Um die warme hawaiianische Brise voll zu genießen, klappen Sie die Glastüren weg, damit sich das entspannende Interieur nahtlos in die Natur einfügt.

Wenn es Zeit ist, sich auszuruhen, wird Sie die sanfte Maui-Brise im Kingsize-Bett des Hauptschlafzimmers in tiefen Schlaf versetzen. Honua Whoah! Great beautiful place.

Glad we called prior and was given accurate info on the cranes. Not in our area. The office personnel were fantastic and gave us quick dispatch to get around. Loved that perk ! We were told some new furniture works arrive but never did. Would have liked that as it could have had nicer table etc. kitchen was great!! Only downside. Lighting is dim. Pool a bit cool at times. Would stay again !!!

Very clean and comfortable. Nice accommodations.

Our son and his family had the unit next door. We arrived a couple of hours early and their unit was ready. Our rental was obviously ready also as no one came in or out of it during the period of time we were waiting. When we tried the door lock at the scheduled time, it didn't work. It took another half hour of wasted time to sort it out and for us to get a different door code. Only other problem is when we contacted them re: door lock battery was low. We were told it would last for the duration of our stay. The battery was dead within a couple of hours and we were locked out. They were responsive to fix it (a couple of hours) but both of these problems could have been avoided. These are just small issues.The place is nice. We used the bbq pits one night. This unit had nice little touches (laundry soap, couple of chocolates, beach chairs, little bag of Hawaiian coffee) but lacked in small plastic containers for food storage and kitchen utensils. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Our records show the unit was released from the inspector to us at 3:46pm and we couldn’t allow access until we received their notice. We're also sorry for the delays and trouble you experienced with the door code. The property recently went to a digital lock system, and we have experienced digital glitches. We understand there is an expectation to gain access without trouble or delay, and we're sorry that we failed to provide a pleasant and smooth arrival experience. Amazing Property

You will pay...nothing is cheap in West Maui, but you get what you pay for here! The beach is amazing, it's on the northern part of Kaanapali Beach. If you hit the boardwalk and walk/jog south you can make it all the way to and past Whaler's village if you so desire. You'll also have a nice parking garage, LOTS of swimming pools and immaculate ground to stroll along each day. The fitness center is certainly not huge, but is nice as well. Lots of flames and torches and fire pits light up the property at night so it feels very tropical and authentic. Our particular suite had a lovely view of the mountain to our east. Huge doors opened up on the patio allowing for the full tropical experience any time of day. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was large and spacious and very adequate for a family of 4. We had a one bedroom, one bath. I would definitely recommend this location.

Live music every night

Beautiful condo. Near grocery store, food trucks and more. Watching the sunset, listening to the live music and eating dinner by the pool was my favorite part. Th condo is clean, beds are comfortable. Worth every penny.

Stunning views and relaxing vibes

The unit was exactly as described; clean, quiet, well-equipped with essentials (kitchen items, soap, detergent, beach chairs etc), spacious, amazing views of the mountains, and overall very comfortable for our family. The property is great for families and having a full kitchen was super convenient. The property manager was very communicative and accommodated all our requests prior to check in and during our stay. This unit was a great choice for our vacation and would definitely recommend this unit and this property to others traveling to west Maui. The only issues we had were with the dryer in the unit - it did not dry clothes very well and we would often have to dry items multiple times to get them fully dry. Also would have appreciated beach towels for our stay and a few extra bath towels. Otherwise this property was everything you could need/want for a family vacation.

We have stayed at this resort several times. It's our favorite of all the places we have stayed on Maui. It's a great location for most everything. It's pool area is especially nice.

Spacious and comfortable

We absolutely loved our room and the resort. We picked this room for the layout/furnishings and the view, and everything exceeded our expectations. The Honua Kai is a wonderful resort with many pools and tons of beach access, as well as beautiful well kept grounds and easily accessible stores/restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was the perfect spot for our honeymoon trip. The rental company - Maui Resort Rentals - was incredibly helpful and provided us quick assistance when we had a few issues arise (power for the AC went out, accidentally locked ourselves out of the room). We look forward to renting from Maui Resort Rentals and staying at the Honua Kai again!

Perfect views & location in Maui

We enjoyed staying in Lahaina. It was our first visit to Maui. The GPS directions will not take you to the correct entrance, and no one answered the phone upon arriving, making it frustrating to check-in. Once you figure that out, the rest is pretty nice. The condo has multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Front Street is about 15-20 minutes down the road and offers many restaurants and activities. Additionally, the food truck park is within walking distance! Apart from poor communication with the condo owners, it was a decent stay with beautiful views.

Wonderful Vacation!

