressed by how clean the space was, despite the fine beach sand that’s nearly impossible to keep out.One of the highlights was the private hot tub on the deck, which we used multiple times—it was such a bonus! The resort amenities were top-notch, offering activities for all ages, and the beach was easily accessible. While we didn’t cook full meals, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for simple breakfasts and lunches.Overall, our experience was wonderful. While I admit is is a little pricey, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

My family visits Orange Beach every year and always LOVE our stay at Turquoise Place. This year was no exception, it was a great trip, so many amenities and luxuries. LOVE the pool bar and the addition of the snow cone bar this year. This unit was more reasonable than any of the others we looked at, so I hesitate to share any negative comments. But if I were an owner, I would want honest feedback. A few updates and maintenance are needed. Paint needs to be touched up, cabinets and furniture have nicks and scratches, sofas and chairs looking a bit worn. The balcony area could also use a little attention. The grill was extremely dirty and the sofa is missing a cushion. These are the reasons I didn't rate this at five stars. With that said, it is still a beautiful unit!

Great family weekend!

Wonderful weekend spent with family in one of the nicest condominium. Plenty of space with large bedrooms and spacious living area. Large balcony overlooking the gulf.

The lazy river (and outdoor pools) would be fun if it was heated, but the water is freezing cold.