Everything about our stay was great! We fell in love with Maui. The resort was exactly what we were looking for. Had a few issues that were taken care of via property management. Our only main problem (other than trying to get a pool chair!) is the parking. It really was an issue. Other than that - a fantastic week. Will go again for sure!

Great Maui Getaway

I loved our stay in Honua Kai. One of our favorite hotels on the island and my favorite part was the items the host made available. Having salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen saved us a bunch. The beach items they left for us were amazing as well since we didn't have to rent them. Loved the listing, the hosts and property manager was great. I will say park in the structure before 7 pm as it will fill up. Thanks for a great stay!

Honua Kai Konea 614

Would definitely stay here again! Location was awesome. enjoyed the beach boardwalk every morning and whale watching while we laid on the beach using the beach chairs and umbrella our condo provided. Pools were immaculate. View from our lanai was breathtaking. Would definitely return here in the future. We were very comfortable during our stay with the nice king size bed, full size washer and dryer, and full kitchen.

Great stay!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! Property was better than listing! We had friends staying next door and they liked our place better! Would definitely book here again! We only encountered one problem(kind of our own fault)...just be aware that if you walk out of the room on your check-out day around 11(check-out time), your key will not work to get back in! We ran the trash down the hall, came back to get our personal items, and our keys did not work! We went downstairs and called the rental company...took about an hour for someone to show up to let us back into the room...just glad we did not have a flight to catch! Overall, such an enjoyable stay during holiday time! Thank you!

This was a very nice place to stay at. It seemed very clean. I appreciated knowing ahead of time that construction was going on nearby so I could expect it.

Maui trip

The property was great however the description depicted a photo over looking the construction and it titled that the photo was taken from another room...a little misleading because I’m pretty sure it was from this room, otherwise a nice mountainous view.

The construction photo in the listing you are referring to is from Konea 712, which is only one floor up and one column over from the room in which you stayed, so we can see why you would think it was from the same room. Excellent stay for our Honeymoon!

My Wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Honua Kai Resort during our Honeymoon. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The full kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals, and included a dishwasher. The washer & dryer was very convenient for keeping up with our laundry and towels during our stay. We actually found that we brought too many clothes along! The bathroom was spacious, with dual sinks, and a nice shower with a great supply of hot water. Separate tub was also nice. The mountain view is nice, and the construction of the condos during our stay was not very loud at all. We enjoyed eating our breakfast and dinner on the Lanai patio. The air conditioning also worked well. Overall, the resort is well maintained and staff is friendly, although we didn’t interact with the staff much. The pools were clean and the landscaping was very nice, including many flowering plants and trees. The sand on the beach is nice also. The towel management program was amazing, as you could take as many clean towels as you need from several convenient locations on the resort! The Konea tower which we stayed in has a small gift shop with supplies, drinks, snacks, etc. which is convenient. It is also just a short walk from a Grocery Store and small shopping center across the main street. The Maui City Bus stop is conveniently located within walking distance also. Our only complaint with the resort was the occasional smell of garbage from the trash chute on our floor. Whenever someone uses it, that hallway smells of garbage…luckily Konea room 614 is on the other wing, far enough away, so not a big concern for staying in room 614. I really hope the resort can address this, but otherwise I’d recommend Honua Kai. Maui Resort Rentals also has a complimentary shuttle van service which they recently started. The shuttle picks-up / drops-off at many popular areas on the west side of the Island. The van is new, and the driver (Cal) was very friendly, prompt, and even gave us some recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do on the Island! With the Shuttle, we were able to get where we needed, without having to spend a lot of money on a rental car. I hope they get another shuttle to accommodate even more pick-up / drop-off locations such as airports. Expanded hours for the shuttle service would also be nice. The complimentary shuttle service was extremely convenient and I’d stay with Maui Resort rentals again because of it!

WOW - We had a really hard time leaving this beautiful place!

I never leave reviews but I felt like I needed to tell everyone how great our experience was! The second we checked in to our room, I knew we would have a tough time leaving. The condo was immaculate and the view was breathtaking. We spent each morning drinking coffee on the porch looking out over the mountains. Each day we walked down to the beach which is right outside the resort. The condo was immaculate and the view was breathtaking. We spent each morning drinking coffee on the porch looking out over the mountains. After that, we’d head down to the beach which is just steps from the resort. There are many beaches up and down the coast, but the one outside the resort was very private and we enjoyed that. The pool was great as well, although we didn’t spend much time there. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the closet had all of the beach supplies you might need, and you can pick up/drop off beach towels right in the lobby. This was an incredible experience and we cannot WAIT to come back to Konea 614!!!
